- ~~~The injury occured from a botched Running PowerBomb from D-Lo – landing on his head, and fracturing two disks in his neck.
Retirement:
- Droz remained on WWF staff helping out with commentary on WWF.COM as well as WWF Magazine.
- Droz was recently given an undisclosed amount of money by WWE to compensate for the injury that led to his paralysis.
- June 30, 2023 – Darren Drozdov passed away at the age of 54.
