FEAST OR FIRED MATCH
Jay Lethal vs. Consequences Creed vs. Petey Williams vs. Chris Sabin vs. Alex Shelley vs. Homicide vs. Hernandez vs. BG James vs. Sonjay Dutt vs. Curry Man vs. Shark Boy vs. Jimmy Rave vs. Lance Rock vs. Kip James: There are four cases hanging above the ring, each containing an unknown prize. 1) TNA World title shot, 2) TNA World Tag Team title shot, 3) TNA X-Division title shot, and 4) YOU’RE FIRED! They announced that once case would be opened on PPV, while the remaining three would be opened on iMPACT. Alex Shelley had his hands on one the final cases but Lethal stole it from him. Hernandez, Curry Man, Homicide, and Jay Lethal left with the four briefcases. Jay Lethal opened his case and was awarded a shot at the TNA World Tag Team titles! Alex Shelley whined and complained that the prize belonged to him, so Jeremy Borash snapped at him and called Shelley a “Total Nonstop Asshole!”
SIX KNOCKOUTS TAG TEAM MATCH
ODB & Taylor Wilde & Roxxi defeated Sharmell & The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Sky w/Cute Kip): Before the match, the fake Gov. Sarah Palin called Angelina Love on her cell phone and said she was coming to TNA iMPACT on Thursday. Sharmell cut a promo about going nuts on ODB, but during the match she refused to tag in when ODB was in the ring. Finally they were in the ring together, and ODB chased Sharmell backstage. In the ring, Taylor rolled through a cross-body and pinned Angelina to win the match!
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Jeremy Borash & Eric Young & The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin): Eric Young confronted Alex Shelley for his behavior at the end of the Feast of Fired match. Shelley shoved Jeremy Borash against a locker and demanded to know where Mick Foley was.
TNA X-DIVISION TITLE MATCH
Eric Young defeated Sheik Abdul Bashir to win the TNA X-Division title: Since it makes complete corporate sense, Shane Sewell was the assigned referee for yet another Bashir match. The Sheik was aggressive towards Sewell, but he resisted the urge to fight back. Eric Young went for a sunset flip, but the Sheik held onto the ropes – until Sewell kicked his hands free.. allowing Young to score the pinfall! After the match, the Sheik attacked Young, and Sewell stepped in, only to get shoved down by the Sheik. Sewell snapped and went after the Sheik, who smashed Sewell with a chair and busted him open! The Sheik continued the assault and bit Sewell’s bloodied forehead. The Sheik grabbed the X-Division belt and walked up the ramp but Jim Cornette showed up to take the belt away from him.
TNA KNOCKOUTS TITLE MATCH
Christy Hemme defeated TNA Knockout’s champion Awesome Kong (w/Raisha Saeed & Rhaka Khan): Christy Hemme hit the Flying Firecrotch Guillotine and was about to win the match when Raisha Saeed & Rhaka Khan interfered and caused the disqualification. They had an intense pull-apart brawl after the match, with the fans chanting “Let Them Fight!”
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Jeremy Borash & Kurt Angle: Kurt Angle talked about his match with Rhino tonight and said he was on the hunt for Jeff Jarrett and there is a Rhino in the way.
TNA WORLD TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH
Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm w/Jackie Moore) defeated Matt Morgan & Abyss to retain the TNA World Tag Team titles: Beer Money Inc. grabbed their belts and tried to leave the match early, but the referee ruled that if they didn’t come back they would forfeit their titles. Abyss blocked an attempt by James Storm to smash a beer bottle over his head. While Jackie distracted the referee, James Storm knocked out Abyss with a pair of brass knuckles.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Mike Tenay: During the previous match, Mike Tenay announced that Jim Cornette ruled that because of the controversial finish of the Bashir-Young match, the TNA X-Division title was held up and an announcement will be made on iMPACT..
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Lauren Brooke & Mick Foley + The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin): Mick Foley said that his job tonight was to make sure the Main Event Mafia did not get involved in the match. The Motor City Machine Guns interrupted and Alex Shelley confronted Mick Foley and demanded that he overturn the decision in the Feast or Fired match and give them the TNA World Tag Team title match. Foley said he would take it under advisement, and added that something bad might happen to Alex Shelley on iMPACT this Thursday.
IN THE RING
The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) + Jim Cornette + SUICIDE: The Motor City Machine Guns came out and demanded that Mick Foley come to the ring but Jim Cornette came out instead. Cornette threatened to throw the Machine Guns out of the building. Suddenly, the lights went out and a new wrestler named SUICIDE flew in on a zip line and took out both Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin. SUICIDE may or may not have been Frankie (Kaz) Kazarian.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Lauren Brooke & Rhino: Rhino talked about the sick things Kurt Angle has been saying about Jeff Jarrett’s family. Rhino said he would be fighting for Jarrett’s three daughters tonight. Rhino said he was a violent man living in a violent world.
MAIN EVENT #1
Kurt Angle defeated Rhino: The stipulation was that if Kurt Angle lost he would be fired from TNA, but if he won he would get a match with Jeff Jarrett at the Genesis PPV in January. Mick Foley was the special outside enforcer, and the entire Main Event Mafia was banned from ringside. Angle promised to bring a mystery person from Foley’s past to watch his back. Al Snow walked out late in the match, and Mick Foley immediately went to talk to him. Snow slapped Foley, while Angle smashed Rhino with a chair and tosses it aside. Angle makes the cover and Foley slides in and reluctantly counts the 1-2-3.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Lauren Brooke & The Main Event Mafia (Sting & Kevin Nash & Scott Steiner & Booker T): Sting was confident that his partners would defend his TNA World Heavyweight title tonight. Sting said that the Main Event Mafia represented the same thing that the World Heavyweight title does.
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT
Jeremy Borash & TNA Frontline (A.J. Styles & Samoa Joe & Brother Ray & Brother Devon): A.J. Styles said that Team 3-D were like brothers to them now and can be trusted.
MAIN EVENT #2 (EIGHT MAN TAG TEAM MATCH)
The Main Event Mafia (Sting & Kevin Nash & Scott Steiner & Booker T) defeated TNA Frontline (A.J. Styles & Samoa Joe & Brother Ray & Brother Devon): Sting’s TNA World Heavyweight title was on the line, and if the TNA Frontline won the match then A.J. Styles would win the title. Samoa Joe was the star for his team, hitting World Heavyweight champion Sting with a Muscle-buster. Kevin Nash low-blowed Joe, and Sting hit Joe with a Scorpion Death Drop for the 1-2-3 to win the match for his team! Sting retains the TNA World Heavyweight title!
