Southern States Wrestling presents their 17th Anniversary Spectacular this Friday, February 15 at The National Guard Armory in Kingsport, TN. The Main Event promises to a war as “The King of Kingsport” Beau James teams with Tony “The Dragon” Givens to battle Manager John Hawkins’ top two men Chris Richards and The Disciple. James promises he will unmask the Disciple or leave Kingsport for good.
The very popular National Champion “High Risk” Robbie Cassidy defends against his toughest challenger yet, “The Wild Eyed Southern Boy” Tracy Smothers of WCW, Smoky Mountain, and ECW fame. Cassidy upset Smothers on Thanksgiving night to get the shot at the National Title in a heated match.
In other matches Nick Hammonds will join forces with TV Champion Thorn to battle former allies Adam York and Wayne Smith in a Grudge match. Nick still has fresh on his mind the beating he took from Smith and York last week in Kingsport and will be out to settle the score. In a special event Jamey Gibson will team with lady wrestler Rebecca Lynn and midget star The Little Mauler to battle Beau James, his wife Misty and Bad Boy Buck. Also the will be a Huge battle Royal featuring many Stars of SSW past such as Eddie Golden, Stan Lee, The Death Riders, Super Mario, and many more.
