Kurt Angle + “War Machine” Rhino + Team 3-D (Brother Ray & Devon): Kurt Angle said he stood in the ring without a family. Angle said one year ago he, Sting, Scott Steiner, and Booker T created the Main Event Mafia. Angle said the Mafia was misunderstood from the beginning. Angle said it wasn’t about securing a spot on the roster, because he always knew he was the very best. Angle said it wasn’t about job security because he knew that he was better than everybody else. Angle said it was about respect for the wrestlers, and respect for the game. It wasn’t about money or ego, it was about pride and wanting to be the best. Angle said he came to TNA and saw a lot of young punks looking for hand-outs, but admitted that he made a mistake. Angle said now he sees a bunch of young boys that have grown into men. Angle mentioned Eric Young’s passion, and praised A.J. Styles for the classic match they had last week. Angle praised Matt Morgan for their match at Bound For Glory. Angle told the locker room that he now considers them his peers. Wow, Angle goes babyface. Angle started to leave the ring when he was interrupted by Rhino, who couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Rhino said Booker T was GONE, and TNA management wanted “US” gone. Rhino said TNA is behind guys like Hernandez, Matt Morgan, and A.J. Styles. Rhino asked, “what about us Kurt? what about ME?” Angle said maybe they earned it, but Rhino said they haven’t earned anything. Rhino said TNA brought in Lashley and pushed him aside. Suddenly Team 3-D showed up trying to push through TNA security to get to the ring. Rhino warned Team 3-D that TNA was bringing in new guys to replace them. Brother Ray called Rhino “paranoid!” Team 3-D tried to get in the ring, but TNA security blocked the path. Angle stood on the sideline. Rhino said if Team 3-D didn’t beleive him, go in the back and look at the card, because they don’t have a match tonight! Rhino invited Team 3-D to come out and cheer for him when he wrestles Hernandez tonight. Team 3-D tried to get in the ring, and Brother Ray broke through, but Kurt Angle blocked him as Rhino jumped out the other side of the ring. Rhino said the only way TNA will get him to leave is to drag his lifeless body out of the ring! Great segment, building towards some interesting things..

Lauren Brooke & A.J. Styles & Christopher Daniels: A.J. Style said if Kurt Angle was sincere on what he said in the ring, then that was a huge step for TNA. Styles said it was them versus the competition, and they all wanted to work for the best wrestling company in the world. Lauren plugged the Turning Point main event of Styles vs. Daniels vs. Samoa Joe – with TNA hoping for a repeat of their Unbreakable match. Daniels talked about he and Styles facing Kevin Nash & Samoa Joe tonight. Daniels mentioned that he almost died in the ring at Bound For Glory, but he is still here ready to compete.

Lauren Brooke & Raisha Saed: Raisha Saed said Amazong Kong not needing her any more is nonsense. Saed said she knows everything about Kong, and Kong has learned everything from her. Saed said Kong was her puppet, and she pulls the strings. Saed said when they wrestle tonight, she will destroy Kong!
NON (X-DIVISION) TITLE MATCH
Homicide defeated TNA X-Division champion Amazing Red: Homicide attacked Amazing Red backstage and beat him up all the way to the ring, where their match began without introductions. A few minutes later, Don West showed up to cheer for Amazing Red. Red made a brief comeback, but lost after Homicide hit him with the Gringo-killa!

Lauren Brooke & Scott Steiner: Lauren said now that the Main Event Mafia no longer exists, where does that leave Scott Steiner. Steiner was still wearing the Mafia gear and said as long as he’s in TNA, there will always be a Main Event Mafia. Steiner said Kurt Angle doesn’t speak for him, and he doesn’t give the young punks any credit – and they still have to earn it! Steiner said he would beat up Matt Morgan so he wouldn’t even remember what he name is.
SINGLES MATCH
Matt Morgan defeated Scott Steiner: Scott Steiner came down and flexed his muscles for Bobby Lashley’s wife, Kristal Lashley (aka WWE Diva, Kristal Marshall), who was sitting in the front row. Late in the match, Steiner jumped out of the ring and forced Kristal’s hands onto his chest and stomach – making her squirm uncomfortably. Bobby Lashley ran down and attacked Steiner, throwing him back in the ring so Matt Morgan could finish him off!

Kevin Nash & Samoa Joe defeated A.J. Styles & Christopher Daniels: A.J. Styles did a spring-board moonsault onto Samoa Joe on the floor. When Daniels went for the tag, Styles was not there, and Nash choke-slammed Daniels for the WIN! After the match, Lauren Brooke came out to congratulate Kevin Nash on his victory. Nash said he wasn’t worried about his victory, and said he was looking for Eric Young – adding “I’m coming to get ya, boy!”

Jeremy Borash & Eric Young: Eric Young said if Kevin Nash was looking for him, he wasn’t difficult to find. Young said he was the TNA Legend’s champion, the guy who outsmarted Nash at Bound For Glory. Young talked about the World Elite being on the power-play. Young said he had an earth-shattering announcement next week!

Lauren Brooke & The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin): Lauren plugged the first ever tag team Ultimate-X match ever one iMPACT. Sabin and Shelley cut similar promos, promising to defeat Lethal Consequences and become the number one contenders for the TNA World Tag team titles.

The Beautiful People (Velvet Sky & Madison Rayne & Lacey Von Erich) + Taylor Wilde & Sarita: The Beautiful People said they were filming a new reality TV show called “Meanest Girls.” They found Taylor Wilde & Sarita in catering and they had a juicy food fight and made a huge mess!

TNA KNOCKOUTS MATCH
Awesome Kong defeated Raisha Saed: Awesome Kong destroyed Raisha Saed and then dragged her up the ramp to the stage area. Kong then power-bombed Saed off the stage through the pyro set-up. I guess you can write-off Raisha Saed, now!
SINGLES MATCH
Hernandez defeated “War Machine” Rhino: Team 3-D came out and joined Mike Tenay & Taz on commentary, promising to keep cool heads and not get involved in the match. Hernandez defeated Rhino and Brother Ray said “THAT I am happy to see!” — Rhino proved to be a sore loser and attacked Hernandez after the match. Hernandez side-stepped the GORe and regained control. Hernandez picked up Rhino for a Border-toss, but Team 3-D jumped in and talked him out of it! Brother Ray told Hernandez that he had a bright future ahead of him – but not at Rhino’s expense. Team 3-D raised Hernandez’s arms and he left the ring peacefully.. kinda expected Team 3-D to destroy him….. not yet, I guess!

Jeremy Borash & Kurt Angle + Desmond Wolfe: Kurt Angle repeated some of his speech from earlier, and said next month he will get his shot at the TNA World Heavyweight title.. Suddenly Desmond Wolfe (aka Nigel McGuinness) showed up and introduced himself to Angle. He said “my name is Desmond Wolfe, but you can call me Wolfe.” Wolfe said he has been a huge fan of Angle’s ever since the Olympics, and the reason he is a professional wrestler is because of him. Angle thanked “Desmond” and welcomed him to TNA with a handshake. Wolfe turned to leave, took off his sun-glasses, and then turned back and bashed the crap out of Kurt Angle! I think he did it because Angle called him “Desmond” instead of “Wolfe” like he asked him to – or I might be reading too much into that!

Williams said they have dominated from top to bottom and pushed out the Main Event Mafia. Brutus Magnus said the place was still full of fat useless slobs. Magnus promised to make Beer Money Inc. “sober and poor” tonight, because it will be their last opportunity..

Jeremy Borash & Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm): Robert Roode said it doesn’t matter if it’s their last opportunity because they only need one opportunity. They talked about the Six Sides of Steel, and pointed out that Rob Terry won’t be there to protect the British Invasion. James Storm said Roode hasn’t been poor since he was born, and he (Storm) hasn’t been sober since the night he left “your mama’s house the night you was conceived!” Nice one. Storm said the six sides of steel was their home away from home!

Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm) defeated TNA World Tag Team champions The British Invasion (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams w/Rob Terry) by DQ: After doing a crazy tower of doom spot, Beer Money hit their finisher on Doug Williams! Beer Money was about to win, when Brutus Magnus killed the referee to prevent the pinfall. Some other referees came down and senior referee Earl Hebner disqualified the British Invasion. Well what do ya know, a DQ finish in a steel cage match. Way to go, Vinnie-Ru!

Lauren Brooke & A.J. Styles: Lauren Brooke asked A.J. Styles what was going on with Christopher Daniels after their match tonight. Styles told Lauren to stop stirring the pot, and claimed they (he and Daniels) were just talking strategy. Lauren left A.J. alone, but suddenly Styles was attacked by a mystery assailant in the background darkness.. All I could see was that he was bald – maybe Tomko?
IN THE RING
Kurt Angle + Desmond Wolfe: Kurt Angle walked to the ring and said nobody makes a name for themselves at the expense of Kurt Angle. Angle said “whatever your name is” come out and look him in the eye. Angle waited 30 seconds and then said “time’s up; you can run, but you can’t hide!” Angle walked up the ramp towards the backstage area but he was attacked by Desmond Wolfe from behind! Wolfe took off his jacket and folded it on the edge of the ring. This hesitation cost him, as Angle recovered and took the fight to Wolfe. They ended up in the ring and Wolfe kicked Angle between the legs! I guess that move does work on other people besides Kevin Nash. Wolfe set up Angle on the top rope in the corner and gave him the move formerly known as the Tower of London! Wolfe grabbed a steel chair and put it across Angle’s throat, before yelling “it would be this easy, but I want you to think about it!” Wolfe tossed the chair aside and shouted, “and by the way, my name is WOLFE.. DESMOND WOLFE!” Great debut for one of the greatest professional wrestlers on the planet!
