“Interim General Manager” John Laurinaitis + Jim Ross: John introduced himself and hyped the return of Rey Mysterio. John said the board of directors were searching for a new General Manager. John said sometimes he makes mistakes, and he made a mistake last week when he fired Jim Ross. John said he got a lot of messages on Twitter and he listened to what the fans had to say. John said he did what the fans wanted and brought back Good Ol’ JR! Jerry Lawler welcomed JR back while Michael Cole sulked. John invited JR into the ring for a public apology. JR got in the ring and John hugged him (creepy). John said he shouldn’t have fired JR last week and owes him an apology. John showed clips from the commercial break last week where Michael Cole tried to start a Nananana hey hey hey good bye chant but it didn’t stick. John said he feels they should settle the differences between Cole and JR tonight. John booked Cole & Alberto Del Rio vs. JR & John Cena!

John Laurinaitis & The Bella Twins + Alberto Del Rio w/Ricardo Rodriguez: The Bellas whored themselves out to the new Interim General Manager. Ricardo Rodriguez came in and introduced WWE champion Alberto Del Rio. Alberto protested being put in the main event tonight. John said the winner tonight will get to pick the stipulation at Vengeance.
DIVAS MATCH
Eve Torres w/Kelly Kelly defeated Natalya Neidhart w/Diva’s champion Beth Phoenix:
SINGLES MATCH
C.M. Punk vs. The Miz w/R-Truth ended in a No Contest: R-Truth kept interfering so Triple H came down to stand in C.M. Punk’s corner. Truth knocked out Punk on the floor and HHH started chasing him up the ramp. John Laurinaitis stopped the match and said they had an immigration problem. John had a bunch of immigration officers drag HHH out of the arena. HHH decked R-Truth on the way out. HHH was escorted out of the arena and John Laurinaitis promised to straighten things out.

C.M. Punk defeated The Miz w/R-Truth: After the match, Miz & Truth double-teamed Punk. The heels left then Miz came back and hit the Skull Crushing Finale.

Zack Ryder defeated Jack Swagger (w/Dolph Ziggler & Vickie Guerrero): Vickie cut an annoying promo before the match announcing that her clients had a tag team title match at Vengeance. Zack got the upset victory, but was threatened with a double-team until Mason Ryan walked down to defend him.

BACKSTAGE SEGMENT: Jim Ross said he didn’t want to screw up John Cena’s chances at Vengeance. Cena gave JR a pep talk about being the greatest voice in WWE history. JR admitted that he would love to get his hands on Michael Cole.
RINGSIDE SEGMENT: Michael Cole cut a promo on Jim Ross and claimed he would pin John Cena tonight. Cole finished by saying his wife was Mexican so the fans had to cheer for him.
TAG TEAM MAIN EVENT
John Cena & Jim Ross defeated Alberto Del Rio & Michael Cole w/Ricardo Rodriguez: Talk about being out of touch with your fan base; THIS is your main event for your first TV taping in MEXICO? Cena hit Cole with an FU then tagged in Jim Ross so he could put Cole in the Anklelock and make him tap out! After the match, Cena decked Alberto and counted to ten. Cena said the stipulation at Vengeance would be a Last Man Standing match!
