World Championship Wrestling:

  • 1991: Axl Rotten had a short stint in World Championship Wrestling and feuded with P.N. News.
  • Brian Elliot (via the Wrestling Classics Message Board) wrote: Axl Rotten has claimed that the late Joey Maggs cost him his run in WCW at the time. Whilst in the middle of a match in which Axl was going over, Maggs deliberately tripped Axl, causing him to fall less than gracefully. From that point, people considered Axl clumsy, and his push was dropped.

  • October 1, 1993 – NWA Bloodfest: Ian and Axl Rotten defeated Chad Austin and Todd Shaw.
  • ~~~Later in the show, Bad Company (Paul Diamond and Pat Tanaka) defeated Ian and Axl Rotten.

  • ~~~One of the Bad Breed’s victories over Public Enemy came at a Charity show outside of ECW.
  • ~~~The other was accidental because Paul Heyman jokingly told Rocco Rock that they were going to lose.
  • ~~~Rocco Rock took this serious so the Public Enemy lost to Ian Rotten and Axl Rotten.
  • ~~~When it was done, The Rottens were announced as #1 contenders and you could hear Heyman in the back yell “What?!”.
  • ~~~When the 2 teams got to the back Heyman asked what happened and Rocco Rock reminded Heyman of what he said earlier.
  • ~~~Heyman said it was a joke and this angered Ian Rotten and Axl Rotten who wondered why it was such a joke for them to win.

  • June 6, 2005 – RAW: Eric Bischoff and the anti-ECW crusaders (Edge/Christin/Tomko) called out Paul Heyman and The Dudleyz.
  • ~~~Paul Heyman came out with the Dudleyz to cut a promo on Bischoff and then said “ECW never backs down from a fight”.
  • ~~~Eric Bischoff then called out some additional “Crusaders” to stack the deck against Heyman and The Dudleyz.
  • ~~~Paul Heyman acted scared, but then declared.. ECW NEVER BACKS DOWN FROM A FIGHT and pointed to the rafters.
  • ~~~Tommy Dreamer, Sandman, Rhyno, Balls Mahoney and Axl Rotten showed up and the brawl insued with ECW coming out on top!
  • June 10, 2005 – Hardcore Homecoming: The Gangstinators (New Jack and Kronus) had a bloody brawl with The Bad Breed (Axl and Ian).
