Career Highlights
- G.Q. Status wrestled as “Rex Rootin'” in a tag team known as The Rootin’ Tootin’ Buckaroos..
- December of 2005, GQ Status faced Raven in Athens, Georgia when MCW ran their first show in the Deep South.
- In January of 2006, GQ Status and his partner, Gorgeous Gino (The Status Symbols) made in Steel Valley Wrestling on the Ohio/West Virginia border, facing Joe Joe Little and Rick Carter. They since became regulars in the area.
- In March of 2006 GQ Status announced the return of MCW wrestling for May 19 at the Canton Civic Arena, where the WWF, NWA and before that, the Sheik used to run, as well as MCW (drawing over 2000 each show, not bad for an indy group with no tv) before GQ bought the promotion from former promoter Shasta McNasty.
- When MCW returned to action after a lengthy absence, in October of 2007, GQ Status turned on his once popular tag team partner, Even Steven, in Navarre, Ohio, building into a main event feud. In their first encoutner since the turn, Steven beat GQ in a Tables/Ladders/Chairs-hardcore bout, but there will be many more to come.

- Made debut against Crazy in Lexington, Ohio on December 19, 1997 for ASWA.
- Mick Foley guest referee’s a hardcore match with Random Pain against Toby Klein/Crazy for ASWA tag titles in Mansfield, OH. G.Q. Status and Random Pain form the “Status Symbols”.
- “Status Symbols” win ASWA Team Titles against Brain Damage and Deranged.
- Won 3-way Tag as “Status Symbols” against Jimmie Lee/Big Zed & Brain Damage/Deranged.

- G.Q. Status begins to assist Shasta in running the MCW indy company at the Canton Civic Center.
- MCW runs the first of their many Canton Civic Center shows, drawing over 2,000. G.Q. Status commentates, along with special guest Jimmy “Superfly” Snuka.
- MCW continues to run the Canton Civic Center bringing in names such as Bret “Hitman” Hart, Jerry Lawler, Dusty Rhodes, The Legion of Doom, Dudley Boys, Mick Foley, D-Lo Brown, Bull Buchanan, Brian Lawler, Honky Tonk Man, Jeff Jarrett, A.J. They became regulars under management of The Time Traveler, for a number of indy groups in the Ohio/West Virginia area Many years before, proving it a small worlds, GQ Status was a mark in the audience at a card outside Dayton in 1999, in which he saw The Time Traveler and Rainbow (Rainbow’s last card before retiring) appearing as managers. In 2006, GQ Status purchased the MCW (Main Event Championship Wrestling) which had drawn large crowds at The Canton Civic Arena and other venues, from promoter Shasta, becoming the new promoter for this office.
