TOP 10 CHALLENGE CAREER THREATENING MATCH
Kurt Angle defeated A.J. Styles by submission: If Kurt Angle loses he will retire. Excellent match, albeit too short. Angle continues to burn through the top 10 towards his goal of being ranked #1 and winning the TNA World Heavyweight title.

TNA KNOCKOUT TITLE MATCH
Angelina Love defeated Madison Rayne to win the TNA Knockout title: Midway through the match, the mystery biker chick drove her motorcycle down to ringside and distracted the referee. Suddenly, Velvet Sky came down and attacked the biker chick frmo behind. Sky ripped the helmet off of the biker chick, but she was wearing a black mask underneath. The biker chick ran off to save her identity. Inside the ring, Angelina Love finished off Madison Rayne to recpature the TNA Knockout title!

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH
“The Blueprint” Matt Morgan defeated Mr. Anderson and “Pope” D’Angelo Dinero vs. : Mr. Anderson came out and said “good evening assholes, and gentlemen!” They said there would be no interviews but that doesn’t mean there won’t be any talking. Anderson did his schtick on the stick and kept it short and sweet. Matt Morgan played the heel sitting back watching Pope and Anderson beat each other up. Morgan waited for the right moment and managed to pin the Pope to win the match. Boy they are really pushing this guy right now!

HARDY’S OPEN CHALLENGE MATCH
“Charismatic Enigma” Jeff Hardy defeated “Prince of Punk” Shannon Moore with a Swanton Bomb: Shannon Moore answered Jeff Hardy’s open challenge, and said no matter what happens tonight they will still be brothers. Hardy won and Moore raised his arm out of respect. They were pushing it as an amazing outing for Shannon Moore.

BEST OF FIVE SERIES FINAL – 2/3 FALLS FOR THE TNA TAG TEAM TITLES
The Motor City Machins Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) defeated Beer Money (Robert Roode & James Strom) to retain the TNA World Tag Team titles: The crowd was hot for this match, which had a lot to live up to, since the previous four matches have been incredible! The fans chanted “this is awesome!” and “this is wrestling!” as the athletes worked their butts off for their entertainment. The Machine Guns dominated with their exciting high-flying style, but Beer Money won the first fall after a DWI finisher! The second fall immediately began and Beer Money took over control of the match. The Machine Guns fought back and won the second fall about two minutes later after hitting their finisher! Going into sudden death, both teams did not slow down one bit. The finishing sequence saw Beer Money botch the DWI and Sabin squirmed out. Beer Money unravelled and Storm accidentally super-kicked Roode. The Guns double-kicked Storm and hit him with their mega finisher. Storm kicked out and the crowd lost its collective mind. The Guns hit their mega finisher again and scored the victory to win the match and retain their TNA World Tag Team championship! The highlight reel for this match was amazing and if must be seen! They were raving about it being match of the year, and I agree it’s got to be a top contender.

TNA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE “STAIRWAY TO JANICE” MATCH
Rob Van Dam defeated The Monster Abyss to retain the TNA World Heavyweight title: Eric Bischoff was the special guest referee for the match. Abyss was introduced first, and he tried to set up a ladder and retreive Janice during RVD’s entrance. RVD ran to the ring to jump off the top rope and kick over the ladder to prevent Abyss from climbing high enough. The match got started quickly, and the ladder was immediately used as a weapon by both men. Dixie Carter was sitting in the front row, and Terry Taylor was there to protect her. Abyss found a bag and poured it out in the ring – this time it was broken glass AND tacks. Abyss tried to superplex RVD onto the pile, but RVD reversed it into a sunset flip powerbomb into the glass & tacks! They brought a barbed wire board into the ring and RVD placed it face down onto a prone Abyss and then performed a Rolling Thunder! Dixie was shown standing and applauding RVD. RVD set up a ladder and began to climb towards Janice. Abyss got up and pushed the ladder over, sending RVD crashing over the top rope landing on the floor. RVD took an awkward bump with his knees twisting in a weird fashion. Abyss climbed up the ladder and grabbed Abyss from the cable hanging from the ceiling. Abyss rolled RVD back into the ring and picked up Janice. Abyss swung the weapon at RVD but he moved and it got stuck on the corner pad. RVD found a steel chair and whacked Abyss on the backside with it. RVD threw Abyss into the opposite corner and then placed a table over him. RVD then pulled off an incredible Van Terminator (Coast to Coast, the move Shane McMahon stole). RVD hit the five-star-frog-splash and got the pin to win the match and retain his TNA World Heavyweight title! After the match, Hulk Hogan came out to the ring and joined RVD in his celebration.

IN THE RING
TNA World Heavyweight champion Rob Van Dam + Hulk Hogan + EV2.0 (Tommy Dreamer & Stevie Richards & Team 3-D & Rhino & Mick Foley & Tony Luke & Guido Maritato & Sabu & Bill Alfonso) + Fortune (A.J. Styles & Frankie Kazarian & Robert Roode & James Storm & Matt Morgan & Douglas Williams) + Raven + Sandman + “The Nature Boy” Ric Flair + The Monster Abyss : The ring was still full of weapons when Hulk Hogan came out to announce his “big surprise.” Hogan said he’s wrestled everybody but he’s never seen an athlete like RVD and he’s taking TNA to the top! Hogan said he saw the champ in the with Sabu stepping up his game, and that is why TNA is the number one company in the world today. Hogan said Hardcore Justice made TNA raise the bar. Hogan thanked Dixie Carter for taking him somewhere he’s never been before. Hogan said when he saw RVD in the ring all the great athletes of EV2.0, that whole motley crew taught him about hardcore wrestling. Hogan said they gave TNA an adrenalyn rush that it needed. Hogan said Dixie invited some of RVD’s friends to iMPACT, and asked them to come out. Tommy Dreamer, Stevie Richards, Team 3-D, Rhino, Tony Luke, Mick Foley, Guido Maritato, Sabu, and Bill Alfonso came out to the ring. Hogan shook Foley’s hand – whatever happened to their storyline? Hogan raved about Tommy Dreamer & EV2.0 and “gave” his ring to them with nothing but respect. Hogan left the ring and went backstage. Dreamer said they raised the bar on Sunday night and now Beer Money/Machine Guns and RVD/Abyss raised the bar even more. Dreamer said he wanted to create a positive buzz for TNA and thanked Dixie for making it happen. The crowd chanted “Thank you, Dixie!” Dreamer thanked his brothers for fighting with him and putting on a great show. Dreamer thanked the fans and managed to not cry. RVD kissed Dreamer on the cheek. The lights went out and everyone thought it was Sandman. However, when the lights came back on Mick Foley was laid out. Everyone quickly noticed that Fortune (A.J. Styles, Frankie Kazarian, Matt Morgan, Douglas Williams, Robert Roode, and James Storm) were in the ring. Fortune proceeded to attack and destroy the Extreme wrestlers with weapons already in the ring. Raven ran out to help his brothers but he was destroyed, too. Sandman showed up out of the crowd, but he was destroyed as well. Abyss came out and dragged RVD out and brawled with him all the way to the back. Pretty much every single one of the Extreme guys were bloodied and beaten senseless. The crowd chanted “this is awesome!” Ric Flair walked down smiling from ear to ear. They cut to backstage and showed Abyss standing over RVD holding Janice. RVD was unconcious and covered in an insane amount of blood. Back at ringside, Flair was screaming at Dixie Carter “this is all your fault!” Mike Tenay theorized that whenever Abyss talked about “THEY” he was referring to Ric Flair & Fortune.
