TNA will air a “Destination X” episode of Impact Wrestling in 7/18 from Louisville, Kentucky.
The former PPV was always a X-Division-centric event. Last year’s event began a new annual attraction where the reigning TNA X-Division champion could turn his title in for a shot at the TNA champion, setting up Austin Aries defeating Bobby Roode for the title.
With the elimination of Destination X as a PPV event now that the promotion has pulled back on the number of live PPV broadcasts they do a year, this year’s show has been moved to an Impact broadcast.
Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday AM.
