In the Beginning: Lord Humongous:
- Sid Vicious began his career under a mask in Alabama and Memphis known as Lord Humongous managed by Downtown Bruno.
World Championship Wrestling – The Skyscrapers:
- Sid Vicious formed a tag team with Dan Spivey known as the Skyscrapers managed by Teddy Long.
- July 23, 1989 – Great American Bash: Sid Vicious and Dan Spivey co-won 2-ring King of the Ring Battle Royal and split the $50,000.
- ~~~Later that night, The Skyscrapers (Sid Vicious and Dan Spivey) defeated The Dynamic Dudes (Shane Douglas and Johnny Ace).
- September 12, 1989 – The Clash: Sid Vicious defeated Ranger Ross.
- October 28, 1989 – Halloween Havoc: The Road Warriors defeated The Skyscrapers (Sid Vicious and Dan Spivey) by disqualification.
- November 15, 1989 – The Clash: The Steiner Brothers defeated The Skyscrapers (Spivey and Vicious) by disqualification.
- Sid Vicious went down to an injury and was replaced by Mean Mark Callousin the Skyscrapers.
World Championship Wrestling – Four Horsemen:
- Sid Vicious returned to WCW as a member of the famous Four Horsemen led by the legendary Ric Flair.
- July 7, 1990 – G.A.B.: Paul Orndorff and El Gigante and Junk Yard Dog beat Sid Vicious and Arn Anderson and Barry Windham by disqualification.
- October 27, 1990 – Halloween Havoc: Sting defeated Sid Vicious to retain the world heavyweight championship!
- December 16, 1990 – Starrcade: The Skyscrapers (Spivey and Vicious) defeated Big Cat and Motor City Madman.
- WrestleWar 1991: Flair/Windham/Zbyszko/Sid defeated Sting/Steiners/Pillman in a War Games Cage match.
World Wrestling Federation – Sid Justice:
- August 26, 1991 – Summerslam: Sid Justice referees the Hogan and Warrior vs Slaughter and Mustafa and Adnan main event.
- ~~~Sid showed up later at Macho Man and Liz’s reception to chase away Jake Roberts and The Undertaker after crashing it.
- January 19, 1992 – Royal Rumble: Sid Justice entered the Royal Rumble at #29 but was eliminated by Hulk Hogan!
- ~~~Sid has dumped Hogan, leaving just he and Flair, and Hogan reached in and pulled Sid over to eliminate him!
- February 8, 1992 – SNME: Hulk Hogan and Sid Justice defeated Ric Flair and The Undertaker by Disqualification.
- ~~~Sid Justice turned on Hulk Hogan and became a heel and hired Harvey Wippleman as his manager.
- April 5, 1992 – Wrestlemania 8: Sid Justice doublecrossed Vince McMahon by kicking out of Hulk Hogan’s legdrop during their match.
- ~~~Apparently feeling he had nothing to lose, because Sid had been caught cheating on a drug test and was going to be suspended.
- ~~~Harvey Wippleman reacted quickly, jumping into the ring and getting his man disqualified before all hell broke loose.
- ~~~Harvey Wippleman allegedly supplied Sid with the false urine sample that official Dave Hebner found Sid carrying in a vile.
World Championship Wrestling:
- May 23, 1993 – Slamboree: Sid Vicious defeated Van Hammer in 35 seconds.
- September 19, 1993 – Fall Brawl: Sting’s Team defeated Sid Vicious’ Team in a War Games Cage Match!
- ~~~Sting’s Team = Sting, Davey Boy Smith, Dustin Rhodes and Shockmaster.
- ~~~Sid Vicious’ Team = Sid Vicious, Big Van Vader and Harlem Heat (Kane and Kole).
- October 24, 1993 – Halloween Havoc: Sting defeated Sid Vicious.
- October 28, 1993: Arn Anderson and Sid Vicious got into a fight after hours in a hotel in England.
- ~~~Both men are rushed to the hospital after Arn Anderson suffered multiple puncture and stab wounds to the chest and stomach.

- July 16, 1994: Sid Vicious defeated Jerry “The King” Lawler for the USWA heavyweight title.

- April 29, 1995 – WWF Superstars: Psycho Sid w/Ted Dibiase defeated Aldo Montoya (Sid’s return match after 3 years)
- May 1, 1995 – RAW: Sid vs Razor Ramon ended in a NO CONTEST.
- May 14, 1995 – In Your House: Diesel defeated Psycho Sid by disqualification to retain the heavyweight title.
- June 19, 1995 – RAW: Sycho Sid and Tatanka defeated The Headshrinkers.
- June 25, 1995 – King of the Ring: Diesel and Bam Bam Bigelow defeated Sycho Sid and Tatanka w/Ted DiBiase.

- July 1996: Shawn Michaels shockingly brought back Sycho Sid as his partner for an upcoming 6-MAN Tag PPV match!
- July 21, 1996 – International Incident: Vader and British Bulldog and Owen Hart beat Shawn Michaels and Sid and Ahmed Johnson.
- July 29, 1996 – RAW: Sid defeated Justin Hawk Bradshaw by Disqualification.

- April 10, 2000 – Nitro: Eric Bischoff stripped all champions of their titles to begin a “new era in WCW”.

- April 2002: Sid Vicious made several appearances as the “commissioner” of world Wrestling All-Stars tour of Australia.
