  2. IN THE RING: Evolution (Ric Flair, Batista & Randy Orton) + Mick Foley..
    • Jerry Lawler points out that Triple H (not present) is the only member of Evolution not wearing championship gold..
    • Ric Flair says that they are thrilled to defend their World title against Chris Benoit & Shawn Michaels tonight!
    • Ric Flair says that Triple H will be here later on tonight to deal with the RAW locker room in his way..
    • Ric Flair says he's tired of the lack of respect for Randy Orton, even after he defeated Mick Foley at WrestlemaniaXX..
    • Randy Orton takes the mic, dispite having his tonsils taken out last week, and cuts a gravley promo on Mick Foley..
    • Mick Foley then comes out to the stage and challenges Randy Orton to a "Hardcore Rules" IC title match at Backlash!
    • ~~~Mick Foley says Evolution will be banned from ringside, the IC title is on the line, and no holds will be barred!
    • Randy Orton accepted the match and the stipulations, grasping to save his pride..

  3. BACKSTAGE: La Resistance & Garrison Cade & Tajiri..
    • La Resistance & Garrison Cade initiate Tajiri into RAW by daring him to spew mist at the next person to walk in..
    • The Coach walks in and greets them and gets a face full of green mist from Tajiri!
    • Rob Conway informs Tajiri that The Coach is "Bischoff's Boy" and he's in BIG TROUBLE!

  4. DIVAS MATCH: Nidia vs Molly Holly..
    • Nidia rips off Molly's wig and capitolizes and pins her to pick up the upset victory!

  5. BACKSTAGE: Eric Bischoff & Johnny Spade..
    • Eric Bischoff gets upset that footage was shown of Edge spearing him last week on RAW..
    • Eric Bischoff decides to book Edge's first match at Backlash against ----- Kane!

  6. IN THE RING: Triple H + Eric Bischoff..
    • Triple H attacks The Hurricane as he was heading to the ring, and then grabs the microphone..
    • Triple H says he knew Eric Bischoff would trade anybody on the roster just to get him back on the RAW brand..
    • Triple H says he Eric Bischoff will change the Backlash main event from HBK vs Benoit to HHH vs Benoit..
    • Eric Bischoff comes out to the stage and sucks up to Triple H but says he made a verbal commitment to Shawn Michaels..
    • Eric Bischoff decides to add Triple H to the main event at Backlash -- Chris Benoit vs HBK vs HHH (WMXX rematch)..

  7. BACKSTAGE: Triple H & Evolution + Shelton Benjamin..
    • Triple H celebrated with his crew over getting added to the main event at Wrestlemania..
    • Batista then walked up to Shelton Benjamin and yelled in his face..
    • Triple H hit Shelton Benjamin from behind and ordered him "not to disrespect the game!"

  8. MATCH: Lance Storm vs Rhyno..
    • Lance Storm comes out and says he's sick and tired of being a joke on RAW and wishes he was traded to Smackdown!
    • Rhyno hits the ring for a match and defeats Lance Storm in less than a minute!

  9. BACKSTAGE: Tajiri + Eric Bischoff & The Coach..
    • Tajiri bursts into Eric Bischoff's office and tries to apoligize for giving The Coach the green mist..
    • The Coach rats on Tajiri, and exagerates the story in order to get Tajiri in more trouble..
    • Eric Bischoff books Tajiri in a match with ---------- Kane!

  10. TAG TITLE MATCH: Ric Flair & Batista vs Chris Benoit & Shawn Michaels..
    • Special Guest Referee Johnny Spade, comes out and proclaimes that he will be known as "Johnny Nitro"..
    • Late in the match, Shawn Michaels knocked Ric Flair out with a superkick and pinned him to win the match!
    • Shawn Michaels & Chris Benoit were announced as NEW World Tag Team champions, and celebrated together..
    • Referee Johnny Nitro reversed the decision, saying that Ric Flair was not the legal man!
    • Shawn Michaels then punched Johnny Nitro, and cleared the ring of Evolution..
    • Referee Johnny Nitro then disqualified Benoit & Michaels, awarding the match to Flair & Batista..
    • Shawn Michaels tossed Johnny Nitro back into the ring, where Chris Benoit locked him in the crippler crossface!

  11. BACKSTAGE: Eric Bischoff & Shelton Benjamin + Steve Austin..
    • Shelton Benjamin barges into Eric Bischoff's office and complains about being attacked by Evolution & HHH!
    • Eric Bischoff gives Shelton Benjamin some advice and offers to shake his hand -- but Sherrif Austin shows up!
    • Steve Austin says that Shelton Benjamin should go out there and challenge Triple H to a match!
    • Shelton Benjamin demands that Eric Bischoff book him in a match with Triple H TONIGHT!
    • Eric Bischoff agrees to the match, but says Benjamin is crazy with the mood HHH is in tonight..

  12. HIGHLIGHT REEL: Chris Jericho + Trish Stratus..
    • Chris Jericho commends Christian & Trish Status for putting one over on him at Wrestlemania XX..
    • Chris Jericho says Bischoff told him if he laid a hand on Trish tonight he's be fined and suspended..
    • Trish Stratus comes out and explains that Jericho wasn't there for her when she needed him..
    • Trish Stratus says that Christian knocked on her hotel room and everything he said just made sense..
    • Trish Stratus says that Jericho didn't appreciate her so she & Christian made a plan to humiliate Jericho..
    • Chris Jericho sat back and listened to Trish's explaination, then called her the biggest SLUT of the Century..
    • Chris Jericho shot back with a series of insults with not-so-subtle sexual overtones..
    • Chris Jericho then gets the crowd to chant "Filthy! Dirty! Disgusting! Bottom-feeding! Trashbag Ho!"

  13. BACKSTAGE: Christian & Trish Stratus..
    • Christian consoles Trish Stratus backstage..
    • Christian says he got his match from Bischoff and he's going to get Jericho back..

  14. MATCH: Tajiri vs Kane..
    • Tajiri tried to confuse Kane with an array of stiff kicks to the body..
    • Tajiri spewed green mist into Kane's eyes, causing him to get counted out - Tajiri wins!
    • Kane re-enters the ring and gives Tajiri a chokeslam from hell..
    • Edge showed up to make the save, and gave Kane a big spear in the middle of the ring!

  15. BACKSTAGE: Shelton Benjamin & Chris Benoit..
    • Chris Benoit says he's proud of Shelton for standing up to Triple H tonight..
    • Chris Benoit says Triple H is good at playing mind games but it's also his greatest weakness..
    • Chris Benoit gives Shelton Benjamin a pep-talk and sends him on his way..
    • Shelton Benjamin walks down the hall and gets advice from both Hurricane AND Mick Foley..

  16. BACKSTAGE: Triple H & Ric Flair..
    • Ric Flair gives Triple H a spirited pep-talk before his match with Shelton Benjamin..

  17. MAIN EVENT: Triple H vs Shelton Benjamin..
    • Midway through the match, Ric Flair came to ringside, bringing Chris Benoit down to counter!
    • After a long grueling match, Shelton Benjamin scored an upset pinfall victory over Triple H to win the match!!
