Career Highlights

In The Beginning:

Gail Kim grew up in Toronto and attended secondary school at York Memorial Collegiate Institute.
Gail Kim was a natural athlete and participated in many sports such as basketball, volleyball, soccer, baseball, badminton.
Gail Kim enrolled in the University of Toronto and majored in kinesology (the science of human movement).
Gail Kim transferred to Ryerson University and changed her major to nutrition.

Apocalypse Wrestling Federation:

Gail Kim enrolled in Ron Hutchinson’s Pro Wrestling Gym and began her training to become a wrestler.
December 2000: Gail Kim made her professional wrestling debut for Toronto’s Apocalypse Wrestling Federation.
Gail Kim originally debuted under a mask and being called La Felina but eventually lost her mask in a match with Tracy Brooks.
March 24, 2002: La Felina defeated Tracy Brooks and Phoenix in a 3-way match.

October 2002: Gail Kim signed a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment.
