We go right the opening intro as Saturday night’s alright for fighting!

After the intro, Tony Schiavone is in the ring, who introduces FTR to a big ovation from the fans. Nigel McGuinness takes us to a video recap of FTR getting beat up at Double or Nothing in Anarchy in the Arena.

FTR in the ring as Tony says he can see the bruises. Dax Harwood has his left hand taped up. Cash Wheeler thanks everyone who paid for a ticket to come out tonight. Cash says it is hard to come out. Cash says that they would die for AEW. Cash says they are not dead yet. Dax says he did not want to come out tonight. The feeling of letting the company down…the images all week of Darby Allin being hung upside…Dax makes reference to the staples in his head and the soft cast on his wrist…is it even worth it anymore? Dax says its worth. Dax says that if he has to crawl back and fight for everyone in the back that gets a paycheck from this company. He then says that it may not be today, tomorrow or next…one day Bryan Danielson will be back, Darby Allin will be back and this is the summer of AEW and they will whip the Elite’s a– top guys out!

The cameras caught up with Jack Perry after Double or Nothing as he is is in the showers laying down. He says that people talk about blood, sweat and tears…when are people going to realize he believes in AEW more than people realize…AEW turned their back on him and he continue to fight. He will continue to shape the future through blood, sweat and fire.

We get a recap of The Elite trying to award the TNT Title to Jack Perry, but then Christopher Daniels comes out and says that he the interim EVP assigned by Tony Khan. There will be a ladder match to crown a new TNT Champion.

Roderick Strong’s music hits as he is out with Matt Taven and Mike Bennett. They make their way down to the ring. The music of Lio Rush is next as he makes his way out to the ramp and begins to head down to the ring.

Roderick Strong vs. Lio Rush

The bell rings as we get underway. Lio runs the ropes as Strong nails him and sends him to the corner, stomping on him. Strong picks up Rush and chops him hard across the chest. Strong then picks up Rush and slams him hard on his back. Strong then uses the second rope to choke Rush as the ref makes the five count. Strong then hits Rush in the gut with a knee and then chops him. Strong drops Rush with a gut buster and then chops him hard yet again. Strong then nails Rush in the face and picks him up and slams him down. Rush is in the corner as Strong picks him up and tosses him across the ring.Strong then grabs the left arm of Rush and pulls his hair. We go to a shot at ringside of Matt Taven putting on the coat of Rush, mocking him. Rush tries to fight back with some rights and lefts, but Strong nails him with a knee to the mid-section. Rush then sends Strong to the floor and runs and leaps through the second rope, connecting on Strong as hits the floor.

Picture-In-Picture: The action goes back in the ring as Rush picks up Strong and drops him on his back. Rush has Strong in a headlock. Strong hets out of the hold, but Rush grabs Strong and gets him back in the headlock. Strong fights out of it and sends Rush to the corner. Rush is up on the ropes and comes down, but Strong moves out of the way. Strong sends Rush into the turnbuckle. Strong chops Rush and then uses the bottom rope to choke him. Strong breaks the hold and then has Rush in a rear headlock as we are back from picture-in-picture.

Back from picture-in-picture: Strong picks up Rush and drops him with an Olympic Slam. Strong covers Rush who kicks out at two. Strong sends Rush to the corner as he falls through the ropes and to the floor. The ref begins the ten count as Taven and Bennett jaw at him. The fans begin to chant Lio. Rush makes it back into the ring. Rush kicks Strong in the head. Strong his up as Rush slaps Strong…Rush rolls up Strong, but he kicks out at two. Rush picks up Strong and slams him down. Rush covers Strong, but he kicks out at two. Rush is up and goes to the top rope…Taven is up on the apron. Rush kicks Strong and then takes out Bennett and Taven…Strong grabs Rush and slams him down…Strong covers Rush for only a two count. Rush then slams Strong and is up on the top rope. Rush comes down with a big splash, but Strong gets the knees up and picks up Rush and connects with the end of heartache to get the three count.

WINNER BY PINFALL: RODERICK STRONG

After the match, Bennett and Taven pick Strong as the three celebrate. We go to a video package wiht Opsreay getting the win against Orange Cassidy on Wednesday to earn a shot at the International Championship.

We go backstage with Kyle O’Reilly saying that he intends to beat Will Ospreay in the most violent way possible. Kyle says he is the one only to kick out of the hidden blade and that everyone who has a TV is overlooking Kyle O’Reilly…he says he refuses to leave Palm Springs empty handed.

-COMMERCIAL BREAK-

Back from the break, we go backstage as Lexy Nair tries to get a word from Roderick Strong. Strong confronts Tony Khan as Christopher Daniels is with him. Strong tells Kahn to give him Swerve Strickland, as he should have won the gauntlet match on last Wedneday’s Dynamite and that he should have Swerve. Khan says that is what they will do…Strong vs. Swerve for the AEW World Title on Wednesday’s Dynamite and the winner will face Will Ospreay at Forbidden Door.

The music of Daniel Garcia hits as he makes his way out to the ring. The music of Katsuyori Shibata is up next as he makes his way down to the ring. The music of the The Work Horseman is up next as they makes their way down to the ring.

Daniel Garcia and Katsuyori Shibata vs. The Work Horsemen (Anthony Henry and JD Drake)

The bell rings as we are underway. Henry and Shibata start off. Both men lock up as we get a clean break. Henry then kicks Shibata, but he comes back with a kick of his own…Shibata tags in Garcia…Henry tags in Drake who chops Garcia. Garcia fires back with rights and lefts on Drake. Henry trips us Garcia as Drake sends Garcia to the mat. Drake tags in Henry who was favoring his knee. Henry kicks Garcia… Garcia then drops Henry with a swinging neckbreaker. Garcia then kicks Henry as we go to picture in picture.

Picture-In-Picture: Henry tags in Drake who comes in and drops Garcia. Drake covers him for just a two count. Drake has Garcia in a headlock. Garcia breaks the hold, but Drake nails Garcia as he drops to the mat. Drake picks up Garcia and drags him to the corner to tag in Henry.

Back from the full break, Drake and Henry are doubled teaming Garcia in the corner. Drake picks up Garcia and chops him. Garcia gets fired up and picks up Drake and slams him on his back! Shibata is tagged in – Henry is tagged in…Shibata takes on both Drake and Henry with kicks. Shibata connects on Henry with a running drop kick and covers him for just a two count. Garcia is tagged in as he dances while Shibata chops Henry in the corner. Garcia picks up Henry and drops him. Garcia covers him, but Drake breaks up the count. Drake is tagged in as he picks up Garica for a belly to belly suplex. Henry then recovers and drops Garcia. Henry come off the ropes onto Garcia, followed by a big splash by Drake…he covers Garcia for only a two count…Henry is sent to the floor. Shibata has Drake in a sleeper hold as Garcia chops Drake. Shibata then hits Drake with a PK kick as Garcia covers Drake for the three count.

WINNERS BY PINFALL: DANIEL GARCIA AND KATSUYORI SHIBATA

We go to the video package of Stokley Hathaway and Kris Statlander turning on Willow Nightingale at Double or Nothing.

Backstage with Stokley Hathaway and Kris Statlander says they have heard the phone calls and read the letters and heard from those backstage. Kris has basket of garbage saying that Willow Nightingale is a piece of garbage…

The music of Thunder Rosa is up next as she makes her way down to the ring. The music of Reina Dorada is next as she makes her way down to the ring.

Thunder Rosa vs. CMLL star Reina Dorada

The bell rings as both women lock up. We get loud Thunder Rosa chants. Rosa takes down Dorada as applies a rear headlock. Rosa has the hold locked in as both women roll around the ring…Rosa covers Dorada for a two count. Rosa then tosses Dorada and drop kicks Dorada as she gets up. Rosa chops Dorada and then picks her up for a snap vertical suplex. Rosa covers Dorada for only a two count. Both women exchange chops and blows. Rosa then picks up Dorada and drops her face first for the Tijuana Bomb…Rosa covers Dorada, but she kicks out! Rosa then applies a submission hold pulling the neck of Dorada back…Dorada taps out, as Rosa gets the win.

WINNER BY SUBMISSION: THUNDER ROSA

The Cage of Agony vs. KM, Danny Gee and Danny Rose

Back from the break, the music of Cage of Agony hits and Brian Cage, Bishop Kuan and Tia Leoni makes their way down to the ring. KM, Danny Gee and Danny Rose are already in the ring.

The bell rings as Leoni takes out KM, Gee and Rose. Cage is tagged in. He picks up KM and drops him on his back. Rose comes off the top rope as Cage catches him and drops him. Kuan comes in and takes out Rose with a running drop kick. Cage of Agony then pick up Rose high and drop him hard to the mat, as Kuan covers him for the win.

WINNERS BY PINFALL: CAGE OF AGONY

After the match Leoni goes after Rose…

We go to a backstage Vignette with Toni Storm, Luther and Mariah May.

The music of Blackpool Combat Club’s Claudio Catagnoli up next as he makes his way out to the ring. The music of Johnny TV is up next as he comes out with Taya Valkyrie.

Claudio Castagnoli vs. Johnny TV

The bell rings as we are underway. Johnny kicks at Claudio, but Claudio gets him in a side headlock. Claudio picks up Johnny and hits him with a backbreaker. Johnny recovers and kicks Claudio. Johnny has Claudio in a headlock. Claudio rolls up Johnny for only a two count. Claudio drops Johnny and then lands a double stomp on the chest. Claudio covers Johnny, as he kicks out at two. Claudio picks up Johnny and holds him up for a minute or so before dropping on his back. Claudio calls for the giant swing. Claudio picks up Johnny for the swing, but Taya comes in the ring to break the hold. As the ref sends Taya out, Johnny low-blows Claudio…Johnny covers Claudio for only a two count. We go to picture in picture as the action goes to the outside.

Picture-In-Picture: Johnny sends Claudio the floor as he and Taya kiss. Claudio then sends Johnny into the barricade. Claudio sets Johnny on a chair and then runs and connects with a dropkick. Claudio goes back in the ring, as Johnny runs in and kicks Claudio in the chest. Johnny applies a headlock on Claudio. Johnny attempts to picks up Claudio, but he blocks it. and reapplies the headlock on Claudio.

Back from the picture-in-picture, Claudio picks up Johnny and headbutts him. Claudio then suplexes Johnny. Johnny rolls to the corner. Claudio is up and connects on Johnny with big uppercuts. Claudio then drops Johnny with a running pump kick. Claudio attempts a giant swing, but Johnny counters and rolls up Claudio for only a two count. Johnny then drops Claudio with a swinging neckbreaker and covers him for only a two count…Taya slaps Claudio… he then rolls to the floor and jaws at Taya. Johnny then flies and leaps over the ropes, landing on Claudio! The action goes back in the ring as both men are on the top rope. Claudio drops Johnny from the top rope and covers him for only a two count. Claudio has the sharpshooter on Johnny as Taya tries to break the hold…Claudio jaws at Taya….Claudio then nails Johnny as he drops on his back…Claudio picks up Johnny and swings him around. Claudio then connects with a big forearm on Johnny as he gets up. Claudio covers Johnny for the win.

Back from break, we get a video package featuring The West Coast Wrecking Crew.

The music of Shane Taylor Promotions hits as Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty, along with Anthony Ogogo make their way down to the ring. The Wrecking Crew are already in the ring.

Shane Taylor and Lee Moriarty vs. The West Coast Wrecking Crew (Jorel Nelson and Royce Isaacs)

Lee and Royce are starting off as the bell rings. Lee tries to pick up Royce and drops him down. Lee then kicks Royce in the chest. Royce recovers and kicks Lee and then slams him hard to the mat. Royce tags in Jorel Nelson. Royce kicks Lee as Jorel covers him for a two count. The Wrecking Crew then double team Lee…Royce is tagged back in. Royce picks up Lee and slams him on his back. Royce charges at Lee, but he moves. Shane Taylor is tagged in and takes out Royce. Shane has Royce in the corner and chops him hard on the chest. Royce tries to fight back, but Shane nails him with a big right hand. Shane then tosses Royce to the corner. Royce hits Shane with a knee and then is able to tag in Nelson, who comes in and hits Shane and dropkicks him…Jorel tries for a big knee lift, but Shane heabutts him and then drops him…Issacs is sent to the floor as Lee put him in a headlock. In the ring, Shane picks up Nelson and drops him hard. Shane covers Nelson for the win. As Royce comes in, Ogogo nails both of Nelson and Isaacs with a big right hand.

We go to a backstage with the Iron Savages…Killswitch comes in and takes out the Iron Savages.

Back from the break, Will Ospreay’s music hits, as he comes out to a big ovation from the fans. Kyle O’Reilly’s music hits as the he makes his way down to the ring.

AEW International Championship Match: Will Ospreay defends against Kyle O’Reilly

The bell rings and we are underway! Both men attempt to lock up as we get lets go Ospreay chants. Both men are down on the mat, as Ospreay sends Kyle down, but he recovers. Both men are up to a big ovation. Ospreay has Kyle in an armlock. Kyle reverses, but Will breaks the hold and takes down Kyle. Both men are up. Will sends Kyle to the ropes and sends him down. We get a test of strength by both men. Kyle then sends Ospreay down…Ospreay rolls up O’Reilly, but he kicks out at two. Ospreay sends Kyle to mat as he rolls to the floor. Ospreay then leaps through the ropes and connects with crossbody as we go to picture in picture.

Picture-In-Picture: The action is back in the ring as Ospreay plants a big elbow on the back of the neck of O’Reilly. Ospreay then picks up O’Reilly for a backbreaker. He covers O’Reilly who kicks out at two. Kyle fights back with kicks to Ospreay, but it has no affect…

Back from the break, Ospreay chops O’Reilly. O’Reilly comes back with a rising knee strike on Ospreay. Ospreay is down. O’Reilly plants a big knee on the left arm of Ospreay. Ospreay is down as O’Reilly applies a hammerlock and then plants a knee on the shoulder of Ospreay. O’Reilly then kicks Ospreay. O’Reilly applies a headlock on Ospreay, but the hold is broken. Ospreay fights back and chops O’Reilly. Ospreay leaps from the top rope and connects with a big forearm on O’Reilly. Both men are on the apron as Ospreay kicks O’Reilly in the mid-section. O’Reilly grabs the left arm of Ospreay and drops him on the apron. Ospreay comes back with big blows on O’Reilly. Ospreay’s knee is caught on the bottom rope…O’Reilly comes from the top rope and lands on the knee of Ospreay…O’Reilly covers Ospreay for just a two count…Ospreay tries a sunset flip on O’Reilly as he turns it into an armbar, but Ospreay rolls to the ropes to break the hold. Both men are on the outside. Kyle sends Ospreay into the barricade…O’Reilly comes back with a running drop kick on Ospreay as we go to another picture in picture break.

Picture-In-Picture: The action is back in the ring as O’Reilly kicks Ospreay. O’Reilly then nails Ospreay with a big forearm. Ospreay fires back with forearm shots on O’Reilly, but he grabs the left arm of Ospreay and sends him to the mat. O’Reilly works on the left arm of Ospreay with kicks. O’Reilly grabs the arm and twists it.

Back from the picture-in-picture break, Ospreay is fired up! He drops O’Reilly with a vertical suplex…Ospreay then drops O’Reilly with a Tiger Driver. Ospreay covers O’Reilly, but O’Reilly kicks out. Both men are up on the ropes…Kyle sends Will down as he hits the ropes…Ospreay kicks O’Reilly…Ospreay then connects with a thrust kick on O’Reilly…Ospreay then kicks O’Reilly in the head…Ospreay goes for the Oscutter, but O’Reilly grabs the arm of Ospreay and then turns it into a triangle chock hold. Ospreay picks up O’Reilly and drops him hard on the mat to break the hold. Both men are down. The ref begins the ten count. Ospreay is up and kicks O’Reilly with two kicks. Ospreay then picks up O’Reilly for a Tiger Driver, but he counters it…out of nowhere, Ospreay hits O’Reilly with a hidden blade. Ospreay then runs at O’Reilly, who hits Ospreay with a knee just below the chin. Both men are down as the ref makes the ten count. We get an this is awesome chant from the fans. Both men headbutt each other and then exchange forearms. Both men are up as Ospreay and Reilly exchange blows again. O’Reilly picks up Ospreay, who drops him and then nails Ospreay with a hidden blade. Ospreay covers O’Reilly, but he kicks out! Ospreay then connects on O’Reilly with a storm driver and covers O’Reilly to retain.

WINNER AND STILL AEW INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION: WILL OSPREAY

After the match, Doc Sampson checks on the left arm of Ospreay. O’Reilly pulls himself up using the turnbuckle. O’Reilly and Ospreay shake hands to a big ovation from the fans. O’Reilly claps at Ospreay and points at him and leaves the ring as Ospreay continues to celebrate to a big ovation. The ref comes in and raises the hand of Ospreay.

We hear from Swerve Strickland.
