IN THE RING
Theodore Long & Team SmackDown! (The Big Show & Rey Mysterio & Jack Swagger & Edge & Alberto Del Rio & Tyler Reks & Kofi Kingston) & Team RAW (Mike “The Miz” Mizanin & Ezekiel Jackson & John Morrison & R-Truth & Santino Marella & C.M. Punk & Sheamus) w/Alex Riley: Teddy said for the first time ever he would not be making the matches tonight, the superstars would make them. Teddy started with Miz. Miz told Teddy to thank him for gracing the B show with their presence. Miz said he’s already proved his superiority over Big Show. Miz said tonight they would have a 6 man tag match with him, Ezekiel and Sheamus. Big Show said he wasn’t surprised that Miz was hiding behind 2 powerhouses just like he hid behind him. Big Show said he needed speed so he chose Kofi Kingston and Rey Mysterio. Edge said he wanted to be in action tonight too. Edge said he wanted to have a 1 on 1 match with the most obnoxious superstar on either brand; C.M. Punk. John Morrison said he wanted to face someone who thinks he is too good to be here and has trouble speaking the English language; Alberto Del Rio. Jack Swagger said he wanted to take on the one RAW superstar who’s finishing move is even worse than the sharpshooter; Santino Marella. Teddy said they would kick of SmackDown! with the tag team match.
SIX MAN TAG MATCH
The Big Show & Rey Mysterio & Kofi Kingston defeated Mike “The Miz” Mizanin & Ezekiel Jackson & Sheamus: Rey and Sheamus started. Sheamus beat the hell out of Rey until Kofi tagged in. Kofi knocked Sheamus out of the ring and Rey hit him with a west coast pop. Back from commercial Ezekiel was in the ring with Kofi. Ezekiel took down Kofi and Miz tagged in. Kofi got the hot tag to Show after a few minutes and he knocked Miz around. Rey hit Sheamus with a west coast pop and Big Show kicked Ezekiel in the head. Show hit Miz with a chokeslam and Rey landed on him for 3.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Josh Mathews & Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler w/Vickie Guerrero: Dolph said he mistook Daniel Bryan for a fan at first. Dolph said it was like a highschool team taking on the superbowl champions. Dolph said this Sunday he’s going to crush Daniel.
SINGLES MATCH
Jack Swagger w/Swagger Soaring Eagle b Santino Marella: Santino was thrown out of the ring and Hornswoggle stopped the eagle from attacking Santino. Santino hit the Eagle with the cobra and Hornswoggle landed on him with a tadpole splash. Santino went for the cobra but Jack caught his leg and made him tap with the ankle lock.
DCR GROOMING TIPS: “Dashing” Cody Rhodes told us to use lip balm. Cody said sometimes he uses lip gloss when he’s home alone.
SINGLES MATCH
Alberto Del Rio defeated John Morrison: Alberto and Morrison wrestled back and forth until Alberto missed the enziguri. John went for the starship pain but Alberto got his knees up and put in the crossarm breaker for the win.
SINGLES MATCH
Edge defeated C.M. Punk by DQ: Punk was in control for the beginning of the match, running into a big boot at one point but ducking a cross body to the back. Edge finally hit a swinging neckbreaker but Punk retaliated by throwing Edge onto the top rope. Back from commercial Punk had a body scissors locked in. Edge finally hit some offense and got ready for the spear. Alex Riley and Miz pulled Edge out of the ring causing the DQ. Kofi ran down and hit Riley with the TIP. All the wrestlers from both teams came running down and took turns hitting their finishers ending with Edge hitting Punk with the spear.
DIVAS TAG MATCH
Natalya Neidhart & Kelly Kelly defeated WWE Divas champion(s) Lay-Cool (Layla El & Michelle McCool): Layla was dressed like Natalya with a beard and Michelle looked like Bret Hart. They joked around a bit before Natalya and Kelly came down to the ring. Lay-Cool worked on Natalya a bit before she regained control and put the sharpshooter in on Layla.
CHAMPION VS CHAMPION MATCH
WWE champion Randy Orton defeated World Heavyweight champion Kane: Kane took control early on. Randy took control on the outside and started stomping on Kane back in the ring until he escaped. Kane hit a big clothesline on the outside to regain control. Back from commercial Kane had a bearhug in. Kane continued to dominate Orton until he finally got out of a chokeslam and hit the powerslam. Orton hit the rope DDT and got ready for the RKO. Kane reversed the RKO into another chokeslam attempt but the lights went out and when they came back on Orton hit the RKO for 3. After the match Kane threw a temper tantrum. Undertaker ripped a hole in the canvas and pulled Kane down with him.
