- Ángel Acevedo is a professional wrestler known by his ring name The Cuban Assassin and for his famous appearances with Atlantic Grand Prix Wrestling, Central States Wrestling and Stampede Wrestling.
- Acevedo’s son, Richie Acevedo, is also a wrestler who wrestles as Cuban Assassin Jr. for AGPW. Now retired, he later dropped the “Jr.” and just goes by “Cuban Assassin”. Acevedo is a permanent resident of Canada and presently he currently resides in Calgary.
