Ace Rockwell and Truitt Fields beat David Young and Chris Stevens to advance in the tag team title tournament when Fields pinned Young. Shaun Tempers beat Josh Stone (with Colt Derringer). Bull Buchanan and Bulldog Raines and Micah Taylor beat Johnny Swinger and Zero Tolerance and Iceberg. Enigma vs. Little Kane were declared as co-winners of a match between each other when things got out of hand. Deathrow and Marty Jannetty beat Travis Sawyer (with Tony Lucassio) and Colt Derringer.

- October 17, 2009 – NWA Indiana in Monon, Indiana at the North White High School in front of 120 fans: Justin Andrews defeated Tyson Judge, Billy Bart defeated Lash Gibson, NWA Indiana Champion Marc Houston vs. “Sexy” Shawn Cook ended in a no contest when Billy Bart interfered (Metal Master then came to Marc Houston’s aid which set the main event), Doynk defeated “Dangerous Bull” Don Basher, Marc Houston and Metal Master defeated “Sexy” Shawn Cook and Billy Bart.
- October 18, 2009 – NWA Indiana in Lafayette, Indiana at the Boys and Girls Club: Metal Master defeated Christopher Kent, Billy Bart defeated Doynk, Justin Andrews defeated Hayden Kent, Flash Flannigan defeated Tyson Judge, San Diego Padres Pitcher Clayton Richards defeated “Sexy” Shawn Cook in a special arm wrestling challenge match. Afterwards, “Sexy” Shawn and GT Vega attacked Clayton and Marc Houston and Billy Roc came to his aid.Which led to Marc Houston and Billy Roc defeating “Sexy” Shawn Cook and GT Vega in an impromptu tag team match.
