Ben Roethlisberger: I guess this guy was the quarterback of the Superbowl champion Pittsburg Steelers, but I personally don’t care – and I’m prepared to hate this episode of RAW. Roethlisberger earned some points by booking a Diva Bowl, with Divas from all three brands participating.. all of the Divas came out wearing football gear.
DIVA BOWL (7-vs-7)
Mickie James & Melina Perez & Kelly Kelly & Maria Kanellis & Eve Torres & Nikki Bella & Bri Bella defeated Beth Phoenix & Rosa Mendes & Jillian Hall & Layla El & Alicia Fox & Michelle McCool & Natalya Neidhart: Gail Kim was the referee. The post match celebration was interrupted by new WWE champion Randy Orton!
IN THE RING
WWE champion Randy Orton + John Cena: Randy Orton talked about defeating John Cena at Hell in a Cell to become a six-time WWE champion. Orton said everybody says he always needs backup and takes shortcuts, but when last night did he need backup or take a shortcut? Orton said he bets Cena will interrupt him and demand a championship rematch. Cena came out and Orton flat out told him he would not get a rematch for the WWE title! Cena congratulated Orton and praised him for being successful at Hell in a Cell. Cena pointed out that Cena vs. Orton has become a rivalry, and every time they are in the ring together it is amazing. Cena said he would like to do it one more time, and the fans agree with him! Cena said he wanted to give the WWE Universe the “match of matches” a 60-minute Iron Man match! Cena said after the Iron Man match there would be no rematches. Orton didn’t agree because if he lost that meant he didn’t get a rematch. Orton pitched the idea that if Cena won he gets the title, and if Orton wins then Cena has to leave RAW. Cena accepted the stipulation! Orton added a No-DQ and No-Countout clause. Orton said take it or leave it, and extended his hand to seal the deal. Cena said he never backs down from a fight and shook hands!

“All-American American” Jack Swagger defeated Primo Colon: Jack Swagger said he looks like a winner and smells like a winner, and the All-American American IS a winner! Swagger said he did not get pinned at Hell in a Cell, and promised to go undefeated for the rest of the year!
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
The WWE Divas & Santino Marella: All of the Divas from the Diva Bowl were yelling and screaming at each other when Santino Marella showed up wearing a referee uniform. Santino suggested Mickie and Alicia kiss and make up right now. Alicia said she had a better idea and slapped Santino across the face! The Divas started to fight again and Santino ran away after being slapped senseless!
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Ben Roethlisberger & Mike “The Miz” Mizanin: Mike Mizanin said that Jack Swagger bragged about not getting pinned last night, and implying that he (the Miz) was pinned in the match. Roethlisberger asked what did happen, and the Miz admitted that he was pinned. The Miz went on to say that he was AWESOME 7/24 and asked Roethlisberger to grant him a shot at the WWE United States title. Roethlisberger booked the match, but if the Miz loses he has to take the mic and let everybody know “I’m the Miz, and I’m awful!”
TAG TEAM MATCH
Montel Vontavious Porter & Mark Henry defeated Chavo Guerrero & Chris Masters: It looks like Mark Henry blew out his knee during the finish of the match, and had to limp backstage – but he walked out under his own power..

Chris Masters & Chavo Guerrero + Hornswoggle: Chris Masters confronted Chavo Guerrero and asked him what his deal was. Masters bashed Guerrero and prepared to put him in the Masterlock, but Hornswoggle showed up and bit Masters on the butt! Guerrero recovered and hit Masters with a DDT. Chavo then looked at Hornswoggle, who started doing the DX crotch chop at Chavo!
IN THE RING
Ben Roethlisberger + Chris Jericho & The Big Show + Pittsburg Steelers offensive line + DX (Triple H & Shawn Michaels): Ben Roethlisberger greeted the fans in the ring, but he was interrupted by Unified Tag Team champions Chris Jericho & The Big Show. The Big Show wanted to know why people called Roethlisberger “Big Ben.” Jericho was acting tough too, since he had Big Show there to back him up. Big Show wanted to know where the rest of Roethlisberger’s offensive line was, so he called them out to the ring! Six members of the Pittsburg Steelers offensive line came out to back up their quarterback. Jericho was crapping his pants. Big Show checked them all out and Jericho said they were not intimidated. Jericho said this wasn’t a football field, it was a wrestling ring, where he and Big Show do not where pads of helmets. Jericho said he and Big Show are the most dominant team in sports – NOT the Steelers. The Steelers lined up opposite Big Show in a three-point stance and Big Show jumped out of the ring. DX (Triple H & Shawn Michaels) came out and the Steeler players marked out in the ring. Jericho said DX was just there to plug their merchandise, like their DVD and their new book coming out. Triple H said thanks for the plugs but they just came out to say how nice Jericho’s hair looks. Michaels said Jericho & Big Show talk about all the great teams they’ve beaten but there is one team they haven’t beaten. Big Show asked if that was a challenge? Michaels said his body was throbbing from head to toe, but confirmed that it was indeed a challenge. Big Show told Michaels to go home and lick his wounds because DX doesn’t want any part of Jerishow. Jericho said DX doesn’t deserve to face Jericho & Big Show and they turned around to leave the stage. Ben Roethlisberger chimed in and booked the match TONIGHT and if you’re not down with that we’ve got two words for ya! DX lined up with the Steelers players and did the DX chop with the pyro explosions in the background. Sports Center moment.
WWE UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH
Mike “The Miz” Mizanin defeated Kofi Kingston to capture the WWE United States title!: The stipulation of the match was that if the Miz lost, he had to take the microphone and proclaim “I am the Miz and I am AWFUL!” As cool as that would have been, the Miz beat the odds and won his first major singles title in the WWE! The Miz grabbed the microphone and proudly declared “You’re looking at the NEW United States champion! Because I’m the Miz, and I’M AWESOME!!!”
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Ben Roethlisberger & Hornswoggle + Santino Marella: Hornswoggle was shown trying to communicate verbally with “guest host” Ben Roethlisberger. Santino Marella showed up and said he was slapped and mauled by the WWE Divas earlier. He called calling Ben messed up names like “Surfinturfer,” “Rawhamburger,” “Rottenburber.” “Rockinroller,” and “Bralesswonder!” Santino apologized and said “I’m sorry, I’m Italian it’s difficult for me to pronounce!” So Hornswoggle hauled off and slapped Santino across the face!
NON (UNIFIED TAG TEAM) TITLE MATCH
DX (Triple H & Shawn Michaels) defeated Jerisho (Chris Jericho & The Big Show): Shawn Michaels was suffering from the injuries he received in the Hell in a Cell match the previous night. Late in the match, DX rammed Big Show into the ring post and “took him out” at ringside. DX surrounded Chris Jericho in the ring, and Jericho tried to walk out on the match! Suddenly Ben Roethlisberger and his entire Offensive Line came out in DX gear to block Jericho’s exit. DX caught up Jericho and dragged him back to the ring where Shawn Michaels super-kicked him and Triple H pinned him to win the match! There was a big celebration in the ring with DX and the Pittburgh Steelers players!
