Shane McMahon is out first to kick off the show tonight.
A video package airs focusing on the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber this past Sunday, including the fans getting behind Kofi Kingston.
Shane McMahon opens Smackdown
Back live, Shane is on the mic. Big reaction for Shane tonight. He talks about how impressive Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Ricochet and Aleister Black were on RAW last night. Shane reveals all four will be here tonight on Smackdown.
The Miz walks out to interrupt. He wants to apologize for losing the Smackdown Tag Team Championships on Sunday. The Miz talks about winning the titles with Shane and how his father told him he was proud of him, something he never heard his entire life. He then suggests Shane book a rematch against The Usos.
New Smackdown Tag Team Champions The Usos walk out and want to hold things up. They bring up that automatic rematch clauses are no more in WWE. The Usos are still fine with giving Shane and Miz the opportunity to call themselves the best. They insult The Miz, calling him a loser and a C-lister at best. The Usos suggest Shane find a new partner. Shane tells both Usos to not disrespect his partner and says the rematch is on. He reveals it is happening in Miz’s hometown of Cleveland at Fastlane on March 10.
Aleister Black is in the house. He’s in action next against Andrade.

A video package runs focusing on Aleister Black.
Aleister Black vs. Andrade w/ Zelina Vega
Loud “NXT” chant starts up. Lots of counters early between the two. Andrade with a big chop to the chest that drops Black. We see a shot of NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa and NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano watching backstage. Andrade with a high knee that catches Black on the chin. Black quickly dumps Andrade to the outside. Black runs, flips off the ropes, lands and takes a seat.
-Commercial Break-
Back live, Black and Andrade are trading elbow shots. Black with a series of takedowns, leg kicks, sweep and knee to the face. Andrade dumps Black to the outside. Black with a german suplex into a bridge for a two count on Andrade. Black hits the corner hard when Andrade moves. Andrade catches Black with double knees in the corner for two. Black connects with Black Mass and gets the pinfall victory.
Winner: Aleister Black
Backstage, we see NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa and NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano. They are asked about a successful RAW debut and want to know if they can “keep up with the hype.” Ciampa talks about how he wasn’t just handed the NXT Championship. Gargano said last year they went to war together in this same building and now they are here together on Smackdown Live. The Bar walks up to confront Ciampa and Gargano. Gargano says they are here to break the bar. Sheamus and Cesaro laugh.
Backstage, Jeff Hardy is talking with AJ Styles and wants to move past Sunday night. Kofi Kingston walks up with New Day with an “olive branch” covered in pancakes. Styles and Hardy take some of the pancakes and start eating them.

The Bar vs. NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa and NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano
We start with Sheamus and Ciampa. Sheamus catches Ciampa with an elbow and uppercut early. Ciampa fires back with boots of his own to the head of Sheamus. Sheamus bails out, regroups and tags in Cesaro. Cesaro wants Gargano in. Gargano gets the tag. Gargano catches Cesaro with a snap huricanrana, but Cesaro fires back with a big uppercut. Tag to Sheamus who stomps over Gargano on his way in. Ciampa tags himself in. Gargano with a boot to Cesaro, Ciampa sends Cesaro out and hits Sheamus with a knee. Gargano with a suicide dive to Sheamus. Ciampa dives out, Cesaro catches him and plants him with a backbreaker on the outside. Sheamus also gets in a shot on Gargano.
-Commercial Break-
Back live, Ciampa catches Cesaro with a jawbreaker, but eats a big uppercut from Cesaro after jumping off the corner. Sheamus knocks Gargano off his corner. Sheamus with a high knee to Ciampa in the corner after getting the tag. Sheamus takes a bad bump over the leg/ankle of Ciampa. Tag to Gargano who connects with another snap huricanrana to Cesaro. Gargano catches Cesaro with a superkick off the ring apron and then launches himself off catching Sheamus. Cesaro misses a charge and hits the barricade when Gargano moves. Gargano with a huricanrana that sends Cesaro into the side of the ring. Gargano with his slingshot DDT on Cesaro over the top rope for two. Gargano with a spinning head scissors hanging on into the Gargano Escape on Cesaro. Cesaro breaks free and drops Gargano over his knee. Tag to Sheamus. Cesaro plants Gargano with a backbreaker and Sheamus connects off the top rope. Ciampa breaks it up. He gets dumped out by Sheamus and Cesaro. Sheamus with a big backbreaker on Gargano. Gargano catches Sheamus with a superkick. Gargano with a close roll up on Cesaro. Tag to Ciampa who flips in and rolls up Cesaro to get the pinfall!
Winners: NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa and NXT North American Champion Johnny Gargano

Backstage, we see Samoa Joe warming up for tonight. He’s near Randy Orton and WWE Champion Daniel Bryan (joined by Rowan).
A video package runs focusing on Ricochet. He faces Eric Young tonight.
Smackdown Women’s Champion Asuka is in the house.

Interview with Asuka
We are back live with Smackdown Women’s Champion Asuka. She is asked about more attention being placed on RAW Women’s Champion Ronda Rousey.
Asuka said she is ready for a new challenge. She talks about making Becky Lynch tap out at the Royal Rumble. Asuka doesn’t want to talk about Becky or Charlotte Flair. She wants to know who is ready for Asuka right now.
Mandy Rose interrupts and walks out with Sonya Deville. She says poor Asuka and that no one is paying attention to her. Rose says she is the most talked about superstar in WWE and if anyone is ready for Asuka, it is her.
Non-Title Match
Smackdown Women’s Champion Asuka vs. Mandy Rose
Sonya Deville remains at ringside for Rose. Asuka takes out Rose with a dropkick.
Lacey Evans walks out and distracts everyone. She turns around and heads to the back. Rose sends Asuka into the corner and hits a side russian leg sweep for a close two. Asuka is not happy as Rose bails to the outside and regroups near Deville. Back inside, Rose throws some knees and kicks at Asuka. Asuka dumps Rose out of the ring.
-Commercial Break-
Back live, Asuka counters Rose and gets an ankle lock applied. Rose makes it to the bottom rope to break it up. Rose with a big knee to Asuka on the outside. Asuka is out as the referee starts the count. Asuka barely rolls back in at the 9 count. Asuka with open palm strikes to Rose. Asuka catches Rose with another dropkick. Asuka with a release german suplex and follows with a shining wizard. Rose is complaining about her eye to the referee. She backs up to the corner. Rose grabs Asuka and tosses her into the second rope. Rose rolls up Asuka and gets the pinfall. Asuka can’t believe it.
Winner: Mandy Rose
After the match, Asuka is very upset.
Backstage, Charlotte Flair shows off the bruise on her arm courtesy of Becky Lynch’s attack at the Elimiantion Chamber PPV this past Sunday. Charlotte brings up again that Becky is suspended and doesn’t belong here right now.
Backstage, The Miz is smiling and walks up to Shane McMahon. He thanks Shane for putting his trust in him again. Miz tells Shane that Mr. Miz will be ringside in Cleveland.
Ricochet is in action next against Eric Young.

Ricochet vs. Eric Young w/ Alexander Wolfe & Killian Dain
Back live, Ricochet and Young are just starting to lock up. Ricochet with a series of flip counters to get Young grounded. Young drops Ricochet with a quick shoulder block. Ricochet with his snap huricanrana and dropkick combo. Ricochet mocks Young doing his flip backwards and landing in the ring. Young cracks Ricochet with a right hand after Alexander Wolfe distracts him at ringside. Young pulls Ricochet up by his head over the top rope and connects with a shot off the corner for two. Young keeps Ricochet grounded in a headlock and slams him back down when he tries to fight to his feet. Ricochet with a series of clotheslines and another snap huricanrana on Young. Ricochet connects with a springboard uppercut and then standing shooting star press for two. Young is busted open after he takes a corner bump, slides under the legs of Ricochet and eats a dropkick that sends him flying through the ropes to the outside. Ricochet with a dropkick to Wolfe who jumps up on the ring apron. Ricochet dives out and takes out both Young and Dain. Ricochet catches Young with a kick. Ricochet with his 630 splash for the win.
Winner: Ricochet
Backstage, Xavier Woods talks about how Kofi Kingston has been doing his thing in WWE for the last 11 years. Kofi said it feels like the entire WWE Universe has his back. Woods holds up a sign that says #KofiMania. Kofi loves his New Day brothers.
The six man tag team match is up next.

Six Man Tag Team Match
WWE Champion Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton and Samoa Joe vs. Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles and Kofi Kingston
WWE Champion Daniel Bryan says no one in this ring tonight will be his opponent at Fastlane in three weeks because he defeated all of them at Elimination Chamber.
-Commercial Break-
Back live, we start with Kofi Kingston and Daniel Bryan. Bryan immediately tags in Samoa Joe. Kofi with kicks and body shots to Joe in the corner. Kofi catches Joe with a big springboard dropkick off the corner. Tag to Jeff Hardy who drops an elbow over Joe’s arm off the corner. Hardy with an atomic drop, low blow drop and quick splash. Joe drives Hardy down face first and tags in Randy Orton. Orton with a few shots and tags in Bryan. Bryan with kicks to the chest of Hardy and follows it up with a big kick to the head. Hardy gets his hand on the bottom rope during the pinfall. Orton gets the tag. Hardy with a quick jawbreaker and tags in Kofi. Kofi with a springboard shot to Orton followed up by chops and dropkicks. Kofi with a Boom Drop (I’m pretty sure Kofi referenced his “stupid” spot with Orton from years ago while firing up). Orton is sent to the outside. Kofi up top. Bryan trips up Kofi. Joe levels Styles in the ring. Orton drops Kofi back first off the announce table.
-Commercial Break-
Back live, Bryan is throwing right hands at Kofi and yelling that he is the WWE Champion. Tag to Orton as Bryan dumps Kofi out of the ring again. Orton again drops Kofi over the announce table and tosses him back inside the ring. Orton has a headlock applied on Kofi. Orton misses a charge in the corner and slaps his arm off the corner post with a thud. Tag to Bryan and Styles. Styles hits Joe in the corner and gets in shots on Bryan. Styles with a backbreaker to Bryan. Styles splashes Bryan in the corner and connects with a second backbreaker for two. Orton goes for an RKO, but Styles counters with a kick to the head. Bryan kicks Styles in the head. Styles rolls up Bryan in the corner into the Calf Crusher. Joe breaks it up. Hardy with a Twist of Fate on Joe. Orton launches Hardy out under the bottom rope. Styles sends Orton out. Styles and Bryan exchange pinfall attempts. Bryan gets the LeBell Lock applied. Styles forces the break getting to the ropes. Styles catches Bryan with a Pele Kick after Bryan misses his running knee. Kofi with a dive taking everyone out and gets the tag. Kofi with a missile dropkick from the top on Bryan. Kofi is back up top and does his backwards diving taking out Bryan and Rowan. Back inside, Kofi connects with Trouble in Paradise on Bryan and gets the pinfall! KofiMania continues.
Winners: Kofi Kingston, Jeff Hardy and AJ Styles
After the match, New Day celebrates with Kofi Kingston.
Shane McMahon walks out and announces that Daniel Bryan will defend the WWE Championship at Fastlane against…Kofi Kingston.
The show comes to a close with Kofi celebrating with New Day.
