In The Beginning: The Huffman Brothers originally debuted in the WWA.. Global Wrestling Federation - The Ebony Experience: Early 1990s: The Ebony Experience gained popularity after moving to the Global Wrestling Federation.. July 1992: The Ebony Experience defeated Gary Young & Stevie Dane for the GWF Tag Team titles.. ~~~Two weeks later, they lost the Tag Team titles to The Blackbirds (Action Jackson & King Parsons).. August 1992: The Ebony Experience recaptured the Tag Team titles but lost them to Johnny Mantell & Black Bart.. Bobby (Booker T) then took some time off for a knee injury.. The Ebony Experience defeated The Bad Breed (Ian & Axl Rotten) to win their third GWF Tag Team Championship.. ~~~A few months later: The Sicilian Stallions defeated The Ebony Experience for the GWF Tag Team titles.. Bobby (Booker T) first used the "G.I. Bro" gimmick during his sting in the Global Wrestling Federation.. Valerie Allen wrote (On August 2008): Hi, I'd like to share a little known tidbit about Ebony Experience. I played the "sister" to the two brothers while they were with the GWF in the early '90s. My character's name was "Tawanda". I only did a few shows with them, but it was a blast. I work in the legal system now as a court reporter in a felony district court in Fort Worth, Texas. Grey Pierson was one of the promoters at the time. I still keep in touch with him. He's a lawyer in Arlington, Texas. World Championship Wresling - Harlem Heat: The Huffman Brothers moved on to WCW, where they became known as Harlem Heat - Kane and Kole.. Harlem Heat eventually dropped those names and became known as "Booker T" & "Stevie Ray".. Fall Brawl 1993: Harlem Heat participated in the infamous War Games Cage match on a team with Sid Vicious & Vader.. ~~~Sting & Davey Boy Smith & Dustin Rhodes & Shockmaster defeated Sid Vicious & Vader & Harlem Heat in War Games.. World Championship Wresling - Harlem Heat: December 1994: Harlem Heat defeated Stars & Stripes (Bagwell & Patriot) to win their first WCW World Tag Team titles.. World Championship Wresling - Singles Action: Stevie Ray went down with an injury so Booker T embarked on a successful singles run capturing the Television title.. Stevie Ray returned to World Championship Wrestling and became a member of the new World order.. World Championship Wresling - Harlem Heat: 1999: Booker T reunited with Stevie Ray as Harlem Heat, and went on to defeat The Triad to win the Tag Team titles.. Harlem Heat eventually broke up again, and this time they started to feud over the rights to the Harlem Heat name.. World Championship Wresling - Harlem Heat 2000: Stevie Ray recruited Big T (Ahmed Johnson) and formed Harlem Heat 2000 with Mr. Biggs.. Harlem Heat 2000's personal lawyer, Mr. Biggs (aka Clarence Mason in the WWF) got a court order saying Booker couldn't use the letter "T".. Uncensored 2000: Booker & Billy Kidman defeated Harlem Heat 2000 (Stevie Ray & Big T).. World Championship Wresling: 2000: Stevie Ray took an announce position on WCW Thunder while Booker T went on to win several WCW World Championships.. 2001-02: Steve Ray competed and announced for start-Up Australian promotion called World Wrestling All-Stars..
