Angelico tags back into the match and attempts a Splash Mountain but Matt shoves him into an Enziguri from Nick for a nearfall. Evans broke up the pin attempt. Evans tosses Matt onto the ramp but Matt pulls him out and lifts him up on his shoulder as Nick hits a Springboard Doomsday Device on the ramp! The Bucks hit a Superkick Party on Angelico but he still kicks out at two!
The Bucks go for the More Bang For Your Buck but Angelico got his knee up and Evans hits a Poison Rana on Matt! Evans hits a 450 Splash off the apron on Nick on the floor. In the ring, Angelico attacks Matt’s knee and then puts him in a Reverse Figure Four as Evans guards him making sure that Nick can’t interfere. Matt almost reaches the ropes but Angelico pulls him back. Nick manages to knock Evans out of the ring and then hits a Swanton Bomb on Angelico to break the hold.

The Acclaim are about to attack the Bucks after the match but SCU run out and chase them off.
In the back, MJF says that he is going to get a chance to upset all the “not so smart marks” when he bases Orange Cassidy’s head in tonight.
A vignette from Darby Allin shows him doing a Rorschack Test and referring to Team Taz as snakes in the grass. He says that he has dealt with “shit like this” all his life and he will deal with them. The doctor holds up a sheet that has Sting’s face on it and asks him about it and Allin just laughs.
—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-
Cody Rhodes comes out as we can see Darby Allin looking on from the balcony. Tony Schiavone interviews Cody and asks him what went down last night but before he can answer the lights go out and Sting’s music starts. Arn Anderson steps between Sting and Cody and says that he had to get a little closer just to make sure this was real. Arn says that he knows Sting and Cody has an agenda and for now he’s going to see his way out of the way and heads to the back.
Schiavone hands Sting the mic and says he is going to get out of the way, too but Sting demands a hug from his longtime pal. Sting thanks Tony for helping him out during his career and asks Tony to give us another “IT’S STIIING” again and Tony obliges.
Cody cuts Sting off and welcomes him to AEW and thanks him for the assist last week. Cody says he has been waiting to share a ring with Sting for a very long time but Sting he isn’t here for him right now. Sting says that there is something that makes him feel at home and something really familiar to him and then points up at Darby Allin.
Sting says it’s great to be back on TNT and Cody mockingly says, “like I said, welcome back, sir.” Sting says he knows that Cody is aware of everything going on in AEW but “the only thing for sure about Sting… is nothing is for sure.” Sting says, however, that one thing is for sure is that he is signed with AEW and plans to share a lot of time in AEW with the fans and he plans to do it for a long time. Sting says the way he chooses to play in this sandbox is his business. Sting puts his arm around Cody and says, “see ya around kid.”
Team Taz backstage says they are always ready to beat someone’s ass and are pissed about what happened last week. Taz’s son Hook walks up and they reveal that he is training with Team Taz now rather than at Cody’s dojo.
FTR w/Tully Blanchard (12-1) vs. Varsity Blondes (Brian Pillman Jr. & Griff Garrison) (4-6)
Believe it or not this is a rematch from a July episode of AEW Dark. This is FTR’s first match since dropping the titles at Full Gear and Varsity Blondes first appearance as a team on Dynamite .
Pillman starts off against Dax and FTR double team him in their corner for awhile before Pillman catches Cash with a Flying Cross Body. Pillman hits a Swinging Neck Breaker followed by a Leg Drop from Garrison for a nearfall. Pillman goes for another Cross Body but Dax moves and FTR drop Pillman across the top rope with a Front Suplex.
—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-
Cash holds Pillman on the outside as Tully chops him and Dax distracts the referee. Pillman comes back with a Springboard Flying Clothesline before tagging Garrison in. Garrison hits a series of clotheslines and then a Roaring Elbow on Cash. Garrison hits a Splash on Dax and then throws him into his partner before hitting a Double Spear on FTR for a nearfall!
Garrison goes for a Brainbuster but Dax blocks it and shoves him into the ropes where Pillman tags his partner. Pillman walks into a Brainbuster from Dax and then tosses him into the FTR corner. Cash tags in and FTR hits the Good Night Express for the pin.
Winners: FTR via pinfall (Good Night Express)
Alex Marvez interviews Adam Page backstage about his match next week. Before he can say anything The Beaver Boys pop up and say they heard he needed partners tonight. Page refuses them but then asks who else he can ask. Page relents but says he isn’t joining Dark Order and this is the only time.
—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-
Pres10 Vance (5-3) w/Dark Order vs. “The Natural” Dustin Rhodes (3-4) w/Lee Johnson
Vance hits a big Spinebuster on Rhodes after some early offense from the former Black Reign. Vance hits a Pump Kick that knocks Rhodes off the apron and into the guardrail. Vance lays out a guy at ringside that grabbed Vance but it allows Rhodes to get going back in the ring with a series of clotheslines as 10 climbed back in. Rhodes hits a Running Bulldog for the pin.
Winner: Rhodes via pinfall (Running Bulldog)
Dark Order comes back out and Evil Uno says he isn’t here to fight and he wants to help improve Dustin’s future. He says that Dustin’s legacy has gone through five generation but the Rhodes name comes with pressure. He says that Dustin is the third most important Rhodes in AEW but the Dark Order can help him. He asks Dustin to take his “rightful place as Seven” in the Dark Order. Remember, Seven was the goofy ass gimmick Vince Russo was going to saddle him with in WCW.
Rhodes slaps Uno and Uno tells them that he will beg the Dark Order when he finally ‘sees the light.’
Tony Schiavone sits down with Brandi Rhodes and Shaq and says that he has a history with Jade Cargill and he is a big fan of her but he didn’t appreciate what she did to Brandi Rhodes. Brandi says she doesn’t appreciate it either but she wants to settle this before anyone else gets hurt. Shaq says that he and Cody had a little spat on Twitter but that was just him having fun and he was a big fan of the Rhodes family. Shaq says he will be there if Brandi faces Jade, though. Shaq tells Brandi that while her arm is in a sling she should watch Jade and get some pointers. Brandi throws a drink in Shaq’s face and calls him an “overgrown asshole.”
—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-
The Inner Circle make their way to the ring and Jericho says this could be the last time they are ever in a ring together as the Inner Circle. Jericho says that they will either continue to build Inner Circle as the biggest brand in wrestling or they will disband forever because he’s tired of the shit that’s been going on. He says the way they have been pushing each other and bickering has been embarrassing. Jericho says that Santana is so pissed off he didn’t even show up this week. Apparently Santana had “personal issues” that caused him to stay home tonight.
MJF cuts Jericho off and says that he loves each member of the Inner Circle like brothers. He says that he himself might be the issue here and he sees what people say about him on social media accusing him of wanting to take over the group or destroy it. MJF says he chose to join the group because he wanted to be a part of the greatest faction in wrestling and he wanted to create a bond that can never be broken.
MJF says that he loves Sammy and says that he felt betrayed by Sammy trying to throw the towel in last night. Jericho says that they all watch the show, they all saw what happened so they know it was MJF that was going to do it. MJF says that he had sweat on his eyebrow and he was just trying to wipe it off.
Ortiz says that Santana made him understand that MJF and Wardlow are assets to the group but as humans that is debatable. He says Wardlow is great but MJF is growing on him like a fungus. Ortiz tells Sammy to shake his hand. Ortiz says that Jericho chose MJF and they didn’t so he gets Sammy’s issues but sometimes in life you don’t get to choose the hand you are dealt. Ortiz tells Sammy to be the better man – because he is – and shake MJF’s hand.
Sammy agrees to shake MJF’s hand because he trusts Jericho with everything because he is the one that brought him in AEW. Sammy says that if one more thing happens he will quit the group. Sammy shakes MJF’s hand and Jericho is happy and says everything is cool now. Hager stops him and asks why Wardlow has been staring at him.
Wardlow calls Hager a weirdo and says that he has been staring at him since he joined AEW. Jericho suggests that they both stop staring at each other and they agree. They all flip off the camera together.
In the back Tully Blanchard says they are unstoppable when they are together. Dax says they are the best team in the world and from now on their goal is the Tag Team Titles and nothing else.
—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-

Archer hits a dive over the top onto Kingston’s group to start things off! All six men brawl all over the place until Butcher slams Penta through a table. Archer chokes Kingston in the ring as trainers are checking on Penta who has injured his knee. Fenix tags in but the heels triple him in their corner almost immediately. They beat Fenix down for several minutes – with Allie getting involved as well – but Fenix is able to catch Kingston with a Back Handspring Cutter out of nowhere as Kingston through him into the ropes.
Fenix makes the hot tag to Kingston as Blade tags in at the same time. Archer hits a Full Nelson Slam on Blade and then he and Butcher run into each other. They punch and clothesline one another but Archer hits a series of elbows on both Butcher and Blade. Archer dives off the middle rope with a Flying Cross Body on both of them.

Backstage, Jericho says that they are going to be ringside for MJF tonight to ensure that he beats Orange Cassidy’s ass.
—-COMMERCIAL BREAK—-
Kenny Omega is shown arriving in a helicopter alongside Don Callis. Alex Marvez tries to interview Omega but Omega brushes him off and Callis says that Marvez can watch them in the ring like the rest of the world.
Omega comes out with Callis and Tony Schiavone says he is completely disgusted about what happened last week but Callis mocks him. Callis says everyone seems to be upset including Tony Khan but Callis asks what he’s upset about because Tony was the one that invited him. “Welcome to the wrestling business, kid,” Callis says. Callis says people have compared what happened to the Montreal Screwjob but he says this was much bigger. He talks about Omega appearing on Impact last night.
Callis says they have been planning this for years. He says that he watched Omega become one of the greatest wrestlers on the planet and he says that he and Omega are the ones that created AEW by setting up the Jericho match in AEW that Khan has admitted was his inspiration to start AEW. Callis says that everyone wanted the “Best Bout Machine” and here he is.
Omega says you never saw him begging Khan for a payday for his friends and families like everyone else but instead they waited for over a year while they plotting and planned. “Nepotism isn’t it a wonderful thing,” Omega says. Omega says that people talk about awards and championships but everyone pales in comparison to the title he is holding right now. Omega calls the match last week a “seven star classic” and calls it a performance or fine art because every person at home watching it fell for his performance. Omega says he doesn’t care about the fans or Tony Khan or Jerry Lynn buying into it but the one person they needed to buy into it was Jon Moxley.
Omega shows off his blackeye and says that Moxley did that to him but he didn’t have it upstairs to finish it. Omega says no one kicks out of the One Winged Angel and if you thought Tuesday was crazy you haven’t seen anything yet. Callis says that some people make money but Omega makes history.
