BACKSTAGE: Konnan & LAX promised a BIG SURPRISE TONIGHT.. IN THE RING: Team Angle (Kurt Angle & Sting & Samoa Joe & Rhino).. Sting said he was a pro-wrestler and he loves TNA and he loves being on Team Angle but one person is missing.. Kurt Angle said he respects Sting but he can't announce the 5th member yet but Samoa Joe demanded he speak up.. Samoa Joe said he is starting to not believe Kurt Angle because they are now going into battle one man short.. Samoa Joe said he stepped up, Sting stepped up, Rhino stepped up, and now it was time for Kurt Angle to step up.. Kurt Angle swore on the American Flag that Team Angle would have a fifth member by the end of the night.. NON (X-DIVISION) TITLE MATCH: The Black Machismo (Jay Lethal) defeated X-Division Champion Chris Sabin.. Kevin Nash came to the ring and said there are many imposters but there can only be one Black Machismo.. Jay Lethal came out dressed as "Macho Man" Randy Savage -- and he looks and sounds exactly like Macho Man! INTERVIEW: Latisha Cline & Team Cage (Christian Cage & A.J. Styles & Scott Steiner & Tomko & Abyss).. Christian Cage complained about Jim Cornette ruling that whoever scored the pin would get an NWA World title shot.. A.J. Styles said that it was just business and that all four of them became wrestlers to get the NWA World title.. They all started to argue and Christian Cage said he was disappointed they were putting themselves before the team.. BACKSTAGE: Jeremy Borash & Kevin Nash & Jay Lethal + Sonjay Dutt + Eric Young + Robert Roode + James Storm.. Kevin Nash has convinced Jay Lethal that the Black Machismo gimmick works for him but Lethal asked about Sonjay.. Sonjay Dutt came in with a new goofy gimmick that he didn't like so they called it a work in progress and left.. Eric Young was kneeling in the corner when Jeremy Borash tried to talk to him so Robert Roode yelled at Borash.. Robert Roode yelled at Eric Young and James Storm & Jackie Moore came in and they made some kind of arrangement.. MIXED TAG MATCH: Robert Roode & Jackie Moore w/Tracy Brooks defeated Petey Williams & Gail Kim.. There was a big brawl after the match including "Wildcat" Chris Harris and Eric Young with a steel chair.. Robert Roode ordered Eric Young to put the chair down, but Young swung it and forced Roode out of the ring.. Robert Roode said he owns Eric Young and threatened to fire him and Eric Young dropped the chair and left.. INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash tried to interview Christopher Daniels but Daniels mantained his silence.. IN THE RING: LAX (Konnan & Homicide & Hernandez) & Brother Runt + Team 3-D (Brothers Ray & Devon).. LAX came out with the abducted Brother Runt and Don West swore that he saw a gun tucked inside of Konnan's pants.. Konnan cut a promo on Team 3-D and pulled out a Stun-gun and threatened to elecrifiy Runt but Team 3-D came out.. Konnan ignored Team 3-D and shot Brother Runt in the chest with the Stun Gun and LAX quickly escaped the ring.. Brothers Ray and Devon hit the ring and helped Brother Runt as Mike Tenay & Don West freaked out on commentary.. MAIN EVENT: A.J. Styles (representing Team Cage) defeated Samoa Joe (representing Team Angle).. The winner of the match wins the advantage for their team in Lethal Lockdown at the Lockdown Pay Per View.. The referee was knocked out and Joe put a submission on Styles and Team Cage and Team Angle started fighting! As Team Cage & Team Angle brawled, the one and only Jeff Jarrett came down and smashed Styles with a guitar! Samoa Joe pinned A.J. Styles. Samoa Joe, Sting and Rhino couldn't believe that Kurt Angle got Jeff Jarrett! END OF SHOW.... Go Back To TNA History
