XPLOSION MATCHES: 8-MAN WORLD CUP PREVIEW: Team Canada w/Scott D'Amore defeated Team USA/TNA.. Team Canada = Petey Williams & Eric Young & Bobby Roode & A-1 w/Scott D'Amore.. Team USA/TNA = Chris Sabin & Sonjay Dutt & Jay Lethal & Alex Shelley w/Poparatzi Cam.. Mike Tenay & Don West pointed out that Alex Shelley is a close friend of Team Canada.. Jerry Lynn (former Team USA captain) named Chris Sabin the captain of this Team USA.. A-1 actually scored the pin on Jay Lethal when Alex Shelley cost his team the match.. 6-MAN TAG: A.J. Styles & Rhino & Ron Killings defeated Simon Diamond & Elix Skipper & David Young.. INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash & Larry Zbyszko.. Larry Zbyszko claimed that he has put together the greatest Pay Per View of all time with Lockdown.. Referee Slick Johnson came in and said he heard Raven was coming back and gave Zbyszko an envelope.. Slick Johnson suggested if he doesn't make it in TNA he could be the President of the hair club for men.. IN THE RING: NWA World Champion Christian Cage + Abyss.. Christian Cage said that Abyss tried to embarass him but all he did was piss him off more than ever.. Christian Cage said he would die inside the Cage at Lockdown to keep his NWA World Heavyweight title.. Father James Mitchell shows up on the big screen saying Christian Cage has played right into their hands.. Father James Mitchell said they knew that if they pushed Christian Cage enough he would lose control.. Father James Mitchell gauranteed that Abyss would walk out of Six Sides of Steel as NWA World Champion! Suddenly Abyss snuck up from behind and attacked Christian Cage, and they brawled for several minutes.. Abyss planted Christian Cage with a Black Hole Slam and then wrapped the chain around Cage's neck.. Abyss picked up the NWA belt and held it over his head as he pulled on the chain choking Cage out.. 6-MAN TAG: Jeff Jarrett & America's Most Wanted w/Gail Kim & Jackie Gayda defeated Team 3-D (Brothers Ray, Devon & Runt).. Gail Kim interfered and low-blowed Brother Ray so Brother Runt grabbed her and hit her with an Acid Drop! Team Canada came down and distracted the referee and Jeff Jarrett hit the Stroke on Brother Runt for the win! Team Canada & Jeff Jarrett & AMW attacked Team 3-D until AJ Styles, Ron Killings & Rhino made the save! Abyss came down and attacked Rhino but Christian Cage returned to attack Abyss and brawl all over the place! Rhino gorilla-press slammed Jeff Jarrett but Scott Steiner showed up and destroyed Rhino... Sting finally made his way to the ring and took out all four members of Jarrett's army.. END OF SHOW....
