The Kane vs Undertaker feud has grown quite old at this stage and it just goes to show you how low WWE is running on main event performers at the time.
Kane and The Undertaker have feuded many times now. The younger fans don’t know this and are enjoying this feud a lot right now. But the more older fans that have been watching WWE for atleast a decade now, know that this is nothing new and it has been done many times in the past.
The problem is there’s only a certain number of times that you can use a feud and this one, is at it’s very limit. It’s hard to watch because WWE is just repeating what they did with this feud in the past. It’s not creative in the very least and it’s a sign of management’s laziness and the fact that WWE seriously needs to create more stars.
This feud is an excellent example of why Vince McMahon needs to buckle down and start creating main event wrestlers again. He has done it many times in the past and he needs to do it again.
The following main eventers that WWE currently has signed will probably not be around after the next 3-5 years (or possibly even earlier):
- The Undertaker
- Kane
- Edge
- Chris Jericho
- Triple H
Those guys are going to be leaving behind a lot of empty voids that will take some time to fill, so what does that mean? It means that WWE needs to start now and start creating those main event players that they’re desperately going to need.
This feud is growing very stale and WWE seriously needs to move on to something new after this. Perhaps elevate someone like Christian or Kofi Kingston to the main event scene.
