Sting: Sting made a challenge for the winner of the Four Ways to Glory match to face him at Bound for Glory for the TNA World Heavyweight title. Sting started talking about the brats on the TNA roster, and compared his crusade to that of Bret Hart ten years ago.
SIX MAN TAG TEAM MATCH
The Prince Justice Brotherhood (Shark Boy & Curry Man & Super Eric) defeated The Rock & Rave Infection (Lance Rock & Jimmy Rave & Christy Hemme): Goofy opening contest.
FALLS COUNT ANYWHERE TNA KNOCKOUTS MATCH
Awesome Kong (w/Raesha Saed) defeated ODB: Awesome Kong did a running tackle, putting ODB through a table and getting the 1-2-3 to win the match.
TAG TEAM MATCH
Matt Morgan & Abyss defeated Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon): After the match, Rey whacked Matt Morgan with a chair and then gave the chair to Abyss before splitting. Morgan regained consciousness and saw Abyss holding the chair so he walked out on him.
TNA X-DIVISION TITLE 3-WAY
Sheik Abdul Bashir defeated Petey Williams (Champion) and Consequences Creed to capture the TNA X-Division title: Petey Williams connected with the Canadian Destroyer on Consequences Creed but the Sheik pulled Petey out of the ring and jumped on Creed to steam the pin. Sidenote: The crowd chanted “You Screwed Bret!” at referee Earl Hebner.
TNA KNOCKOUTS TITLE MATCH
Taylor Wilde w/Rhino defeated Angelina Love w/Velvet Sky to retain the TNA Knockout’s title: “Cute” Kip James ran in to help Angelina but he was quickly GOREd by Rhino!
LADDER OF LOVE GRUDGE MATCH
Sonjay Dutt defeated “Black Machismo” Jay Lethal w/So-Cal Val: The object of the match was to climb the ladder and retrieve So-Cal Val’s wedding ring hanging above the (wrestling) ring. So-Cal Val supported Jay Lethal throughout the match, but eventually turned on him with one swift low-blow! Dutt climbed the ladder and grabbed the wedding ring to win the match – and apparently Val’s love as well. Dutt and Val began sucking face while celebrating after the match.
TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm w/Jackie Moore) defeated LAX (Homicide & Hernandez): Salinas (Shelly Martinez) quit TNA recently, so to explain her absense, they said that Jackie Moore beat the crap out of her backstage before the match. I miss you already, Salinas. Homicide was setting up for the Gringo-killer when Jackie Moore threw powder in his eyes and Robert Roode hit him (Homicide) with the Payoff for the victory.
MMA MATCH UNDER AMATURE WRESTLING RULES
A.J. Styles vs. Frank Trigg ended in a No Contest: The crowd took a huge dump on this so-called match. Experiment failed.
FOUR WAYS TO GLORY – TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH
Samoa Joe defeated Christian Cage and Kurt Angle to retain the TNA World Heavyweight title: Earlier in the show, they announced that Booker T (who is from Houston) couldn’t make it to Toronto due to the hurricanes in Houston. So instead of getting a replacement like they usually do, this “Four Ways to Glory” match featured only three participants. Jeff Jarrett showed up and smashed a guitar over Kurt Angle’s head and Samoa Joe finished a bloodied Angle off with a Muscle-buster to win the match.
