- 2005: Mike Rapuano [Bobby Rogers] was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in federal prison
- ~~~Rogers was found guilty of using a counterfeit device and using intimidating force against a witness
- ~~~This stems from federal charges that he defrauded several companies out of thousands of dollars
- ~~~Rogers will not be eligible for parole until late 2007, and is currently serving his time in Miami, Florida
