OPENING MATCH: Kid Kash defeats Tony Mamaluke with the Money-Maker..
IN THE RING: Ron Killings & Scott Hall..
- Killings said that James, Hall, Syxx, etc were accusing Jeff Jarrett of being "Mr. Wrestling III".
- Killings said Jarrett was not after his title, and he was tired of dressing room politics..
- Hall came to the ring, and told Killings not to waste his energy badmouthing the fans..
- Hall said Jarrett was playing Killings like "Ricky Ricardo's bongo drums"..
- Hall said that Killings should worry about him, not Mr. Wrestling III..
- The bell rang, Hall tossed his toothpick at him, and the match was on.
WORLD TITLE MATCH: Ron Killings defeats Scott Hall..
- Late in the match, Mr. Wrestling III ran in..
- Hall decked him, and pulled his mask off, but he covered his face and rolled out of the ring..
- Killings hit Hall with a sitdown gourdbuster and got the pin!
- Mr. Wrestling III pulled his mask back on at ringside and ran through the crowd..
TAG TEAM TITLE MATCH: Chris Harris & James Storm defeats Hot Shots and Chris & Rick Michaels..
- Harris & Storm used the old "Veg-O-Matic" (holding a low bearhug while the partner hits a top rope legdrop)..
- Harris & Storm win the match to retain their titles..
THE EVIL RETURNS: Minister Jim Mitchell + Brian Lee & Slash..
- Suddenly the lights went out and when they came back on, Minister Jim Mitchell was on the stage..
- Brian Lee and Slash were in the ring..
- Mitchell told them to take out the garbage..
- Lee & Slash disposed of the Hot Shots and Michaels'..
- Mitchell told Lee to send Storm "straight to hell"..
- Brian Lee chokeslammed James Storm off the stage through a table!
- Mitchell then told Slash to "sacrifice himself for the New Church"..
- Slash dove off the balcony, putting Harris through a table!
- Mitchell then cut a great promo, talking about how the New Church was going to follow no rules!
- Mitchell warned TNA to "prepare for the Apocalypse"..
- The lights went out, and the trio disappeared..
INTERVIEW: Mike Tenay & Bob Armstrong..
- Don Harris was also present..
- Armstrong said that if any champion intentionally gets themselves counted out or DQed, they would lose their title.
- Armstrong also said that they were having a tournament for an NWA World Title shot..
- Armstrong announced that Don Harris would be the special referee for all the tournament matches.
- Mike Tenay said that due to a hip injury, Syxx-Pac could not wrestle Brian Lawler tonight..
- Mike said their first round match would be postponed.
#1 CONTENDER Tournament MATCH: B.G. James defeats Ron Harris (Don Harris referee)..
- Early in the match, the cut to the back..
- Security was trying to break up Jeff Jarrett and Curt Hennig..
- Hennig was a bloody mess..
- Back in the ring, James hit a dancing elbow for a two count..
- James went to pound Ron in the corner, but Don yanked him off his brother and to the mat..
- As James got up, Ron hit a boot to the face..
- Bob Armstrong came out and said he was firing Don Harris!
- Don said he was calling it straight down the middle..
- Don said that Bob was just protecting his son..
- Backstage, we se that Hennig and Jarrett were brawling again..
- Don Harris slugged Bob Armstrong on the rampway..
- B.G. James rolled up Ron from behind and a second referee counted the three!
- B.G. James advances to the next round of the tournament..
IN THE RING: Jorge Estrada & Priscilla + Ace Steel & Mortimer Plumtree + Bruce..
- Estrada & Priscilla came to the ring and Priscila wasn't wearing wrestling attire..
- Ace Steel and Mortimer Plumtree came out next..
- Mortimer did not have wrestling gear on either..
- Plumtree said he did not fight women, but that he had hired someone who was "more woman" than her..
- Out comes Bruce..
MATCH: Ace Steel & Bruce defeats Jorge Estrada & Priscilla..
- Late in the match, Ace hit the Twist Of Cain (Gory Special into a neckbreaker) on Estrada..
- Ace tagged Bruce, who just came in and covered him for the pin..
- After the match, Mortimer spanked Priscilla..
- Steel and Bruce stomped Estrada and left him laying.
#1 CONTENDER Tournament MATCH: Jeff Jarrett defeats Curt Hennig..
- A bloody Hennig stumbled down the ramp, and Jarrett attacked him from behind with a chair..
- Jarrett tossed Hennig's limp body into the ring..
- Hennig staggered up, and Jarrett hit the Stroke and got the three count..
- Jeff Jarrett advances in the tournament..
- Jarrett grabbed a chair, and security came out, but Jarrett tossed them from the ring..
- Jarrett left without hitting Hennig again, but screamed at him as he walked off..
- Hennig staggered after Jarrett, but officials were pleading with him not to.
INTERVIEW: Goldylocks & Jerry Lynn..
- Goldylocks asked Jerry Lynn about his match with Sonny Siaki tonight in the tournament..
- Lynn said he had been a World Champion before, but the NWA World Title was the oldest in the sport..
- Lynn said the title was more important than revenge against Siaki..
INTERVIEW: Goldylocks & Sonny Siaki..
- Goldylocks then interviewed Siaki, who is still referring to himself in the third person..
- Siaki said the ring was his playground, and that he was the "biggest bully on the block"..
#1 CONTENDER Tournament MATCH: Jerry Lynn defeats Sonny Siaki..
- Siaki pins Lynn his feet on the ropes for leverage!
- Siaki advances in the tournament..
- Lynn dropkicked Siaki from behind, and pounded him all the way up the ramp..
- Lynn tossed Siaki off the stage and into the guardrail..
- Lynn stood over the downed Siaki and yelled at him about it being "his playground"..
X TITLE MATCH: AJ Styles w/Mortimer Plumtree defeats The Amazing Red..
- Styles retains the X Division Title defeating Red in the match of the night..
