- INTERMISSION: Star sighting.
- WCW's old "Scream Queen" Daffney was seen being escorted around the ring by one of the event staff and then returned backstage.
- Tazz def Hardcore Holly.
- GEORGIA STREET FIGHT: Faarooq def Test.
- MATCH: Chris Jericho def Rikishi.
- SWIMSUIT CHALLENGE: Torrie def Stacy & Victoria & Ivory.
- Chimel announced Torrie as the winner and then Stacy nailed her with a spin kick.
- Victoria yelled at Stacy and helped Torrie up.
- Victoria then turned heel and struck her back down with a clothesline.
- Torrie eventually recovered and knocked both Stacy and Victoria out of the ring.
- MAIN EVENT: Edge def Kurt Angle.
