    Mike Aldren wrote (On February 10, 2011): PCO announced his retirement from active wrestling over the weekend in Montreal. Ouellette, 43, broke into wrestling in 1987 under Gino Brito, and will be best remembered for his mid-90s run in WWE as one half of the Quebecers tag team, winning the tag title three times with partner Jacques Rougeau Jr. He famously wore an eye patch to the ring due to losing the sight in one eye when a friend accidentally shot him with a pellet gun at the age of twelve. He also had stints over the years in ECW, WCW and TNA. His last match was in June, 2010 at a Montreal indy show against Desmond Wolfe.
