IN THE RING: Booker T + Kenzo Susuzki + Luther + Dupree + Haas & Gunn + John Cena + Vince + Theodore Long..
- Booker T said Kurt Angle promised him that he would be given the United States championship..
- Booker T says that Kurt Angle isn't in charge, but demands for whoever IS in charge to come out and declare him champion!
- Kenzo Suzuki came out with his interpreter Hiroku and says something in Japanese..
- Hiroku says that since he loves America so much, that he should be named U.S. Champion..
- Rob Van Dam joined them in the ring and make his arguments why he should be U.S. Champion..
- Luther Reigns followed, and then Rene Dupree, then Charlie Haas, Billy Gunn and finally John Cena..
- John Cena did a rap, insulting all the U.S. Champ wannabees in the ring..
- John Cena says the fans know that he's the Champ, and he's going to take care of business tonight!
- All eight wrestlers started to brawl, and this brought out Vince McMahon and demanded they get under control..
- Vince McMahon introduces the new General Manager of Smackdown! ----- Theodore Long!!!!!!
- Theodore Long came out and thanks Vince McMahon, and calls all the wrestlers in the ring a bunch of children..
- Theodore Long says there is only one man who obviously deserves the United States championship..
- Theodore Long says that Booker T has been hatin' on Smackdown! since he got there, so it isn't him!
- Theodore Long says his Smackdown! will be the "land of opportunity" and have an 8-man elimination match for the US title..
CW TITLE MATCH: Rey Mysterio vs Spike Dudley..
- Rey & Spike shook hands at the beginning of the match, but were at eachothers throats a few minutes in..
- The Dudley Boyz showed up as DVon distracted the referee while Bubba tripped Rey Mysterio!
- Spike Dudley nailed the Dudley Dawg on Rey Mysterio and pinned him to win the Cruiserweight title!!!
- When Spike Dudley found out that his brothers interfered, he yelled at them for going back on their word!
- After the match, Spike Dudley explained that he didn't want his brothers to interfere, and apologized..
BACKSTAGE: Theodore Long + Smackdown! Divas + Kurt Angle..
- Theodore Long official rehires all the Divas back and promises that as long as he's GM, they won't be underutilized..
- Theodore Long entered his office and found Kurt Angle sitting there in the dark..
- Kurt Angle says he did a lot of good things as GM, and it was a tough job, so he doesn't envy Long one bit..
- Kurt Angle points out that Theodore Long is the first black General Manager in WWE history..
- Theodore Long takes exception to the comment and says that the "first black" thing went out in 1999..
- Theodore Long says he's going to book Kurt Angle his first match back tonight..
- Kurt Angle says that in his emotional state he shouldn't be in the ring competing..
- Kurt Angle says he didn't bring his wrestling gear either..
- Theodore Long says that since Kurt Angle is on the active roster and forgot his gear then he'll be fined $1000!
TAG TITLE MATCH: Billy Kidman & Paul London vs The Dudley Boyz..
- Rey Mysterio appeared late in the match and whacked Bubba Dudley with a steel chair!
- Paul London pinned DVon Dudley in the ring to win the match and retain the Tag Team titles!
IN THE RING: Eddie Guerrero + Kurt Angle..
- Eddie Guerrero drives his lowrider out with something in the backseat covered by a black sheet..
- Eddie Guerrero says he knows Kurt Angle was embarassed last week but he'll be embarassed AGAIN at SummerSlam!
- Eddie Guerrero says "why wait?" and suggests they take care of things tonight on Smackdown!
- Eddie Guerrero gets some crew guys to carry the mystery contents from the backseat of his car..
- Eddie Guerrero explains that he walked by Kurt Angle's old office and stole all his stuff..
- Eddie Guerrero says he will give it back but Angle has to come out to claim it -- face to face!
- Eddie Guerrero says that he'll put all of Kurt Angle's stuff on WWE.com auction and give the proceeds to charity!
- Eddie Guerrero shills for Angle's fake leg cast, a display case with Angle's championship belt, etc etc..
- Eddie Guerrero also shills the red, white & blue wheelchair, a framed poster, and his olympic gold medels!
- Eddie Guerrero auctions off the Olympic Gold Metels live and they sell for $1 to a guy in the front row!
- Kurt Angle comes out and demands that Eddie Guerrero give back his stuff..
- Kurt Angle says he has a better idea, and threatens to steal Eddie 's lowrider..
- Eddie Guerrero warns Kurt Angle not to do it because the car has an anti-theft device built in..
- Kurt Angle calls Eddie 's bluff and turns the key, and power flies out of the steering wheel into Angle's face!
- Eddie Guerrero ques Kurt Angle's music and leads a YOU SUCK chant..

- Charlie Haas was the first person eliminated when he was pinned by Rene Dupree..
- Rene Dupree was eliminated by Luther Reigns..
- Hiroku tried to interfere, so John Cena kissed her, and Kenzo Suzuki whacked him with the US belt and got DQ'd!
- Billy Gunn was pinned after John Cena hit the FU on him..
- Luther Reigns was pinned by John Cena..
- Booker T pinned John Cena, then scissors kicked RVD and pinned him too!
- Booker T officially becomes the NEW WWE United States champion!!!!!!!!!!!!
- The controversy is that RVD punched Booker, and they counted that as a "legal tag" making Booker legal..
Smackdown! goes off the air......
