Steven Richards became the leader of the Right To Censor movement, created to mock the Parents Television Council (PTC).. June 26, 2000 - RAW : Jerry Lawler & The Kat defeated Dean Malenko & Terri in a "Over The Top Rope, Off With The Top" Match.. ~~~Terri was about to remove her top, but suddenly Steven Richards ran out and covered her up on the stage.. June 29, 2000 - SD!: Steven Richards explained his "moralistic leaning" and how he would "censor" anyone who offended his beliefs.. ~~~Over the next few weeks Steven Richards would remove tables the Dudleyz intended on using and covered Trish Stratus' body.. ~~~Steven Richards also covered Godfather's Hos with burlap sacks covered with big "Just Say No" labels on them.. January 21, 2001 - Royal Rumble: Ivory vs Chyna ended in a No Contest when Chyna collapsed during a handspring elbow.. January 29, 2001 - RAW: The Hardy Boyz defeated Goodfather/Buchanan & The APA in a 3-WAY match.. February 1, 2001 - Smackdown Ivory defeated Jacqueline and Lita in a 3-WAY to retain the Women's title.. February 25, 2001 - No Way Out: Stevie Richards defeated Jerry "The King" Lawler to win the services of The Kat.. February 27, 2001: WWF's website announced that The Kat had been released -- no reason was given.. ~~~This RTC angle was cut short, however, due to the WWF releasing The Kat, and Jerry Lawler quit in protest.. ~~~The storyline was supposed to involve the Kat seducing each member of the RTC causing it to be destroyed.. February 29, 2000 - Smackdown: Val Venis was caught in a room with a woman leading to punishment by the RTC.. March 5, 2001 - RAW: Ivory defeated Lita to retain the Women's title.. March 12, 2001 - RAW: The RTC (Richards/Goodfather/Buchanan/Venis) beat Chris Jericho in a Handicap match.. April 1, 2001 - Wrestlemania 17: The APA & Tazz defeated The RTC (Goodfather & Bull Buchanan & Val Venis).. ~~~Later on in the card: Chyna defeated Ivory to capture the WWF Womans title.. April 23, 2001 - RAW: Kaientai defeated Bull Buchanan & The Goodfather.. April 26, 2001: The RTC officially broke up when Val Venis, Goodfather and Bull Buchanan abandon Steven Richards.. ~~~Undertaker defeated Steven Richards when the Right to Censor members walked out on their leader.. It was suggested that the RTC would continue on without Richards, and that he was a "man without a country".. May 21, 2001: Steven Richards started to cut a promo, but was interrupted by Paul Heyman.. ~~~Steven Richards was taken off of TV after this promo, though continued to work house shows and indy shows.. World Wrestling Federation - After the Censorship: : August 6, 2001 - RAW: Ivory shocked everybody by joining the Alliance by helping Stacy & Torrie beat Jacqueline.. ~~~Ivory then became Lance Storm's full-time valet.. September 3, 2001 - RAW: Steven Richards (dressed in black) showed up out of nowhere to attacked the Undertaker.. Royal Rumble 2002: The Godfather and Val Venis made their returns to the WWF with their old gimmicks.. November 21, 2002 - Smackdown!: Bull Buchanan returned to WWE TV, attacked Rikishi, saving John Cena from a bonzai drop..
