- PRE-SHOW: Hosted by Jeremy Borash & Christy Hemme (They had some audio problems at the beginning)..
- Jeremy Borash found Samoa Joe sitting quietly on a chair in the parking lot waiting for Kurt Angle to arrive..
- Robert Roode introduced his new Chief Executive Offender Miss Brooks (There were some fans chanting "Over Rated")
- PRE-SHOW MATCH: Robert Roode w/Miss Tracy Brooks defeated Lance Hoyt (Miss Brooks distracted Lance Hoyt)..
- ~~~After the match, Robert Roode & Miss Brooks slapped Lance Hoyt until Ron "The Truth" Killings made the save..
- ~~~Ron "The Truth" Killings started rapping to pump up the crowd and Lance Hoyt danced to make them laugh...
- Out in the parking lot, Jim Cornette tried to convince Samoa Joe to be a team player by Joe would not listen to it..
- Christy Hemme was hyping the 8-Mile Street Fight when a Midget showed up ready for the Kevin Nash Invitational..
- Don West was hyping the Cage match they cut to a shot in the parking lot with Joe and Angle being separated..
- KEVIN NASH OPEN INVITATIONAL X-DIVISION GAUNTLET BATTLE ROYAL: Austin Starr wins the Trophy!
- Keivin Nash came out in a suit with a tall trophy and joined Mike Tenay & Don West on Commentary..
- Austin Starr (a heavily gimmicked Austin Aries) was the very first participant..
- Sonjay Dutt (the original Playa from the Himalaya) was the second participant..
- Maverick Matt Bentley was the third participant and sided with Austin Starr against Sonjay Dutt..
- Jay Lethal was the fourth participant and he immediately helped his tag team partner Sonjay Dutt..
- A-1 (who isn't exactly your typical X-Division wrestler) was the fifth participant..
- Zach Gowan (the world famous one legged wrestler from Detroit) was the sixth participant..
- Frankie Kazarian was the seventh participant and helped Matt Bentley eliminate Sonjay Dutt..
- Sonjay Dutt was eliminated by Matt Bentley & Frankie Kazarian
- Sirelda (the amazon female wrestler who goes by Jamie D in Canada) was the eighth participant..
- Siralda was eliminated
- A-1 was eliminated
- Shark Boy was the ninth participant and was greeted with chants of "Let's go Shark Boy!"..
- Alex Shelley (Kevin Nash's favorite) was the tenth participant..
- D-Ray3000 (Do you remember him?) was the eleventh participant and reunited with Shark Boy!
- Maverick Matt Bentley was eliminated
- Johnny Devine (Kevin Nash's other favorite) was the twelth participant..
- Zach Gowan was eliminated
- Primetime Elix Skipper was the thirteenth participant..
- Frankie Kazarian was eliminated
- Short Sleeve Sampson (accompanied by Referee Slick Johnson) was the fourteenth participant..
- Shark Boy was eliminated and knocked out at ringside
- Norman Smiley (wearing a Plmyth Whalers jersey) was the fifteenth participant..
- Short Sleeve Sampson was eliminated and then chased Slick Johnson around the ring
- Petey Williams (very popular with the Detroit fans) was the sixteenth and final participant..
- Referee Slick Johnson entered himself into the match..
- Elix Skipper was eliminated
- Norman Smiley was eliminated
- Slick Johnson was eliminated
- Petey Williams was eliminated by Alex Shelley
- Johnny Devine was eliminated by Austin Starr
- Alex Shelley was eliminated and started yelling at his partner Johnny Devine
- Austin Starr defeated Jay Lethal by pinfall after a Starrbuster to win the KNOIXDGBR!
- Kevin Nash ignored the jealous Alex Shelley and presented the trophy to Austin Starr..
- INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & America's Most Wanted (Chris Harris & James Storm)..
- America's Most Wanted said they would get revenge on LAX for taking out Gail Kim this past week on iMPACT..
- TAG TEAM 4-WAY: Team 3-D defeated America's Most Wanted and The Naturals and The James Gang...
- Shane Douglas came out first and introduced the "newly franchised" Naturals -- Andy Douglas & Chase Stevens..
- Shane Douglas yelled at Andy Douglas for getting pinned and then slapped Chase Stevens for failing him..
- INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Jake "The Snake" Roberts (Said he won't be a referee but he will be there to guide)..
- MONSTER'S BALL: Samoa Joe defeated Raven and Abyss w/Father James Mitchell and Brother Runt..
- The legendary Jake "The Snake" Roberts was the special guest referee for the Monster's Ball 4-WAY..
- Abyss gorilla slammed Brother Runt into the front row and the fans threw him back over the rail to the floor..
- Abyss, Raven & Brother Runt gathered at ringside and Samoa Joe did a cork-screw dive over the top onto them!
- Brother Runt climbed the set and Abyss followed him and choke slammed him down and then jumped down onto him!
- Abyss carried Brother Runt's limp body back to the ring and slid him in but Raven broke up the attempted pin..
- Abyss got a bag of thumbtacks from Father James Mitchell, so Jake Roberts threatened him with the snake bag..
- Raven tried to stop Jake Roberts and tried to DDT him but Abyss stopped it and then poured out the thumb tacks!
- Samoa Joe hit a running Senton onto Abyss, causing him to crash face-first into the pile of thumb tacks!
- Raven tried to use a steel chair, but Jake The Snake Roberts took it away and gave Raven a DDT!
- Samoa Joe finished off Raven and scored the 1-2-3 to win the match and remain undefeated in TNA..
- After the match, Jake "The Snake" Roberts pulled out his snaked and let it slither all over Raven!
- INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Eric Young..
- Eric Young said tonight's match is the biggest one of his entire career because his job was on the line..
- Larry Zbyszko came in and played some psychological mind-games with Eric Young saying he was too insecure..
- LOSER GETS FIRED MATCH: Eric Young defeated "The Living Legend" Larry Zbyszko..
- After lots of stalling tactics, Eric Young scored the pin and celebrated by going into the audience!
- Larry Zbyszko is now FIRED from Total Nonstop Action!
- IN THE RING: Jim Cornette + Kurt Angle + Samoa Joe..
- Jim Cornette already lost his voice and said he was sick as a dog but wouldn't have missed the show for anything..
- Jim Cornette announced that Samoa Joe & Kurt Angle would be allowed settle their issue at some point in the future..
- Kurt Angle came out and said he will do his job later tonight and call the Sting vs Jarrett match down the middle..
- Kurt Angle then address Samoa Joe, who almost immediately came out and engaged in a lengthy pull-apart brawl..
- Afterwards: Mike Tenay announced that Samoa Joe was ejected from the arena to let cooler heads prevail......
- TNA X-DIVISION TITLE MATCH: Chris Sabin defeated Senshi to win the X-Division title!
- After the match, Sonjay Dutt & Jay Lethal & Jerry Lynn came down to Congratulate Chris Sabin...
- INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Christian Cage (Called Rhino a piece of crap and insulted the city of Detroit)..
- 8-MILE STREET FIGHT: Christian Cage defeated Rhino...
- The fight started outside in the parking lot on "8-Mile Road" as they smashed each others heads into cars!
- Rhino put Christian Cage on top of a Zamboni and drove it into the arena and then threw him off of it!
- They quickly ended up in the ring and filled it with weapons including a big "8 Mile Road" street sign..
- A few minutes later Rhino piledrove Christian Cage off the ring apron through a wooden table at ringside!
- Christian Cage covered Rhino with all the weapons and a ladder and repeatedly smashed it with a steel chair!
- Christian Cage made the cover and got the 1-2-3 to win the 8-Mile Street Fight!
- INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & LAX (Konnan & Homicide & Hernandez) - Konnan cut his regular racist promo..
- SIX SIDES OF STEEL MATCH: LAX (Homicide & Hernandez) defeated Chris Daniels & AJ Styles to win the Tag Team titles!
- After everybody was bloodied, AJ Styles did a flying bodyblock off the top of the cage onto Hernandez!
- A minute later, Hernandez climbed to the top of the cage and jumped off but missed and crashed to the mat!
- After some more action, Homicide nailed AJ Styles with the Gringo-killa and pinned him to win the Tag Team titles!
- After the match, Konnan, Homicide & Hernandez continued to attack the bloodied and beaten former champions..
- The Six Sides of Steel match won TNA Match of the Year in the 2006 OnlineWorldofWrestling.com Awards...
- CAREER VS NWA WORLD TITLE MATCH: Sting defeated Jeff Jarrett to win the NWA World Heavywieght title!
- Kurt Angle was introduced and stood outside the ring acting as the ringside enforcer for the match...
- Sting underwent a "transformation" 20 pounds lighter with new red & black tights and red & white face paint..
- Kurt Angle was very aggressive whenever the action spilled to the floor even pulling a chair from Jarrett's hands..
- Kurt Angle later grabbed a chair out of Sting's hands and Jeff Jarrett pushed the chair into Kurt Angle's face!
- Both men got knocked out and the referee was about to count to 10 when Kurt Angle gave the referee an Angle slam!
- Kurt Angle took over the referee duties inside the ring and told Sting and Jeff Jarrett to "get it on!"..
- A few minutes later, Jeff Jarrett locked Sting in the Figure Four but Sting eventually reversed it..
- Jeff Jarrett bravely put Sting in the Anklelock (Kurt Angle's finisher) right in front of Kurt Angle..
- Sting tried to bring in the baseball bat but Kurt Angle grabbed it and pulled it out of Sting's hands..
- Jeff Jarrett smashed a guitar over Sting's head but he no-sold it and put Jarrett in the Scorpion Deathlock!
- Jeff Jarrett tapped out giving Sting the victory to win the NWA World Heavyweight championship!!!!!
