    • King Booker & Fit Finlay asked for a rematch with Batista & John Cena saying they were looking for the best competition..
    • Theodore Long took their challenge and booked the team of King Booker & Fit Finlay against The Brothers of Destruction!!

  3. IN THE RING: Batista + Santa Clause (Sylvan)..
    • Batista came out and cut a promo and was interrupted by a surprise appearance from the one and only Santa Clause!
    • Santa Clause threw t-Shirts & DVDs to the fans and gave Batista a present and then whacked him with a steel pipe!
    • Theodore Long came out and booked Santa Clause in a match with the World Heavyweight Champion --- --- --- Batista!

  4. NON (WORLD) TITLE MATCH: Batista defeated Santa Clause and pulled off the beard to reveal Sylvan!

  5. UNITED STATES TITLE MATCH: Chris Benoit defeated Chavo Guerrero w/Vickie Guerrero by DQ to retain the U.S. Title!
    • Vickie Guerrero interfered and whacked Chris Benoit with the U.S. belt causing the Disqualification..
    • Chris Benoit got up and stared down at Vickie Guerrero until he turned around and walked away from the ring..
    • Chavo Guerrero yelled at Vickie Guerrero poked her on the chest and she fell backwards and landed on her back..
    • Chris Benoit returned to the ring to save Vickie Guerrero only to have Chavo Guerrero attack and brutalize him!

  6. BACKSTAGE: King Booker w/Queen Sharmell & Fit Finlay formulated a plan to take on The Brothers of Destruction..

  7. IN THE RING: Cruiserweight Champion Gregory Helms + The Boogeyman..
    • Gregory Helms said there was no competition left on SmackDown! so he was going to move up to the Heavyweight Division..
    • The Boogeyman came out attacked Gregory Helms and then shoved worms in the mouth of SD! ring announce Tony Chimmel..

  8. IN THE RING: Joey Mercury (with all his facial injuries) + Matt Hardy..
    • Joey Mercury limped out to the ring with a swollen face with the horrifying scars from his match at Armageddon..
    • Joey Mercury said he suffered violent trauma to his face and showed footage of the Ladder smashing his face open..
    • The crowd gave Joey Mercury a polite applause as he said that he holds Matt & Jeff Hardy personably responsible..
    • Joey Mercury got aggressive and said that because of the Hardy Boyz, his movie-star good-looks are gone forever..
    • Matt Hardy walked out to the ring and said Joey Mercury's injury was unfortunate but it was not intentional..
    • Matt Hardy said that it is the price a wrestler pays to participate in a dangerous scenario like a Ladder match..
    • Joey Mercury said it wasn't unfortunate, and accused the Hardyz of maiming him and challenged Matt to a fight!
    • Matt Hardy refused to fight Joey Mercury -- so Mercury said that Hardy would fight his tag partner Johnny Nitro!

  9. GRUDGE MATCH: Johnny Nitro (w/Melina Perez & Joey Mercury) defeated Matt Hardy..
    • A few minutes into the match, Johnny Nitro pulled a ladder out from under the ring but officials took it away..
    • Johnny Nitro pinned Matt Hardy with his feet on the ropes for leverage and left with Mercury & Melina.....

  10. IN THE RING: John Bradshaw Layfield + Theodore Long..
    • JBL said he was appauled at Armageddon when Theodore Long brought back the Inferno Match after 7 1/2 years...
    • JBL said showed the slow-motion footage and still photos of Kane setting the backside of MVP literally on fire!
    • JBL called out Theodore Long and demanded that he apologize to SmackDown! and also to Montel Vontavious Porter..
    • Theodore Long didn't come out, so JBL then pointed his finger at the fans and said the people were responsible..
    • JBL said if the great country of America goes down it will be because of people like the fans, sick human beings!

  11. DIVAS TAG MATCH: Ashley Massaro & Layla El defeated Kristal Marshall & Jillian Hall..
    • Editor's Notes: There was no explanation given as to why poor Jillian Hall was a heel this week...
    • Editor's Notes: If I had a nickel for every time a Diva adjusted her wardrobe I'd be a rich man!

  12. RINGSIDE INTERVIEW: Michael Cole & Vladimir Kozlov (with goofy happy Russian gimmick)..

  13. MAIN EVENT: The Brothers of Destruction defeated Fit Finlay & King Booker w/Queen Sharmell..
