- Chyna got involved in a love angle when “Sexual Chocolate” Mark Henry developed a crush on her.

- January 24, 1999 – Royal Rumble: Chyna turned on Triple H, joining Mr. McMahon’s Corporation in the process. Chyna was in the Royal Rumble match won by Mr. McMahon.
- January 25, 1999 – RAW: Billy Gunn (w/Chyna and Triple H) defeated Goldust. WWE champion The Rock defeated Triple H (w/Chyna) in a I Quit match to retain the title.
- February 1, 1999 RAW: Triple H defeated Kane in a steel cage match with help from X-Pac.

- April 20, 2016: Joanie Laurer was found dead at her home in Redondo Beach, California at the age of 46. It was revealed that her caused of death was of an overdose of alcohol, combined with the anxiety drugs diazepam and nordazepam, painkillers oxycodone and oxymorphone, and sleeping aid temazepam.
- April 6, 2019: Chyna was inducted in the class of the 2019 WWE Hall Of Fame as part of D-Generation X.
