WWE Monday Night RAW
Location: Laredo, TX
Date: September 21, 2015
Commentators: Michael Cole, JBL and Byron Saxton
We kick off Raw in a very unique way with the Wyatt Family coming down to the ring. Michael Cole, Byron Saxton and JBL talk about the third man last night being Chris Jericho but the Wyatt’s won in convincing fashion! Bray has the mic and he says he didn’t speak loud enough and hit hard enough when he warned Roman Reigns and Dean Ambrose because when he climbed Mt. Olympus and grabbed the golden ire and pulled him down! He is interrupted by Roman Reigns for no reason as the man and his team was beat fair and square last night!
Roman says he wants a fight; he wants Bray by himself, as it is about himself and Bray. Bray agrees to this and Roman is just taking Bray down with clotheslines, slams and so much more. Bray is fighting back with some punches, uppercuts and forearms but runs into a Superman Punch! This is unsanctioned and Luke Harper and Braun Strowman get into the ring and Strowman picks him up and slams him down. Here comes Ambrose! Ambrose off the ropes dives onto Harper, dropkicks Strowman out of the ring and dives onto him but Braun tosses him back into the ring! Ambrose dives on Strowman once again and these two are brawling on the outside! Roman attacks Strowman from behind and now Ambrose jumps onto the back of Strowman but Braun tosses him into the barricade! Roman and Bray are brawling on the outside as are Harper and Ambrose, Ambrose is trying to fight off both Strowman and Harper but the numbers game is too much as Braun tosses him into the steps. Harper goes back into the ring to put Roman in a Rear Naked Choke but here comes Randy Orton! Orton with the ground and pound on someone but he has just cleaned house! Harper pulls Orton to the outside and Orton with a back suplex to Harper on the announce table but the table did not break. Strowman now goes after Orton, tossing him back into the ring, Strowman has Orton by the neck but Ambrose with a missile dropkick, Roman with a Superman punch takes Strowman out of the ring but Strowman is still on his feet on the outside! That is how you kick off Raw! With a fight and not a ten minute promo! I love it!
We get a look at the double title match main event from last night at Night of Champions. John Cena won back the United States Championship, but Seth Rollins with perhaps a major upset in rolling up Sting to retain the Undisputed Championship! Sheamus tried to cash in his Money in the Bank contract, but we saw the return of The Demon Kane, Kane then chokeslammed Rollins and Sheamus, before tombstone pile driving Rollins back onto the mat. As a result, Sheamus still has the MITB Briefcase as the bell never rung!
We see Rollins walking into The Authorities office, but all he sees is the Director of Operations, Kane! Rollins is shocked, he does not know what is going on. Kane says he has been recuperating since Brock Lesnar broke his leg. Kane has arranged Seth’s rematch clause for the United States Championship against John Cena to be tonight! This is huge!
Stardust and the Cosmic Ascension are in the ring as we come back. Neville makes his way to the ring, The Lucha Dragons soon follow, so this will be a rematch from the Kickoff last night which the Cosmic Ascension picked up the win!
The Cosmic Ascension vs. Neville and the Lucha Dragons in a 6-man tag team match
Sin Cara Dos and Konnor kick things off as Konnor kicks him down to the mat after an arm wringer, following up by tossing Cara to the apron and making sure Cara falls on the apron! Stardust makes the tag and gets a few boots in before Viktor tags in and we get some Cody chants. European uppercut by Viktor for a one count. Konnor tags in and kicks him down as we get a two count this time. Rest hold applied by Konnor as we are live from Laredo, Texas and Konnor takes him into the corner of the Cosmic Ascension as we have more Cody chants. Stardust tags back in and gets a boot in, does a cartwheel and kicks him again before going for an Alabama Slam but Cara rolls out and tags in Neville! Neville is cleaning house right now! Neville flips to one corner and puts a boot up, going up top for the Red Arrow but Konnor takes him off and Stardust pushes him to the outside as we cut to break!
Stardust stomps down on the chest of Neville as we come back, Viktor tags in and so does Konnor, The Cosmic Ascension with a triple team on Neville and Neville grabs the bottom rope to stay alive in this one. Neville fights out of a rest hold and rolls Konnor up but Viktor tags in during the sunset flip, Konnor takes him down and gets a two count as well. Konnor tags in Stardust and a nice double axe handle by Stardust thanks to the double team as the Cody chants continue. Stardust with a torture rack like maneuver, almost going Vertebraker style on it but Neville fights out of it. Neville is far away from the corner and that proves to be enough as Viktor not only tags in, but curb stomps him down. Kalisto tags in and is cleaning house right now! Taking out all three members of the Cosmic Ascension! Cara dives out of nowhere onto the Cosmic Ascension! Neville takes out Stardust, Kalisto hits Selena Del Sol for the victory!
Winners: Lucha Dragons and Neville! **** star match. For what tag team openers normally do, this was an amazing match!
The United States Championship will be on the line later tonight as new champion John Cena, defends against the former champion and current Undisputed Champion, Seth Rollins!
We see a WWEShop promo. Tonight only save 20 percent off orders with the code SAVE20
Seth sees the Authority and is so confused about what he saw earlier in the night. Triple H confirms everything that Rollins has just said, Stephanie agrees with this and says this is an opportunity for Seth.
We see that Kevin Owens became the new Intercontinental Champion last night! Albeit from a rake of the eyes but nonetheless he is the new champion!
Ryback, the former champion, makes his way to the ring. The Big Guy is in action up next.
Bo Dallas is in the ring, as is Ryback. But here comes the new Intercontinental Champion, Kevin Owens who goes on commentary. Bo Dallas congratulates Owens on becoming the new champion and says that Ryback Bolieved that he was better than Owens, and he never will…Bolieve me!
Ryback vs. Bo Dallas
This match is underway and Ryback picks Bo up and sends him into the corner with chops, punches and clotheslines! Sending him to the other corner and tossing him into yet another one. Ryback with clubbing blows to the back of Bo and slamming him back down to the mat. Belly to belly by Ryback as Owens is ignoring Saxton. Bo is fighting back but is pushed back down to the mat, followed up by a suplex by Ryback for a one count. Bo with a big clothesline and now he tees off with knees to the face of Ryback followed by a big boot for a two count! Bo with somewhat of a sleeper and we get a We Bolieve chant from the crowd. Bo now going into the side headlock, Ryback fights out of it and tosses him again followed by a spinebuster, Meathook clothesline and the Shellshock for the victory. Owens attacks Ryback right after the bell so it does not become a disqualification. Owens is assaulting Ryback but Ryback fights back with a clothesline and goes for a Shellshock but Owens gets out of dodge!
Winner: Ryback. ***3/4 star match. This was a good match to showcase all three men, remember that Ryback has a mandatory rematch for the IC strap at a later date.
Charlotte has a celebration for becoming the new Divas Champion up next!
We see a Smackdown promo wondering if Rollins did what Jay Lethal did at All-Star Extravaganza…the answer, no he did not.
We see Charlotte becoming the new Divas Champion at Night Of Champions!
“The Nature Boy” Ric Flair makes his way to the ring! A two-time hall of famer, sixteen-time world champion, and perhaps the greatest wrestler to ever live! Gotta love it! Ric has the mic, he says do I look like a happy father? A proud father? Has the Nature Boy had fun in Laredo, Texas before? Let me just say this to you, there are times in a man’s life…we get a “Thank You Ric” chant and he thanks the crowd as well. There are times in a man’s live, when they are so special that you have no words to describe it. The first time you come down that ramp, the first time you win a championship, you fall in love, once twice three…maybe four times, but a couple of those were a mistake, but don’t mistake this. The most proud moment of my wrestling career was not any of my world championships, or when Shawn Michaels had my retirement match at WrestleMania, but when my daughter became Divas Champion! She was not handed anything, I did not help her, and she beat a great champion in Nikki Bella, but she is here tonight so please welcome the Divas Champion, my little girl, Charlotte!
What a standing ovation for Charlotte, and the rest of PCB! What a moment, Ric holding the ropes for his daughter! He will hold the ropes for the champ every night! I love it! They both do a ‘Woooo’ together! She has the mic and says she has to recompose herself, her and her dad cry when they are in the ring together. Dad, I remember when I was a little girl, sitting where all these people were and wanted to be where you were. And if I can become half as great as you were I know I will make you proud. I love you so much dad, they embrace! What a moment! Not gonna cry tonight, PCB! You know, since the Diva Revolution started, teaming with you night after night, week after week has been a dream since I was a little girl, but I made two new friends because of it. Becky Lynch, my protein sister, you have made me a better person each and every day! Paige, we started NXT together, you were the first NXT Women’s Champion. I followed in your footsteps and became where you are as well. Paige is proud of Charlotte and says let’s just think about who made this possible, and that’s me! Oh I love you daddy! And I wouldn’t be here without you! You sound like you were inducted into the bloody hall of fame! So what! I won the title on my first day! I won it twice! And here’s a little secret, Nikki is gonna bring her hippie sister and she will take her title back and this division will be back to where it was. Becky you will never be a champion because you are the least relevant of the three of us! And let’s go to Team BAD, all flash and no substance! Summer and Lana try to find out who they want to climb on! Where is Nattie? Do you even work here? And of course the Bellas, and we know the real reason why they got to where they are! I am the Divas Division! And you are only here because of your old man! What a Pipebomb! Paige leaves and here comes Team Bella!
Nikki has the mic and says she will have her rematch, and Brie will face Charlotte up next!
We see a promo for the Brock Lesnar Go To Hell Tour! Which includes a match at Madison Square Garden against The Big Show! A Stone Cold Podcast in Dallas! And the third match in over a year between The Undertaker, and Brock Lesnar…Inside Hell In A Cell at the HIAC event!
WWE Divas champion Charlotte vs. Brie Bella in a non-title match
We join this match in progress as Brie takes Charlotte to the mat with a headlock takeover. Charlotte pushes her off but Brie knocks her down. Charlotte with the kip up and a rollup for a two count. Charlotte has a cravat applied and knees to the head of Brie rain down until Brie falls down but Brie hits a missile dropkick for two! Brie sends Charlotte into the turnbuckle and then another one before Charlotte does the same thing. Both women fight on the outside and Brie pushes Charlotte into the steel steps, last night Nikki worked on the knee of Charlotte for the entire match last night and Brie looks like she seems to do the same. Brie with some shoulder blocks in the corner, she grabs the knee and kicks it, putting it across the middle rope and continues to kick it. Brie with a dragon screw legwhip, going for the figure four but Charlotte rolls her up for two, Brie then continues to work on the knee. Charlotte uses her good leg to try and kick Brie off, Brie continues to kick the right leg of Charlotte that has the bad knee. Dropkick to the ribs of Charlotte. Brie stretches the leg and the knee on the rope and continues to kick it and stretch it. Brie asks the crowd for one more and kicks it one more time for two. Charlotte starts to fight back, goes for a slam but Brie with a chop block for two! Brie applies a single leg Boston Crab, a move that Nikki used all night last night. Charlotte with an enziguri to break the hold! Charlotte with a backslide for two, grabbing Brie’s leg and chops Brie several times before Brie gets a kick in and Charlotte with a neckbreaker and a spear! Charlotte locks in the Figure Four and turns it into the Figure Eight and Brie has no choice but to tap out!
Winner by Submission: Charlotte! ***** star match! This was a continuation of a great match between Nikki and Charlotte from last night, but Brie plays the role and does it even better!
The United States Championship will be on the line later tonight
We learn that The VaudeVillians will face Blake & Murphy for the NXT Tag Team Championships, as well as the NXT Debut of Kana! This Wednesday on NXT!
We see Daniel Bryan promoting 5 Hour Energy!
We learn that the WWE has more Facebook followers from pretty much everyone!
Here comes the man that still has the MITB Briefcase, Sheamus. Now Sheamus did try to cash it in last night, but was stopped by the Demon Kane. The bell never rang, so Sheamus as you can see is still in possession of a world title match anytime he wants! Mark Henry makes his way to the ring and I can already say this will not be an easy night for Mr. MITB.
Sheamus vs. Mark Henry
This match is underway. We get you look stupid chants directed at Sheamus, Henry pushes him back and grabs his arm and connects with a short-arm clothesline. Sheamus goes to the outside to run his mouth. He goes back into the ring and connects with punches and kicks before Henry slams him down and clotheslines him over the top and to the floor! Sheamus pounds the mat in frustration, Henry grabs the mohawk of Sheamus but Sheamus hits that clobbering but Henry blocks it! Grabs the remnants of a beard of Sheamus and tosses him back into the ring but Sheamus with a Brogue Kick out of nowhere but I don’t think he got all of it! Sheamus hits a second one just to make sure to pick up the win!
Winner: Sheamus. *** star match. For the time it was given, it was a good match to showcase the power of Sheamus.
Sheamus has the mic and says as far as he is concerned, he is the Undisputed Champion! It’s just a matter of time! Strong words from Sheamus and he might be right as with that briefcase he controls his own destiny!
A six man tag with The Dudley Boyz teaming up with Dolph Ziggler to face Big E, Kofi Kingston and Rusev is later tonight!
We see the DOO Kane and The Authority in the office. Kane says he is better to even be here at work. Triple H says about work…Kane wonders if the match with Seth and Cena for the US title is a bad thing? Hunter says no, they have not seen Kane for a while and Kane comes back last night. Kane is confused by this and he would never insult their intelligence. Stephanie agrees with this, but she needs one thing. To give back the mask! Kane says that Stephanie was the last person to have the mask, so if she lost it, then there will be a problem. But he will be happy to help find it.
Paige is pacing backstage, Natalya is back! Nattie says Paige had a lot of valid points, but do you feel you were the only diva that was frustrated, wanted to lash out, and felt like they were left out? That would be me, but you disrespected everyone out there. Imagine if someone you looked up to did what you did. Nattie says she still works here and has a match against Naomi tonight. But the only person that stands in Paige’s way, is Paige.

The New Day are still in the ring, they have three mics. We get New Day Sucks chants for the first time in a long time. Woods ask what this is? After last night and the Dudley Boyz put me through a table, the WWE Medical Staff had to take this piece of table from my buttocks! Kofi says that the Dudleys are a menace to society and they must be stop! Big E talks about building a wall! A wall to protect us, to protect our laws, our values, and our furniture! Woods agrees with this and concurs, a wall to protect us and our tables! Kofi says we have a voice, we can make WWE great again! Together, we can #SaveTheTables and we get a Save The Tables chant!
Rusev and Summer Rae make their way to the ring. They will team with New Day members Big E & Kofi in this six-man tag team match. Last night we saw Summer Rae be tossed into the ring by Dolph Ziggler, Summer then be ejected for no reason, tossing her shoe at Rusev and Ziggler won by a Russo finish! The Dudley Boyz make their way to the ring, as noted earlier, The Dudleys won on a DQ, they hit the 3D but Woods interfered to cause a DQ and for New Day to retain! Ziggler makes his way to the ring with new gear! We learn that a week from Saturday, The Dudleys will face The New Day at Madison Square Garden a week from Saturday! A we want tables chant breaks out.
WWE tag team champions (Big E and Kofi Kingston) and Rusev vs. The Dudley Boyz and Dolph Ziggler in a 6-man tag team match

I love it! WOODS IS PLAYING RUSEV’S THEME ON THE TROMBONE! RUSEV IS USING THIS TO INSPIRE HIMSELF AND TAKE OUT ZIGGLER FOR A TWO COUNT! I love it! Rusev with an elbow, rolling him up and E tags in with a clubbing blow to the mid-section. SUMMER RAE IS PLAYING WITH THE TROMBONE! I LOVE IT! Cesaro trying a third time AND THIRD TIME IS THE CHARM! A SUPLEX TO THE BIG SHOW FROM THE OUTSIDE! That was unbelievable! But can he capitalize? No he cannot as a WMD ends it!
