    Mike Mooneyham wrote: Billy “Red” Lyons was an extremely popular performer and one of many who came out of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. I’ll remember him most for the team he formed with Red Bastien as The Flying Redheads. The two were main-eventers in Texas during the late 60s and early 70s and unmasked The Spoiler as Don Jardine there. He was also a pretty good ice hockey player before turning to wrestling. A very respected name in the wrestling business for many years.
