Commentators: Byron Saxton, Tom Phillips, and Renee Young
WWE NXT Takeover: Fatal 4Way was broadcast on September 11, 2014 from Full Sail Live, at 8 p.m. ET, live on WWE Network!
Preview: Tonight’s show will feature Adrian Neville defending his NXT championship against three other men in the match that gives tonight’s live event its subtitle. Elsewhere, Charlotte tries to prevent Bayley from becoming the third Women’s champ in NXT history, and Kalisto gets his second shot at The Ascension, having won a tournament for the right to face the long-reigning tag champs with new partner, Sin Cara. A couple of grudges come to a head – or, in the case of Enzo Amore vs. Sylvester Lefort, a shaved head – as those two will square off in a hair vs. hair match, while Bull Dempsey looks to end Mojo Rawley’s hype. Plus, Kenta!
Match results:
- Sin Cara and Kalisto defeat The Ascension via pinfall (Salida del Sol on Viktor) to win the NXT tag team championship.
- Baron Corbin defeats CJ Parker via pinfall following a very cool looking finisher (Flatliner variation).
- Enzo Amore defeats Sylvester Lefort via pinfall in a Hair vs. Hair match.
- Bull Dempsey defeats Mojo Rawley via pinfall following a diving head butt.
- Charlotte defeats Bayley via pinfall following Natural Selection to retain her NXT women’s championship.
- Adrian Neville (c) defeats Tyson Kidd, Tyler Breeze and Sami Zayn in a Fatal 4Way to retain his NXT championship, pinning Kidd after a Red Arrow (and a heelish interference on the referee when Zayn was about to win).
