WWE INTERCONTINENTAL TITLE MATCH
WWE Intercontinental champion Dolph Ziggler w/Vickie Guerrero vs. Montel Vontavious Porter ended in a No Contest: About 3 minutes into the match Dolph went to the outside and was attacked by The Nexus. The Nexus focused their attention on MVP next and beat him up too. Wade Barrett wasn’t there. After they were done with MVP Big Show came down to the ring. Nexus managed to knock Show out of the ring. John Cena came down to the ring next. Nexus was taking care of Cena when Show got back into the ring with a chair. Nexus escaped to the outside and Wade Barrett came on the Tron. Wade said this was a monumental incident because this is the last time Cena will receive a beating from Nexus. Wade was standing with Teddy Long. Wade said tonight was going to be monumental. Wade said he is friends with the president of the network and he has taken the liberty of allowing Wade to make some matches. Teddy said tonight Big Show would compete in a 5 on 1 handicap match against The Nexus. Teddy said John Cena would face Kane.
8 DIVA TAG TEAM MATCH
Natalya & Kelly Kelly & Nikki Bella & Brie Bella defeated Michelle McCool & Layla & Alicia Fox & Maryse Ouellet: Alicia and Kelly started out. Natalya tagged in right away and hit Maryse with a butterfly suplex. Natalya completely dominated Maryse and put in the sharpshooter but Michelle kicked Natalya in the head. Everything broke down and Hornswoggle tried pulling Layla under the ring. Michelle kicked Hornswoggle in the chest and Natalya took Lay-Cool out with a baseball slide. Natalya reversed the French Kiss into the sharpshooter right after for 3.
JACK SWAGGER’S ALL AMERICAN AMERICAN HOMECOMING CELEBRATION
Jack Swagger & Swagger’s Soaring Eagle + Edge: The ring was decorated and Jack Swagger was wearing a cape. Jack had his own mascot dressed like a bald eagle. Jack thanked everyone. Jack said he had a huge announcement. Jack said he had a problem with every single Oklahoman in the building. Jack said he had a problem with the state of Oklahoma. Jack said he put them on the map and when he returned he didn’t even get a parade. Jack said he wanted a day or a key to the city. Jack said him and his mascot the Swagger soaring eagle have moved out of Oklahoma. Jack said they moved to somewhere bigger and better; Texas. Jack said God bless Texas. Jack made fun of their sports team. Jack said him and his mascot are going to be the bigger men and continue to give back. Jack said he is their king. Jack said there is only one person qualified for this coronation, so by the power invested in him, he proclaims himself the official undisputed king of Oklahoma. Jack put on a crown. Edge came out. Jack said he was busy. Edge said after he was involved with the computer on RAW he told himself he was going to go on a mission to rid the WWE landscape of anything stupid. Jack said he’s got his own personal mascot, that’s not stupid, it’s cool. Edge said the mascot was ridiculous. Jack told Edge not to talk that way about his eagle. Edge said the fact that he named it that is stupid. Edge said the podium is stupid, the stupid cape is stupid, and the stupid crown is stupid. Edge said he’s going to start his mission right now. Edge hit the eagle with a spear.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
The Nexus (Wade Barrett & Heath Slater & Michael Tarver & Justin Gabriel & David Otunga): Wade said what they did earlier was impressive but if they really want to make history then they need to push the envelope further. Wade said no one is allowed to touch them and they’re the lumberjacks during Cena’s match, so they need to talk strategy.
DCR GROOMING TIPS: “Dashing” Cody Rhodes told us how to use deodorant. Cody prefers clear gel to prevent unflattering white residue.
5 ON 1 HANDICAP MATCH
The Nexus (Wade Barrett & Justin Gabriel & David Otunga & Michael Tarver & Heath Slater) defeated The Big Show: Big Show swatted them off until Wade hit a running kick to his skull. They knocked Show down and all locked in submissions on his different limbs until he passed out. After the match Justin hit Show with the 450 splash, and followed up with another.
SINGLES MATCH
The Undertaker w/Paul Bearer defeated C.M. Punk: Undertaker completely destroyed Punk and finished him off with the tombstone piledriver.
IN THE RING
Alberto Del Rio + Rey Mysterio: Alberto said the Mexican icon, the great luchadore, one of the greatest of all time, was there, him! Alberto said he was there to introduce them to a man just like them. Alberto said just a few weeks ago he broke his arm but tonight he’s there to say he is sorry. Alberto said he was there to give him a big kiss right on the cheek. Alberto introduced Rey Mysterio. Alberto’s ring announcer came down to the ring holding a Chihuahua in a mask and a bandage around its arm. Alberto said sorry. Alberto said he’s sorry because he hurt him. Alberto kissed the dog. Alberto said Rey Mysterio was going to be there tonight and Rey came out. Rey tripped Alberto and went for the 619 but Ricardo grabbed Rey’s leg so Alberto could escape. Rey hit Ricardo with the 619.
NON (WWE) TITLE MATCH
WWE champion Randy Orton defeated WWE Tag Team champion “Dashing” Cody Rhodes w/Drew McIntyre: Cody escaped to the outside early on and with the help of Drew was able to shove Randy into the ring post. Cody was in control until he missed his springboard kick and was hit with the inverted backbreaker and RKO for 3. After the match Drew attacked Randy but was hit with the RKO too. Sheamus jumped Randy and hit the bicycle kick.
NON (WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT) TITLE LUMBERJACK MATCH
World Heavyweight champion Kane vs. John Cena went to a No Contest: Kane took control early on with his power. Kane threw Cena out of the ring and Nexus ganged up on him. Back from commercial Kane had a rear naked choke locked in. Kane missed his lariat and Cena took control. Kane reversed the AA into a chokeslam attempt but Cena got out of it and knocked Kane out of the ring. Nexus left him alone and climbed up onto the apron. Cena knocked David off and into Kane, so he started attacking them. Cena fought them off and got out of there. Suddenly the lights went out and when they came back on Taker was standing behind Kane. They fought into the crowd with Taker in control. They wound up back in the ring and Taker was able to overpower Kane and hit the chokeslam. Kane escaped from the ring and Taker posed with Paul Bearer.
