“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video lead us into the show.
A video kicks off the show highlighting what happened last week on RAW. At the start of the show, Brock Lesnar refused to appear before the crowd. RAW General Manager Kurt Angle threatened to fire Paul Heyman if Lesnar didn’t appear. Lesnar made it clear to Heyman that they are not friends and doesn’t care about him. At the end of the show, Angle went to fire Heyman, but stopped when Lesnar finally appeared live. Lesnar gave Angle and F5 before attacking Heyman and leaving him writhing in pain in the ring.
RAW General Manager Kurt Angle makes his way to the ring alongside Constable Baron Corbin. Angle says tonight will be an historic night because Ronda Rousey will make her RAW in-ring debut. Angle praises her for being a UFC superstar for always showing up, unlike Brock Lesnar. Corbin warns him. Angle says he has something to get off his chest. Angle is furious over being attacked. Since he’s a man of his word, because Lesnar appeared, Paul Heyman will keep his job and be interviewed later tonight by Renee Young.
Roman Reigns’ music hits, and he comes down to the mixed reception he normally gets. Reigns says he has a lot of respect for Angle, but he should have known better. If you kick the big dog out, who will protect the yard? No one. That’s why Lesnar rag dolled Angle last week. Corbin smiles. Reigns asks him what he’s smiling about since he did nothing and ran as soon as Lesnar looked at him. Angle interrupts and reiterates that he made sure that Lesnar wouldn’t get suspended. Reigns will face Lesnar at SummerSlam. Angle hopes he kicks Lesnar’s ass. Corbin scolds Angle for being unprofessional. Reigns again teases Corbin for running away. Corbin says he didn’t run away. He was just exhausted from beating little Finn Balor, a guy who has won the Universal Title, unlike Reigns. There was nothing he could do. Angle says he could have acted like a man. Corbin isn’t happy about it. Corbin asks if Angle is really an example of a man. Angle acts like he owns this show, but all he does is make matches. Stephanie McMahon hired him to watch Angle because he cannot be trusted. Angle says he does make the matches and sees a match right here. As a matter of fact, he wants a referee because Constable Corbin is taking on Roman Reigns right now! The crowd is very pleased with this.

-Commercial Break-
“Ladies and gentlemen… Elias.”
Elias strums his guitar and greets the crowd. Elias starts to play a mellow riff in what sounds like B minor to me. Elias has one question for everyone tonight: Who wants to walk with Elias? His album is out and is changing lives on a daily basis. Some of the biggest names in music are afraid of what he’s done. He’s top of the charts with only four songs. Can he get an amen? Amen. His documentary came out last week on the Walk With Elias Network, but they got it wrong. That’s why he has this documentary crew with him. They’re going to do it the right way… Elias’ way. Elias tells them to silence their cellphones and hold the applause until after he’s finished. Elias then tells the crew to get better shots of him. Elias then directs them to circle around him like he’s the sun, the center of the universe. They’re moving too slow, like Bobby Lashley, who couldn’t remember the lyrics to “Rockin’ Robin.” Elias starts to play, but stops and blames the audience. Elias wants their faces blurred out so he can’t see them. Maybe they can crop them out with better looking people? Anything to make him forget he’s in Jacksonville. The crowd loudly boos him. Elias then says he better not be interrupted by Bobby Lashley like last week. Elias then starts to play…
…but he’s interrupted by Bobby Lashley. Lashley isn’t happy his name came out of Elias’ mouth. Lashley says he saw Elias’ documentary and thought it was brilliant work since it portrayed who Elias is. Elias says at times it portrayed him as egotistical, out of touch, and vain. Lashley asks how that is any different to how he is in life. Elias thinks Lashley is here to steal his spotlight. On his first night back in the company, he tried to steal Elias’ spotlight. Lashley’s entire comeback has been a joke. Lashley says everything about Elias is a joke. The next time his name comes out of Elias’ mouth, what he does to him won’t be a joke. Elias backs off a bit and says Lashley is in a bad mood and directs the camera crew to leave.
Elias then throws a clipboard in Lashley’s face and beats him down. Elias talks a little trash and hits the ropes, but Lashley takes him down with a spinebuster. Lashley calls the film crew into the ring and has them film him hitting Elias with a delayed vertical suplex.

Jinder Mahal comes out with Sunil Singh and shakes hands with Owens. Owens says he can’t thank him enough. At first he was skeptical with the breathing, chanting, and the other crap, but it’s helped him. At Extreme Rules when Braun Strowman threw him off the cage through the table, he thought he’d live the rest of his life in pain. Thanks to Mahal, he woke up pain free. That’s why he has Mahal out here. Another reason he has Mahal here is they share something special. When most men look at Braun Strowman, they see a monster. A “We want Strowman” chant picks up. Owens says that will allow him to finally reclaim his Universal Championship. The truth is he’s never been the same since he lost the title. Now he has the title in his grasp. Owens is so clear-headed, he has a great idea. Tonight, Jinder Mahal will take on Braun Strowman one more time. Mahal looks worried. Owens says he will beat him again.

Strowman gets back in the ring before getting counted out. Strowman finally powers him to the corner and throws him across the ring. Owens returns and again steals the briefcase. Strowman chases and retrieves it. Strowman clubs him down. Mahal runs up and attacks him, so Strowman hits him with the briefcase by accident. The referee disqualifies him.
