Vince McMahon + General Manager Theodore Long: Vince McMahon bragged about “firing” Donald Trump on RAW this week. McMahon then called out SmackDown! G.M. Theodore Long for a public meeting. Long announced the main event of Edge & Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio & Jeff Hardy. McMahon was not impressed, and wanted more, so Long said the match would take place inside a Steel Cage (calling it Rage in a Cage). McMahon was still not impressed, so Long added World Heavyweight champion C.M. Punk as the special guest referee. McMahon placed Theodore Long on probation and said he would be watching Long closely tonight.
