In the Beginning: Randy Orton is the son of legendary wrestler "Cowboy" Bob Orton Jr. and grandson of Bob Orton Sr... Randy Orton did a few shots as a referee with World Organized Wrestling, a promotion his uncle Barry O. worked for.. Randy Orton started out in St. Louis at the South Broadway Athletic Club for a promotion called Mid Missouri Wrestling Alliance.. Randy Ortons was U/A (Unauthorized Absence) on 2 occasions from the U.S. Marines once for 82 days making him a deserter and he received a dishonorable discharge.
