TAG TEAM GAUNTLET MATCH
The British Invasion (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams) beat Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon) and Beer Money Inc. (Robert Roode & James Storm) and Main Event Mafia (Booker T & Scott Steiner): They started this “in progress” with six wrestlers already in the match, with two more left to join. However, the rules were very confusing (as usual) and only two wrestlers were in the ring, with the rest standing on the ring apron. Booker T was the 7th man to enter, and James storm was the 8th man – at which point pinfalls and submissions were legal. The first pin or submission wins it for the team. It seemed like a 4 vs. 4 match with the Mafia & Invasion teaming up against 3-D & Beer Money. TNA World champion and Mafia “Godfather” Kurt Angle was shown watching backstage on a monitor. Team 3-D hit the 3-D on Scott Steiner, but Booker T broke it up. Suddenly Brutus Magnus jumped on Steiner and got the 1-2-3 to steal the victory! Angle stood up and expressed his shock backstage at what he saw! Booker & Steiner confronted the British Invasion after the match and Angle expressed his anger backstage…

The Main Event Mafia (Kurt Angle & Booker T & Scott Steiner) & The British Invasion (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams) + Eric Young: Kurt Angle and the Mafia aggressively scolded the British Invasion for stealing the victory. Eric Young came in to defend his World Elite troops, saying Angle of all people should know better. Angle called them “rookies” and said he will deal with them after he takes care of business in the ring..

TNA World Heavyweight champion Kurt Angle + Matt Morgan + Sting & A.J. Styles: Kurt Angle said before their showdown at No Surrender, he wanted to have one last conversation with Matt Morgan. Angle told Morgan that the last couple months have been a bumpy ride, because Morgan misunderstood his good intentions. Angle said everything he said in the past, and moving forward, will always be in Morgan’s best interest. Angle suggested Morgan may be too immature to understand right now. Angle said he and Morgan will main event at No Surrender, and Morgan is on the cusp of becoming the newest member of the Main Event Mafia. Angle said he’s talked to the Mafia and they were all in agreement. Morgan predicted that there was “one more thing” he had to do. Angle said there was, but before he could say what it was, Sting & A.J. Styles came out to the ring. Sting said he and A.J. were listening to Morgan backstage and couldn’t believe what they were hearing. Sting asked WHY Morgan would work with Angle. Sting said if he was Morgan he would get in Angle’s face and say “I AM THE BLUEPRINT, MATT MORGAN. I AM THE DNA OF TNA!” Is Sting the only person on the planet who hasn’t figured out that Morgan is just “playing” with Angle. Sting said that the Mafia needs Morgan, but Morgan doesn’t need the Mafia. Angle addressed A.J. Styles, and said that Sting doesn’t want to pass him the torch, he wants to burn him with it! Angle said Sting wants to use A.J. to go in the back door and steal the TNA title. Angle said all older wrestlers want their last shot at glory in the sun. Angle said he was willing to admit his intentions, and his intentions are to keep the TNA championship. Styles asked Angle to repeat what he just said. Morgan said that meant that Angle just admitted that Morgan was using him to retain his precious TNA World title. Morgan said if Angle wants him so bad, why doesn’t he use him TONIGHT. Morgan told Angle to use him tonight just like he plans on using him at No Surrender….. Matt Morgan has a way of taking 10 minutes to get a 25 second point across..

Lauren Brooke & Referee Earl Hebner: I hate when referees are used in storylines. Lauren showed footage of Eric Young dressing up as Homicide to interfere in a match to get Hernandez disqualified. Lauren asked Hebner why he disqualified Hernandez when it was clearly Young going into business for himself. Hebner yelled “who in the hell are you to ask me that?” Hebner said he has been in the business for 25 years, and nothing is ever clear in the ring. Hebner said he told the rest of the refs, don’t trust ANYBODY! I guess Hebner has been talking to Stone Cold Steve Austin..

Jeremy Borash & Mick Foley + Dr. Stevie: Mick Foley talked about his brutal fight with Kevin Nash a few weeks ago, and looked forward to facing Nash again next week for the Legend’s championship. Why is Jeremy Borash always doing interviews on his knees. There was some noise going on off camera, and JB acknowledged it with some curious facial expressions. There was a knock at the door and Dr. Stevie came in, looking behind him at whatever the commotion was. Foley talked about he and Stevie strutting out of ECW arena years ago. Foley said every once in a while, wrestlers WRESTLE, and tonight Stevie has an opportunity to collect his own $50,000 bounty in a match with Abyss tonight! They revealed that the “noise” off camera was Foley’s two sons wrestling on the couch. Nicely done.

Jeremy Borash & Eric Young & World Elite (Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams & Rob Terry & Sheik Abdul Bashir & Kiyoshi): At least Jeremy Borash isn’t on his knees for this interview. Borash said Kurt Angle has promised to pay World Elite a visit tonight. Young said when they had a deal with Kurt, he looked him in the eye and told him they would do whatever it takes – and if anyone should understand what they did, it’s him (Angle)! Young said that Brutus Magnus WON. Young said there is the right thing, and the wrong thing, and they are always going to do the right thing. Young told Angle that his door is always open – come in and have a chat any time!

Lauren Brooke & SUICIDE: Lauren asked SUICIDE why Pope D’Angelo Dinero has targetted him. SUICIDE explained that to Dinero, he represents a threat. SUICIDE said the dark savior is coming and there will be a cleansing of the wicked.
RINGSIDE: There was a mystery prop set up at ringside covered with a red blanket. Mike Tenay expressed his curiosity earlier in the show at what was under the blanket? The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin) came down and unveiled their own announce table and put on their headsets to join in on commentary for the next match..

Jeremy Borash & The Main Event Mafia (Kurt Angle & Kevin Nash & Booker T & Scott Steiner & Samoa Joe) & World Elite (Eric Young & Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams & Rob Terry & Sheik Abdul Bashir & Kiyoshi): Kurt Angle yelled at Eric Young claiming that Brutus was out of line earlier. Angle said they had a pact, that the two families could dominate TNA for years to come. Angle said divided, one would destroy the other – and Eric needs to make a decision right now. Young said he already made his decision, and Brutus did what he had to do to win tonight. Young said together they are the most powerful group in TNA, but separately they will be taken down one-by-one. Young said they all need to know their roll, but they had to stick together. Young told them to be a team and stick together so they can dominate at No Surrender. Angle shook hands with Young and the groups walked off in opposite directions. Steiner approached the British Invasion and said “any of you foreigners have anything to say?” then spit, and added “that’s what I think about foreigners!” Classy.

The Beautiful People (Angelina Love & Velvet Love) defeated Madison Rayne & Mystery Partner (Roxxi): The Motor City Machine Guns provided some more inappropriate commentary for this special Knockouts match. Madison Rayne’s mystery partner was the returning ROXXI – who has finally begun to grow her hair out. About a year ago, the Beautiful People shaved Roxxi’s head.

Jeremy Borash & Mick Foley & ODB: Cody Deaner said he has a lot of experience fighting “off” women (because he’s so irresistable?) but he has a problem fighting “against” women like ODB. The Deaner asked Foley for a tune-up match against a Knockout tonight. The Deaner said there was something in it for Foley too, because the ratings will go through the roof!
GRUDGE MATCH
Abyss defeated Dr. Stevie: Mick Foley joined Mike Tenay & Taz on commentary for the match. And yes, the Motor City Machine Guns were still out there too. Abyss came out wearing leather pants, a hoodie, an inside flannel vest, and an outter vest. He must have been HOT! Dr. Stevie attacked Abyss from behind and got some good shots in until Abyss took off the outter layers and revealed the blue flannel shirt. Abyss dominated the rest of the match and put Stevie away with a Black Hole Slam! After the match, Kevin Nash limped down and attacked Abyss in the ring! Nash softened up Abyss with some shots to the guts with his knee. Dr. Stevie joined in and Mick Foley jumped in to make the save!

World Elite (Eric Young & Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams & Rob Terry & Sheik Abdul Bashir & Kiyoshi) + Hector Guerrero: Eric Young said they have offered Hernandez the olive branch on several different ocassions, and they want him in their family. Young said they want Hernandez to be given a fair chance. Young said he never thought Hernandez would be this brain-washed, to think the people consider him an equal. Young said he will do whatever it takes to open his eyes, and invited Hernandez to come out and finally join the World Elite. Hector Guerrero came out to confront the World Elite and said Hernandez wasn’t coming out tonight. Guerrero said he wouldn’t let Hernandez do something he would regrete. Guerrero said that Hernandez has a really bad temper, especially when people like Eric Young piss him off. Guerrero said Hernandez wants to give back to the public. Guerrero said they were not American but this is their country, and this is their people! Guerrero told Young to stop the madness. Young said it was the people who chose to disrespect them and piss on their beliefs. Young said if anybody should understand that is Guerrero, because he is not an American. Young said he respects Hector Guerrero, and what the Guerrero name means to professional wrestling. Young told Guerrero to tell Hernandez to pay close attention to the show tonight. Young said he would give Hernandez a reason to come out and talk to him face-to-face tonight!
DEANER TUNE-UP MATCH
Cody Deaner defeated Tara by “knockout”: The Deaner came out in a ridiculous costume, including head-gear and the bottom of his pants duct-taped to his ankles – not to mention being bare-foot! Tara was fighting MMA-style, since she does want to get into MMA some day. The Deaner stuck out his chin and Tara connected with a punch to the face! The Deaner tried to use the Crane from Karate Kid, so Tara took him down with some stiff kicks. Tara grappled with the Deaner, until Deaner accidentally knocked out the referee! Awesome Kong came in and squashed Tara in the corner and hit her with an Implant Buster! The referee woke up and awarded the match to Cody Deaner, assuming he was the one who knocked out Tara.

Lauren Brooke & Cody Deaner: Cody Deaner was oblivious to what happened out there, and said told Lauren to add Tara to the list of Knockouts that he has knocked out! The Deaner said he will add ODB to that list at No Surrender!
VIDEO FOOTAGE: They showed hidden video footage of Rhino attacking Bobby Lashley at the gym, screaming “you want to be in TNA? well, welcome to TNA!”
TAG TEAM MAIN EVENT
A.J. Styles & Christopher Daniels defeated The Main Event Mafia (Kurt Angle & Samoa Joe): The Motor City Machine Guns were still at ringside sitting at their personal commentary table, but they were too busy playing video games to provide commentary. Matt Morgan came down and sat in the corner of the Main Event Mafia. The finish saw Morgan hold up his chair for Angle, but Styles countered and rammed Angle’s head into the chair! Morgan wasn’t too concerned about the miscue. Styles followed up and managed to win the match! Morgan entered the ring and basically told Angle, “my bad!” Angle slapped Morgan, so Morgan planted him with the Hellavator!
BACKSTAGE SEGMENT: The Main Event Mafia assaulted Homicide and dragged him to the ring, while Eric Young yelled into the camera “the blood is on your hands, Hernandez!”
IN THE RING
World Elite (Eric Young & Brutus Magnus & Doug Williams & Rob Terry & Sheik Abdul Bashir & Kiyoshi) & Homicide + Hernandez: The World Elite dragged Homicide to the ring and beat him up while Eric Young demanded that Hernandez come out and talk to them face-to-face! Hernandez came out and knocked everybody out of the ring and saved his brother (Homicide) from further assault. Suddenly, Homicide stood up and smashed Hernandez with a chair from behind! Homicide joined the World Elite, and everybody took turns hitting Hernandez with their finishing move! Homicide put the Mexican flag over Hernandez and was lifted up on the shoulders of the British Invasion to celebrate their triumph!
