A video kicks off highlighting all the matches we’ll see on NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II. We go live into the arena to see a big, raucous crowd in the Empress Ballroom. Tom Phillips and Nigel McGuinness will be calling the action today.
Trent Seven vs. Eddie Dennis
The bell rings, and Dennis goes for a running big boot. Seven ducks and hits a powerbomb for a two count. Seven punches him and and hits a chop in the corner. Seven puts Dennis on the top rope, but Dennis slides under him. Dennis hits the Razor’s Edge powerbomb and takes a moment to recover. Dennis stomps Seven before picking him up and punching him down. Dennis whips him hard into the corner before applying a neck cravat. Seven fights up, but Dennis pushes him off and hits a back elbow for a two count. Dennis peppers him with stomps for a one count. Dennis hits a textbook suplex for a two count. Seven comes back with some wild chops to the chest and shoulder. Dennis gets out of a DDT, but Seven connects with a snap dragon suplex. Dennis quickly rolls out of the ring, so Seven hits a suicide dive. Seven hits a full nelson suplex on the outside. Seven gets him in the ring and goes to the top rope for a twisting senton, but Dennis moves. Seven goes for a Seven Star Lariat, but Dennis counters into a swinging sidewalk slam for a near fall.
Dennis picks Seven up for a Razor’s Edge, but Seven gets out. Dennis again avoids a Seven Star Lariat and forearms him. Seven quickly comes back with an emerald fusion for a near fall. Seven goes for a burning hammer, but Dennis holds the ropes and goes to the apron. Dennis forearms him back and removes the top turnbuckle. The referee stops him before it completely comes off. The turnbuckle pad eventually falls off. Seven catches Dennis with a big superplex for a near fall. Seven goes for a clothesline, but Dennis ducks and Seven hits the exposed turnbuckle headfirst. Dennis goes for a Razor’s Edge into the exposed turnbuckle, but the referee stands in the way refusing to allow it. Dennis hits a Razor’s Edge over the top rope onto a stagehand! Dennis gets him in the ring, but Seven kicks out. Dennis hits a Neck Stop Driver for the win.

Toni Storm vs. Piper Niven vs. Kay Lee Ray (c)
Toni Storm attacks Kay Lee Ray before the bell rings. The bell sounds, and Ray gets out of the ring. Piper Niven grabs Storm for a slam, but Storm gets away and chases Ray. Ray takes Storm down. Niven hits a suicide dive on Ray and a cannonball on Storm. Niven attacks Ray and puts Storm in the ring. Ray pulls Niven off the apron. Ray punches away at Storm until Niven hits a senton splash. Storm leaves the ring to recover. Ray attacks Niven in the corner, and Storm attacks Ray from behind. Storm goes for Storm Zero on Ray, but Niven wipes her out with a running cross-body block. Ray superkicks Niven down and chokes Storm with her boot. Storm quickly comes back with a release German Suplex on Ray. Storm puts her in the corner, but Ray surprises her with a tornado DDT for a two count. Ray attacks Storm in the corner before slapping Niven in the face. Niven tries to fight her off, but Ray kicks her down. Ray goes for a Gory Bomb on Niven, but Niven fights it. Ray pushes Niven into Storm. Niven palm strikes Ray. Ray superkicks Niven, and Storm hits Niven with a release German Suplex. Ray takes Storm down, and Niven takes Ray down with a swinging back suplex.
Storm and Niven exchange blows before Ray takes them both down. Ray goes under the ring and grabs a steel chair. There are no disqualifications in a triple threat match. Ray uses the chair to choke Storm and Niven. Ray wraps the chair around Storm’s neck, but Niven wipes Ray out to save Storm. Storm gets up holding the chair and thinks about it. Niven looks at Storm and gets to her feet. Niven dares Storm to hit her with the chair. Ray is standing on the apron smiling. Storm throws the chair aside and boots Ray. Niven slams Ray, sending her out of the ring. Storm hits a suicide dive on Ray. Niven then gets on the apron and hits a summersault senton onto Ray! They get Ray in the ring before arguing with each other. Ray then wipes them out with a summersault senton off the top rope! Ray’s leg hits the barricade on the way down.
Ray gets Storm in the ring and slowly goes to the top rope. Storm quickly head-butts her and climbs to the second rope. Niven comes up and goes for a powerbomb on Storm. Niven connects with a sit-out powerbomb and covers, but Ray hits a senton off the top rope to break it up. Niven quickly powerbombs Ray and hits a Michinoku Driver for a near fall. Niven goes for another Michinoku Driver, but Ray gets out and hits a Gory Bomb! Storm stops the referee’s arm from counting three. Ray sends Storm into the barricade and gets in the ring. Niven comes back with a Canadian Destroyer. Storm quickly gets in the ring and attacks Niven. Storm then hits Ray with Storm Zero, but Niven breaks it up at the last possible second! Storm screams in frustration and kicks away at Ray.
Storm punches away at Niven. Storm hits Ray with a Storm Zero onto Niven. Storm goes for Storm Zero on Niven, but Niven fights it. Storm hits Niven with a (sort of) Pedigree for a near fall. Storm goes to the top rope for a frog splash. Ray superkicks Storm and covers Niven for the win.
Winner by Pinfall and still NXT UK Women’s Champion: Kay Lee Ray

The bell rings, and the crowd is singing about Tyler Bate to the tune of “Give It Up” by KC & The Sunshine Band. They lock up, and Devlin roughs Bate up a bit. Devlin applies a wristlock. Bate tries to get out with a monkey flip, but Devlin holds on. Bate twists through it and applies a wristlock to Devlin. Bate takes him down, but Devlin fights up and kicks him. Bate quickly hits a headlock takeover. Devlin gets up and applies a jackknife pin. Bate bridges up and avoids a head-butt. They’re at a stalemate.
Devlin kicks Bat and applies a side headlock. Bate whips him off, leapfrogs him, and hits a monkey flip. Bate sends him into the ropes for a back body drop. A loud “Big Strong Boi” chant picks up. Bate military presses Devlin up and flips him down. Bate then dropkicks him over the top rope. Bate hits the ropes, but Devlin gets on the apron and hits a uranage. Devlin hits a springboard moonsault for a near fall. Devlin stomps and punches Bate before sending him into the ropes for a knee to the midsection. Devlin hits a back suplex on Bate for a near fall. Devlin hits a butterfly suplex and stands over Bate, mocking the Moustache Mountain pose. Devlin stomps Bate and kicks him in the face a few times. Devlin goes for the Devil Inside, but Bate viciously sends him over the top rope. Bate then connects with a jumping plancha over the top rope! Bate gets him in the ring and goes to the top rope for a cross-body block, but Devlin counters into a gutbuster for a near fall!
Devlin sends Bate into the ropes and hits a hard forearm to the back before standing on his head. Devlin applies a vicious surfboard stretch and pulls on the neck to inflict extra punishment. Devlin lets go and stomps Bate. Devlin sends him into the ropes, but Bate rolls him up. They hit the ropes hard and wipe each other out with cross-body blocks at the same time. Bate soon gets up and knees Devlin. Bate hits a flying uppercut and an avalanche. Devlin tries to catch him with a surprise avalanche, but Bate counters into an exploder suplex. Bate kips up and feigns a move. Devlin covers up, so Bate kicks him in the face and hits a standing shooting star press for a near fall.
The crowd chants, “This is awesome.” Bate charges, but Devlin moves. Bate catches Devlin and starts the airplane spin up. Bate spins him around for a good minute, picking up momentum as he goes before slamming him down. Unbelievable! The crowd is going wild. Bate hits a vicious brainbuster for a near fall! Bate goes for Tyler Driver ’97, but Devlin counters into a pin. They trade pins until Devlin stops a victory roll and turns him inside out with a German Suplex for a near fall. Devlin takes a moment to recover and cracks his neck. Bate puts him on the apron, but Devlin immediately comes in with a slingshot cutter. Bate rolls to the apron to recover. Devlin then hits him with a slingshot cutter on the apron! They both fall to the floor. The referee is counting them both out. They slowly get up and Devlin kicks him in the face before getting in the ring. Bate somehow makes it in at nine.
A loud “NXT” chant fires up. Bate blocks a kick and forearms him. Devlin responds with a forearm. They trade vicious blows in the center of the ring. They wildly punch away at each other before Bate kicks him. Bate goes for a Tyler Driver ’97, but Dennis gets out. Bate avoids a Devil Inside, but Devlin hits a Spanish Fly. Bate quickly kicks Devlin, and they’re both down. The crowd is absolutely on FIRE! Devlin slowly goes to the top rope, but Bate cuts him off. Bate stands on the top rope, but Devlin grabs him. They turn around precariously on the ropes, and Devlin hits an avalanche Spanish Fly! Devlin hits the Devil Inside for a near fall! Unreal!
The crowd is so into this match and is chanting, “This is awesome.” Devlin stomps Bate and gets him to his knees. Devlin taunts him before hitting a punch to the jaw. Devlin goes for a Tyler Driver ’97 on Bate, but Bate gets out. Devlin drops him on the apron, but Bate quickly head-butts him down. Bate hits a springboard into a tornado DDT! Bate connects with a Tyler Driver ’97… but Devlin kicks out! Bate immediately goes to the top rope for a twisting corkscrew senton for the win!

Triple H, Johnny Saint, and William Regal give this match a standing ovation from the balcony level of the Empress Ballroom. Bate bows before the crowd as they enthusiastically cheer for him.

Gallus (c’s) vs. Mark Andrews and Flash Morgan Webster vs. The Grizzled Young Veterans vs. Imperium
The bell rings, and the referee gets out of the ring. All four teams looks at them. Gallus goes over Imperium, while Webster and Andrews go after The Grizzled Young Veterans. Gallus and Imperium fight out of the ring. Morgan and Webster dropkick Drake down. Gibson and Drake soon clear Andrews and Webster from the ring and stand tall. Mark Coffey wipes them out, and Wolfgang hits a flying senton. Woflgang splashes Drake in the corner. Marcel Barthel pulls Wolfgang off the apron. Aichner hits a spinebuster, and Barthel follows up with a PK on Gibson. Andrews and Webster take Aichner down and hit stereo moonsaults on him. Gibson and Drake pull Morgan and Andrews down before grabbing chairs. They attack their opponents with chair shots before Wolfgang spears one. Coffey attacks they other. Drake is put in the tree of woe with a chair in his face. They go for sliding dropkicks, but Imperium pulls them out of the ring. Barthel then dropkicks the chair in Drake’s face.
Imperium grabs a ladder, but they drop it when Andrews and Webster hit stereo summersault sentons. Andrews and Webster put the ladder in the ring and set it up. Imperium gets in the ring and tosses them out of the ring. Imperium climbs, but Gallus attacks them with another ladder. Coffey and Wolfgang are each holding a ladder. Wolfgang pushes Barthel into the corner with the ladder and charges, but Barthel drives it into Wolfgang’s head. Barthel sends Webster into the ladder, but he puts the brakes on. Webster hits a moonsault off the ladder onto Barthel. Aichner sandwiches Webster in the corner with the ladder before it is dropkicked into him. Barthel then hits a catapult on Webster into the ladder. Imperium stands tall in the ring. Andrews slides under a ladder shot from Imperium and hits them both with a backflip kick. The Grizzled Young Veterans steal the ladder from Andrews and put him in the corner. Drake hits a dropkick to the face. Gibson clubs Andrews down. Gallus takes Drake down and attacks Gibson. Coffey hits Gibson with a chokeslam on the ladder. They then hit Drake with a slingshot Samoan Drop onto the ladder! A loud “NXT” chant fires up.
Imperium pull Gallus out of the ring. Gallus takes over and sends them into the steel steps. Andrews and Morgan climb the ladder. Gallus cuts them off. Webster takes a DDT. Andrews kicks Coffey down and hits a shooting star press off the ladder! Barthel climbs the ladder, but he lands on his feet when Andrews and Webster push him off. Barthel leans a ladder against the ropes. Webster attacks Barthel, but Barthel hits an Olympic Slam on the ladder against the ropes. Barthel puts Webster on the ladder, and Aichner hits a springboard moonsault! Another “NXT” chant picks up.
Imperium starts to climb the ladder, but Gibson and Drake pull them down. Gibson takes Aichner down. A larger ladder is brought into the ring and set up alongside the other one. Barthel fights Drake. Gallus starts to climb with the Grizzled Young Veterans, Morgan, and Webster. A third ladder is set up, and Imperium starts to climb. Andrews makes a ladder bridge with a fourth ladder. It’s in the rung of a ladder and on the top rope. Webster leans a ladder onto Gibson and limbs. Aichner and Coffey fall off the ladder. Barthel is thrown off the ladder bridge, and Wolfgang is knocked to the mat. Andrews reaches for the title. Webster is thrown off the ladder. Andrews knocks Drake down. Gibson grabs Andrews’ ankle. Andrews applies a guillotine, but Gibson counters into a swinging suplex. Drake stands on the ladder bridge and hits Andrews with a 450 Splash!
Three ladders are down in the ring while a fourth is set up with the ladder bridge. Gibson climbs the ladder with Drake on his shoulders. Aichner stops them and throws Gibson out of the ring. Aichner pulls Drake down, and Imperium hits him with the European Bomb. Imperium clears the ring of all the ladders until there is one left. Gallus pushes them off the ladder and takes them down. Gallus pick up two ladders and sandwich Aichner three times! Barthel receives the same fate. Gallus hits a kick/powerslam combo on Drake. Wolfgang then sends Coffey over the top rope onto Imperium. Gallus then hits Gibson with a kick/powerslam combo on the ramp!
Gallus gets in the ring, but Webster and Andrews take the ladder out of the ring. Gallus pulls them onto the apron and go for stereo suplexes, but Webster and Andrews counter into Stun Dog Millionaires. Webster and Andrews set the largest ladder up at ringside. Gallus wipe out Andrews and Webster before going under the ring for tables. The crowd roars in approval. Wolfgang and Coffey set up table bridges from the apron to the barricade. Andrews and Webster fight out of slams and head-butt Wolfgang and Coffey. Coffey lays on the table, but the table collapses under his weight. Wolfgang is laid on the other table, and it doesn’t collapse. Andrews and Webster climb the ladder together and hit stereo Swanton Bombs onto Wolfgang! Unreal!
Webster and Andrews pull themselves up and put a ladder in the ring. They climb, but the Grizzled Young Veterans wipe them out with a ladder shot. Gibson and Drake put a ladder in the corner before throwing Webster out of the ring. Andrews tries to fight them off. Drake starts climbing while Gibson fights Andrews off. Andrews picks up a kendo stick, and Gibson begs him off. Andrews unloads on Gibson and Drake with absolutely vicious kendo stick shots, destroying the weapon! Andrews climbs the ladder, but Barthel and Aichner cut him off. Aichner hits a brainbuster on Andrews. Barthel climbs the ladder and touches the titles. Coffey pulls him down and goes for a German Suplex off the ladder. Barthel holds on for dear life. The ladder falls under their weight. Aichner pulls the ladder down to save it. Imperium goes for a European Bomb onto Coffey, but he fights it. Wolfgang all of a sudden spears Aichner through the ladder leaning in the corner. Barthel is knocked off the ladder over the top rope onto the other competitors! Coffey and Wolfgang climb the ladder to retain the titles!

The bell rings, and Walter immediately goes for a boot. Coffey sidesteps it. They lock up, but Coffey gets away. They lock up again, and Coffey pushes Walter into the ropes. Coffey chops Walter’s chest, but Walter forearms him back and applies a side headlock. Coffey quickly hits a back suplex, and Walter rolls out of the ring to recover. Coffey big boots Walter off the apron and hits a shoulder tackle off the apron. Coffey forearms Walter at ringside. Walter quickly uppercuts him and rolls in the ring to break the count. Walter grabs Coffey at ringside, but Coffey sends him into the barricade. Coffey charges, but Walter drops him into the crowd. Coffey lands on his feet, backs up, and hits Walter with a jumping shoulder tackle over the barricade.
Coffey gets Walter in the ring and punches away at him. Walter collapses in the corner and covers up. The referee has Coffey back up. Walter responds with a forearm, and Coffey hits him with a scary belly-to-belly side suplex for a two count. Coffey stands over Walter. Walter slowly gets to his feet, so Coffey hits a running uppercut. Coffey goes to the second rope and hits a tornado DDT for another two count. Walter puts the brakes on a suplex. Coffey forearms him, so Walter responds with a forearm of his own. Coffey forearms away at him and hits a delayed vertical suplex for a near fall. Coffey soon chops the chest, but that just infuriates Walter. Walter invites him to chop him again. The crowd shushes as Coffey obliges him. Walter then floors Coffey with a vicious chop. Coffey gets up, and Walter chops him down again. Walter chops him down and kicks him in the spine before standing tall.
Coffey rolls out of the ring to recover. Walter goes outside and viciously chops Coffey. It sounded like a cannon going off. Walter then boots Coffey back. Walter gets in the ring and once again stands tall, looking for a count-out. Coffey gets in the ring quickly and chops Walter back. Walter scoop slams him and hits a seated senton for a near fall. Walter applies a single leg crab. Coffey fights up, and they trade blows before Walter annihilates him with a chop to the chest. Walter stands over him and puts a foot on the neck before twisting. Coffey rolls out of the ring, gasping for breath. Walter pulls him onto the apron and clubs the chest twice. Coffey blocks the third attempt and forearms him back. Walter falls to the mat. Coffey goes to the top rope for a missile dropkick, but Walter counters into a Boston Crab! Walter then transitions to the STF. Walter elbows him in the neck and yanks back on the neck. Coffey screams in pain and reaches for the ropes. Walter pulls the arm back, so Coffey gets his foot on the bottom rope.
Walter thinks about what he is going to do next. Walter pulls him up, holding the arm, and lets off a shotgun blast of a chop. Walter pulls him up and absolutely caves the chest in with a chop. Coffey avoids a third and does a short-arm clothesline, but Walter doesn’t go down. They trade shoulder blocks before Coffey hits the ropes. Walter leapfrogs him and goes for a move, but they trip up a bit. Walter, thinking on his feet, immediately suplexes him to save the spot and pick up a two count. Walter jumps on Coffey’s back for a sleeper, but Coffey falls back. The referee counts them down, but Walter is up at five. Coffey gets Walter up for the electric chair. Walter gets out, but Coffey shoulder blocks him into the turnbuckle. Coffey then hits a German Suplex for a near fall.
Walter talks trash to Coffey. Coffey attacks and goes to the second rope, but Walter pulls him down. Coffey quickly takes Walter down for a two count. Coffey hits the ropes and sidesteps a big boot. Walter quickly chops him after some stutter steps and powerbombs him for a near fall. Walter applies a sleeper hold. Coffey hits a spear into the corner. Coffey ducks a dropkick from Walter, and the referee takes the full force of it! The referee is absolutely launched from the ring. Coffey attacks Walter and powerbombs him. Coffey pins the shoulders for three seconds, but there is no referee.
Alexander Wolfe comes to the ring and kicks Coffey down. Wolfe helps Walter up. Ilja Dragunov runs down and knees Wolfe down. Dragunov poses and sets up. Dragunov hits an uppercut that sends Wolfe into Coffey’s knee. Coffey grabs his knee in pain and rolls out of the ring. Walter viciously clotheslines Dragunov down. Walter sees Coffey struggling to stand at ringside. Walter viciously takes him down and sends him into the steps. Walter powerbombs Coffey on the apron and clotheslines him. Walter covers, but there’s no referee. A new referee runs down, but Coffey kicks out.
Dragunov and Wolfe brawl to the back. Walter goes to the top rope, but Coffey chops the chest. Coffey’s knee gives out before he climbs. Walter viciously chops him down to the mat. Coffey quickly gets up and uppercuts Walter. Coffey hits a belly-to-belly superplex, but he is too weak to crawl over and pin. An “NXT” chant picks up. They trade punches from their knees before Coffey falls over. They get to their feet and punch away at each other. Coffey stuns him with a left hand before punching him down in the corner. The referee backs Coffey up, and Walter kicks the injured knee. Walter kicks him in the leg and goes to the top rope for a splash, but Coffey kicks out.
Walter slowly gets up and goes for a powerbomb. Coffey fights it, so Walter clubs him. Coffey gets out of a powerbomb and whiffs on an All The Best For The Bells. The second one connects. Walter ducks a third All The Best For The Bells and applies a sleeper hold. Coffey fights up, so Walter kicks him in the spine before applying a sleeper hold. Coffey gets to the rope to break it up. Walter hits a sleeper suplex before following up with a powerbomb. Walter viciously chops the back and hits yet another powerbomb. Walter applies a head and arm clutch for the submission.
Winner by Submission and still WWE United Kingdom Champion: WALTER
The rest of Imperium comes out to stand tall with WALTER. Fabian Aichner and Marcel Barthel both have ice packs following the ladder match.
Imperium stands tall as NXT UK TakeOver: Blackpool II comes to an end… but wait… THE UNDISPUTED ERA ATTACKS THEM! The Undisputed ERA wipes out Imperium ahead of WWE Worlds Collide in two weeks. The crowd is going absolutely bonkers. NXT Champion Adam Cole stands across the ring from WWE United Kingdom Champion WALTER. The rest of the Undisputed ERA get in the ring. It’s 4-on-1 on WALTER. Fish and O’Reilly hit the High/Low on WALTER. The Undisputed ERA stands tall. A thunderous “NXT” chant picks up.
The crowd chants, “Undisputed.” Strong and O’Reilly hold WALTER up, and Cole talks trash to him. Cole then crushes WALTER with the Last Shot! The Undisputed ERA once again stands tall in the ring with their pose as the show comes to an end.
