- During the match, Adam Flash attacked Danny Rose with a chairshot to the head..
- Rockin' Rebel whacked referee Rob Hartog with a chair, resulting in a disqualification, thus retaining their titles..
- IRON MAN TITLE 3-WAY: Jimmy Rave defeated Jimmy Jacobs w/Becky Bayless and Joey Ryan..
- JR HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE MATCH: Sonjay Dutt defeated Grim Reefer to retain..
- The two brawled during the opening moments up the ilse, and Sonjay's championship belt was stolen!
- IN THE RING: John Zandig + Nick Mondo..
- John Zandig introduced the winner of the "Bump of the Year" award --- "Sick" Nick Mondo!!!!!!!!!
- Nick Mondo entered the ring to a huge ovation and gave a speech with the CZW locker room out to watch..

- TAG MATCH: Ruckus & Sabian defeated Joker & Chris Cash..
- Joker turned on Chri$ Ca$h and left him laying until Sonjay Dutt and Jimmy Jacobs ran out to make the save..
- Sonjay Dutt said he wanted his belt back and he'd do anything to get it, setting up a 6-man for next month..
- EXTREME STRONG STYLE TOURNAMENT MATCH: B-Boy defeated Excalibur (debut)..
- TAG MATCH: The H8 Club defeated Homicide & Dan Maff..

- Zandig came out again and said his scheduled opponent (New Jack) missed his flight, so he was giving himself the night off!
- Zandig decided to bring back two CZW alumni for the main event of the 5th Anniversary Show..
- Necro Butcher and Madman Pondo (who was sided by Dewey Donavan) came out to the ring..
- FANS BRING WEAPONS: Necro Butcher vs Madman Pondo went to a NO CONTEST when New Jack appeared and made it a 3-way..
- ELIMINATION MATCH: New Jack defeated Necro Butcher & Madman Pondo..
- Necro Butcher powerbombed Madman Pondo onto a pile of Forks and got pinned for an elimination..
- New Jack dove off the ECW arena stage onto Necro Butcher through a table for the victory!
- After the match, Madman Pondo attacked his "new" manager (Dewey) and cut off his trademark ponytail!
